I ordered a top that was too small in February I've sent it back and have had no refund. The item was £68. I've emailed sent message on Facebook and have rang about 6 times. No response what do ever. In the end I got in touch with PayPal they have told me to wait until 23rd of march. I know they have received the item back as it was tracked. Don't not buy from here.

I ordered some shoes a month ago, and the tracking order still has them listed as 'in transit'. I enquired about this and they said that they wouldnt give me a refund until the parcel got here, and fair enough, however....
As a company, they should know to contact their customer if there is a delay of any kind (any legit company does), and to offer some sort of assurity or recompense.
I feel as if my shoes will never arrive, and my money is now lost. Complete joke of a company. I wish I had come onto Trustpilot before ordering. Literally nothing but one star reviews. Awful, awful, awful.

Shity Quality, shity Customer Service. You get these clothes for 3x-5x the Price they (probably) buy it for on AliExpress. NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE You can go to shein straight. Will probably be better for the Environment and definitiv better for your Bank Account.
If you Need to Return be prepared to Play a shit load of return fees.

I recently bought four white Summer Tracksuits Casual - Polo Shirt and Shorts Sets for a party, selecting a range of sizes in the hopes of finding the perfect fit for everyone. However, I was extremely disappointed when the items arrived. The sizing chart provided on their website was completely inaccurate, as the outfits were off by at least two sizes. Instead of the slim fit that was advertised, each piece turned out to be baggy and ill-fitting, making them completely unsuitable for the occasion.

In an attempt to resolve this issue, I reached out to Urbmale's customer service using the email listed on their website. Unfortunately, my email bounced back, indicating that there was no such email address. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I felt completely stuck, having invested in these outfits that I couldn't use.

Luckily, I had made the purchase through PayPal, so I was able to open a complaint through their platform. However, I'm still waiting for a resolution, and the uncertainty is adding to my frustration. The entire shopping experience has been a letdown, and I expected much better from a company that promotes itself as fashionable and reliable.

Overall, I would not recommend Urbmale based on my experience. The sizing issues, poor customer service, and the hassle of dealing with a pending complaint leave me with no choice but to give them a one-star rating. I won't be shopping here again, and I advise others to think twice before making a purchase.

I ordered two t-shirts which were too small therefore returned to Urban Male Clothing, No acknowledgement was sent to confirm return had been received. I emailed them 6 times over 20 days and also used their online contact form twice but got no reply. I have also phoned their number numerous times but no answer each time. I now have no t shirts and no monies returned also. Avoid this company at all costs, Its not worth the hassle

what is the point of this company if 99percent of your stock is out of stock or not available ,take it off your website bloody annoying site get some stock in or shut down

Terrible company. Dont answer their phones, enquired about a refund and still waiting for a reply and now I cant refund it. This was after waiting for 2 weeks despite paying next day delivery

Returned 5 items out of 7 items on day of receipt due to fitting size issue - Email them straight after on the same day . No response in 20 days. No refunds processed. Followed up on email again - no response. Tried the number on their website . No one picks the call. Day light robbery.

I returned a sweatshirt 2 weeks ago, and I have not received any correspondence from them , and have not had a refund yet. I have emailed them, and i have tried to call them, and they have blocked my number. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THE WAY THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS IS DISGRACEFUL

ordered this on the 1st of December and 17 days later absolutely nothing has been delivered, the money has been taken and no emails have been relied to or phones answered.

a complete rip off of a company, don't bother buying anything from them.

My order never arrived. The tracking information for the parcel did not work. The company never responded to any message I sent them. They also never responded to messages sent to them by lovethesales.com on my behalf.

Awful company do not buy anything from them, unless you want to create a problem for yourself.

Luckily I managed to get a refund as I purchased via love the sales and they refunded me, but even that took 2 requests.

Still awaiting refund months later. Ordered 2 items only one came with a note on the invoice saying the other item out of stock. They will not reply to emails or answer the phone number given on the invoice. Do not buy from this site!

Unable to contact over many days and sent numerous.messages, without a single response. Suggest avoiding company's like this as any issue you can forget it, and will likely end up out of pocket.
