Rude Karen Tour Guide named Jessica in Mothman Costume
Appreciated that the experience was a full hour as expected but was very disappointed with the tour guide. She was very rude and snarky to our group. I took my teenage son and his friends as a fun Halloween experience and was very disappointed how we were treated. The guide should be trained to work with people of all ages.

The house itself was very well maintained and preserved. The tour itself was just ok, as young woman pretty much just read a script with not a lot of add on information.
