The customer service experience has been exceptional!

The robot, albeit not perfect, has really cut down on the lawnmowing time.

Been great to work with and it has been a great machine! Had an issue with it after heavy use and the company paid for shipping and made it right. Would buy one again.

Robot works perfectly. Unfortunately, the power supply failed after a year. Customer service via app was helpful but required a lot of documentation (measuring with a multimeter is certainly not easy for everyone). A new power supply is now being shipped.

I waited for a Robot-Mower which doesn't need to dig a wire and I found one from Mammotion: my Yuka 1500 is an absolute delight. Esasy to install and great results - would buy it again!

Support is great, even though there is no actual need for it as everything is on with the product. I had only a specific situation to check on. The yuka mini runs now for the whole season without ANY issues. Very satisfied :)

My Luba AWD has made my garden maintenance incredibly easy! I have a 4,000 m² property with some very steep slopes, which posed no problems whatsoever for this mower.
Unfortunately, it once fell off a bridge and both front axles broke. This issue was quickly resolved without any hassle thanks to their professional support team. It was definitely the best decision I could have made.
I highly recommend it to everyone!

I’m very satisfied with my Mammotion Luba 2 AWD. It mows my lawn perfectly and handles uneven terrain with ease thanks to its all-wheel drive. I especially like that it works without any boundary wires and can be conveniently controlled via the app. The time savings and consistent mowing quality have completely won me over – highly recommended!

I'm very satisfied with the YUKA 1500 robotic mower. The overall performance is very good and so helpful and the companion app is particularly well-designed. It allows for precise configuration of mowing zones and patterns. Yuka community will be helpfull on guidance when winter is coming.
The customer support team also deserves recognition for their responsiveness and the quality of their assistance.
Thanks to my YUKA 1500, I spend so less time mowing and more time playing with my kids and that’s priceless.

High-performance robot, very easy to set up and very professional chat support team. We bought our robot from Darty. It had a charging problem after 2 months. Mamotion replaced it with a new one immediately within 2 days! I had a problem reinstalling the new one and I received very good advice from the chat, well done to the team
