2 yrs in with the luba 2 first year great...now it's total junk they have replaced the battery once. Now it's doing the same thing again. The mowing now is hap hazard tears up yard mows around taller grass like an object. DO NOT BUT THIS BRAND THEY HAVE UTTERLY FAILED TO EVEN ADDRSS THE ISSUES AND NOW SEND PATRONIZING MESSAGES TO MY REQUESTS

I haveca luba 2 10000 high cut. Good performance on the machine, but warranty service is truly awful. I have been promised a replacement charger for weeks, calling nearly every day. Promises and nothing else.

Don't buy this product because when it fails you might as well throw it away. Their warranty coverage is a con.

Immediately debugged my problem, found a short-term solution, and put a long-term fix in the mail. Mower is back out mowing again.

Chatting takes a very long time. 4-5 minutes between responses. Once you get to the end of the chat, they put you on a list to call/email you at some later time. They can’t generate a return/service case and shipping label during the chat.

Customer service was great. Will see on the solution with the product performance getting fixed, but the agents were great and very helpful.

Acquisto Mammotion Luba II nel 06.2024, quest'anno da 05.2026 non carica , già provato a rialzare anteriore con terra in più ma non carica. Probabilmente alimentatore o batteria guasta, ancora in garanzia 2 anni per circa 2 mesi. Assistenza clienti risponde di pazientare circa 15 gg fa, non si sono più sentiti. Pessima Assistenza clienti, sconsiglio di comprare Mammotion.

I've owned my Luba Mini AWD robot mower for about a year, and I've found that Mammotion is very responsive to any concern I've had. After the initial setup, the mower has performed well, with very little little interaction from me. They're even providing me with three months of free 4G service!

Simon was amazing to talk to, very knowledgable, friendly, courteous, empathetic to my questions and concerns and was able to resolve everything I asked vey promptly. It is because of people like Simon that make life long customers like myself. Thank you and please be sure to give him a raise or promotion!!!

Ma tondeuse faisait un bruit anormal au démarrage. Dès réception du message avec vidéo que j'ai envoyé au service mammotion, j'ai reçu tune réponse avec un protocole de démontage précis. L'écrou d'un axe avait pris du jeu. Après resserrage et remontage, j'en ai profité pour un bon nettoyage, le problème était réglé. Soulagement !
