Guide was friendly
Guide was friendly, engaging and informative. My only negative was the meeting location was hard to find (even with GPS). More information regarding the meeting location would’ve been helpful.

Captivating and eerie Tulsa ghost adventure
Swindell led an excellent Ghost Adventure of downtown Tulsa for our group! He met us holding a flickering lantern and led a tour that expertly interwove layers of real history of our city and particular haunted sites with reports of paranormal phenomena. His delivery was engaging and the tour itself was filled with frightening stories as well as many laughs. This was great for our group comprised of both lifelong Tulsans as well as relatively new transplants. We highly recommend booking a Tulsa Ghost Adventure with Swindell!

The tour guide is everything!
When doing a guided tour, the tour guide is EVERYTHING!!! So props to our tour guide and also the owner for realizing this and putting in the work to hire the rite people for the job! I went with my 19 year old daughter completely for her, had no idea who or what this tour was about, but after a amazing time, a super performance story telling from the tour guide and educational back ground, I’m not only am calling it our favorite event of our Massachusetts trip but I’m also going to go home and dig deeper and watch the Netflix documentary on it as well!

4 Thrill Seekers
I was one of four friends that all read a book about the murders. That was the motivating basis for the visit to the actual house. The property is preserved in a great status. The tour guide we had was excellent on the key aspects of the house and what happened to the victims and people there at the time of the crime.
Providing the narrative as we, a group of varied physical ability, moved up and down three levels of the home was handled with extreme professionalism and attention to detail for all attendees that paid for the hour+ long experience. No changes necessary. Keep it up and you will get repeat customers!!
