I bought a pair of shoes for my husband. I ordered his regular size 9.5 but it was a small fit and he called and messaged the company (Urban Mapbles) about the exchange process but a week later and still no response. I had also called the office in Connecticut and left a voice message but no response either. So I rate them a 1 for their customer service and 2 on the shoes because there was a defect as well.
This is a scam- the products are significantly different than advertised. This is a drop shipping company that just marks up shitty low quality items from China. Something that costs $5 is sold for $60 by these people. The quality is very low, even lower than shein. They took 3 weeks to deliver my order, and the seams were all mismatched. If the photos show a presentable image, the actual product is not. I originally purchased this to wear to a wedding, but there's no way that outfit is wearable to a wedding, as it looks like it was made by someone who has never sewn something before. Do not buy from urban maples, they will steal your money.
I grabbed one of their dresses last minute for a dinner and it worked out better than I thought. The material isn’t heavy but also not see through which is rare tbh. Only thing, shipping took a bit but I was getting updates so fine
