I live near the store so it’s not too hard for me to pick up my SMS paints. I really like spraying them and they have great coverage.

The young lady who works at the check out register is always very helpful and friendly. She has frequently checked out the inventory of different colors because not everything they have in this paint line is not on display in the paint racks.

So if I’m looking for a particular color then she has been very helpful with looking at the store inventory on her computer to let me know what they have and if they don’t have a specific color.

If they do have the color in stock in the warehouse then she always contacts the employees who are working there. Within a few minutes they will walk out to the show room to hand me the colors that I need.

I’m very pleased with this. She’s a great employee and part of the reason why I continue to stop by.

The prices are very reasonable too.

Note, this is for ordering items in stock. The order was dispatched quickly, within 1-2 days of placing the order. The items arrived fairly fast, under a week, and were very carefully packaged for shipping to protect the items during shipping. I had one kit missing instructions, and after reaching out to USAGS, they sent me a PDF of the manual within a day. Overall very happy, and do recommend them!
