Inconvenient and Unreliable, If Excellent Wares
Lot of red flags: using Amazon for shipping, pre-orders go out AFTER street date and in most cases people who order after the pre-sale date get their kits before my pre-orders, still not able to put pre-orders and regular orders in the same cart and have it separate items so regular orders go out before the pre-sale orders’ date.

Regarding pre-orders, while Bandai may have official street dates for certain releases, unfortunately, we do not always receive our inventory from our distributor by that date. Our pre-order dates are based on our best estimates of when we expect the products to arrive at our warehouse. As soon as we receive our allocation, we work to process and ship those orders as quickly as possible.
We completely understand how frustrating it can be when a release is delayed, especially when you're looking forward to receiving your kit. We know how exciting these releases can be, and we appreciate your patience when delays are outside of our control.
For orders containing both in-stock items and pre-orders, our system should automatically apply split shipping. This means that any in-stock items will ship immediately, while the pre-order items will ship once all applicable products arrive in our inventory. Unfortunately, our current system does not have a way to automatically split an order further as each individual pre-order item arrives.
That said, I’ll be passing this feedback along to our owner so we can look into potential options for improving this process in the future. We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

damaged box
the box has a rip on the cover art at the corner as if the flap had been forced open.
a runner was outside of the box, not sure it it was suppose to be like that
but i like keeping my boxes. usually when i order from here there are no issues it was a bit disappointing

Occasionally, kit joints and sockets can be a little tight due to slight manufacturing tolerances and variations. If you find that a joint isn’t fitting properly, we recommend lightly sanding the shoulder pegs until the part fits securely with firm pressure. Taking a little material off at a time can help ensure you don’t remove too much.

Products came as expected. Slight cosmetic damage to boxes.
Products came as expected, but the boxes themselves had some cosmetic damages on transit. Recommend adding a bit more packaging to protect the boxes from crumpling. Other than that, products came in as advertised.

I ordered Gundam kit "Oberon"
I ordered Gundam kit "Oberon". The package arrived on time and in great condition. I had 0 broken pieces upon opening. My only complaints about this order is that the build is extremely stiff once put together. Also the foot cover piece on step 5-23 doesn't stay on.

Reliable service for US Customers of Japanese Goods
I’ve used USAGundam for years. No complaints about any experiences, their customer service has always been helpful, and I feel that an often overlooked thing is that: the person who packaged your box, signs a card as a thank you and puts it in there. A very thankless tradition but I appreciate it nevertheless and wish there was a way to thank them individually rather than public forum reviews like this, but they always do a great job. Prices are generally good, I would say my only gripe with USAGundam is that I wish they would do more free shipping promotions with lower dollar values (like $100) but I understand thats not necessarily on them.
