Packed well

Packed well, shipped fast and good pricing.

Did have an issue with the hip cups on the Grande Scale Dress up body kit but seems to be an issue with Kotobukiya's measurements/tooling. Runner G Part# 8 cracked/split even though Runner G Part# 4 was sanded smooth. It seems Kotobukiya needs to be informed they need to strengthen the cup. I verified it in a discord for girlpla someone else's kit also had the issue and they were unaware.

USAGS is a great store, good pricing and cool stickers in the orders!

Both of my Black Trojan Horse 1/100…

Both of my Black Trojan Horse 1/100 Scale Godzilla Eva Model Kits came well packed in perfect condition. The shipping time isn't worth mentioning, because it's a pre-order. I've ordered from them many times for water slide decals model kits. Including the other kit like this in the RX-78-2 colors. I'm looking forward to ordering from them again

Great Customer Service

There was a mixup with my delivery (the carriers fault, not USA Gundam) and USA Gundam promptly sent me a replacement order. Their customer service is always so helpful and have always addressed any concerns of confusion I've had.
