I’ve had many standup desks, tried Uplift after my research, the desk is amazing. I could park my car on this thing it’s so stable. Had a small issue with an accessory, contacted customer service (Bryan P), and got it resolved quickly and amicably. Great experience.

Ordered an UPLIFT V3 standing desk through Bryan Pierle, and the sales side of this was genuinely good. I had one specific question, the GREENGUARD Gold certification and its exact scope for the laminate desktop, and instead of a canned answer, Bryan tracked down the documentation for me. He was also straight that there wasn't discount room on a single-desk order rather than stringing me along, added a current lamp promotion to my quote when I asked about it, and put UPLIFT's 30-day price-adjustment policy in writing so I could order without waiting around for a sale.

The product just shipped, so this is a review of the buying experience rather than the product. But that part was low-pressure and well handled. Thanks, Bryan.

I made a mistake when I moved to my new home and didn’t update my address to the proper new address for my shipping address. I had only updated my billing address. Joshua was the person fielding my call and promptly assisted me in updating the address and sent me an updated order confirmation. Additionally, I had some additional tax due to my address change. Joshua immediately handled this for me and added it as a discount. This is the type of customer service that makes people recommend the Uplift brand. My desk hasn’t even arrived and I’m already extremely satisfied with the company. Shoutout to Josh and the uplift organization for having a stellar customer support team who’s very responsive and goes over the top to help their customers feel valued.

I purchased an Uplift Desk and, about a month later, the keypad stopped working, leaving the desk stuck in its highest position. I contacted customer support on August 12, 2026, and was connected with Erica. She was fantastic—listening carefully to my issue, walking me through troubleshooting, and immediately escalating the problem to the Warranty Team while we were still on the call.

Erica promptly emailed me my warranty number and kept me informed throughout the process. The replacement parts arrived on August 22, far sooner than I expected, and the desk is now working perfectly. Her helpful, patient, and efficient service turned a frustrating situation into a smooth resolution.

I highly recommend Uplift’s sit‑stand desks and commend the excellent support team—especially Erica—for their outstanding assistance. Thank you!

If the princess desk is in the exact right orientation, it works great, seamlessly moving up and down as expected, it's fantastic. But, god forbid you decide to move your desk and it decides that one of it's dainty legs is a nanometer off center, then enjoy trying everything on their dumb website to make your desk work again. No error messages, no hints, you can reset it until you're blue in the face (I was obviously), and it will move an inch, then automatically retract.

Great customer service, great product. I want to give a special shout out to Fatimah who provided incredible customer service from start to finish enabling me to get the best desk possible!

My desk came with grommet covers that were damaged in transit. I email on a Saturday afternoon, and received a reply within the hour. Joshua Bennett did an awesome job reviewing my account and getting my replacement parts ordered and shipped. Thank you!

I had to call customer service for help with an order I had just placed. I spoke with a lovely lady named Fatimah who went above and beyond to help me fix the issue I had. She was able to adjust my order without me having to cancel and place another order which was a huge help to me. I wish there were more people like her working customer service in this world!

Bryan stopped to understand my concerns and created a quote to help me out. He even followed-up a week later to make sure everything was as expected.

Love my UPLIFT desk. Asked a question of support about converting the laptop holder into a monitor mount. Sean replied quickly with great instructions.

I reached out about my bamboo desktop when it started showing cracks after 5 years and the agent, Sean, offered to replace it free of charge. I was moving at the time, and Sean was very accommodating of my uncertain timeline. Great product, great customer service!

I was please with his service and completed my order shortly after completing the call. That's a great start! I had an issue with my uplift walking pad and contacted customer service. Luca Marzari handled my case and was courteous and helpful. When the troubleshooting steps did not resolve my issue, Luca arranged a replacement at no cost to myself.
