I needed a custom sized desk and reached out to Aaron Henderson in customer service who helped me include the correct accessories I needed. And he reviewed my order to make sure I ordered what I needed.

Worked with Fatimah Kamara in the support department. What an absolutely delightful human being. So happy and eager to help. She immediately took care of my issues, updated my information, and escalated my file to top priority as I work from home and my desk is stuck in the lowest position possible. My knees are above the work space haha. Fatimah is an absolute asset to your support team and should receive the highest praise possible! Thank you Fatimah!

Great experience, I had some indecisiveness and they helped me get through the entire process and made sure I was happy! I also have had a great experience with the desk, from building it to the actual quality it has all been smooth.

This is my second uplift desk - I loved the first one so much, I ordered another. The product is excellent and the customer service is really better than any other company I've encountered. Joshua B helped me adjust my ordered when I realized I needed a change - kind, professional and able to get the ordered shipped even faster!

The desk itself is great: solid, quiet, and easy to assemble. Getting it here was a different story. The website checkout kept failing, and FedEx then sat on the boxes in Tempe for nearly a week, marking my office “closed” on days I was sitting by the front door.

What made the difference was UPLIFT’s customer service. Erica set up a direct quote when the site wouldn’t take my order. When FedEx stalled, Bryan Pierle and Fatimah Kamara picked up quickly, followed up on their own without me chasing them, called back with updates, and kept pushing until the desk was delivered. Even a missing item was handled without hassle.

Honestly, between the failed checkouts, FedEx, and the missing item, this was one of the most frustrating purchases I’ve made. In the end, though, it was worth it: I finally have a great desk, thanks to the awesome support from the UPLIFT team!

Ordered a lamp to an old address by mistake and Bryan Pierle at Uplift Desk was super helpful in getting the issue resolved. He helped me communicate with the apartment complex that it as delivered to by mistake and in no time the initial order was on its way back to them and I had a new lamp on the way to me!

I worked with Erica Henderson, who helped me through the process of figuring out what set up would be right for me. I only had a few minutes to check out the showroom and she quickly pointed out options that fit what I was looking for and helped me build the perfect setup.

I am really liking this set up so far. The installation was pretty self explanatory. I ordered the walnut butcher block, and also did the "industrial" feet. Boy oh boy is this thang gorgeousssss. I called in and spoke to Bruce about different monitor arms, and he was SUPER helpful.

Bryan was very helpful getting me a new leg for my desk. I was just a few months out of my 7 year warranty (of course life works like that!) and he was thoughtful and proactive in how he managed that situation. Great support all around

I got my uplift desk for few years BUT I want to share my experience with their c/s rep shortly about after one year of purchase. The female customer service I spoke to was simply very unprofessional and had no basic servitude at all! Very rude and unhelful about the issue I had experienced with the desk. I told her the programmable keypad started jerking up n down into the 7th or 8th month n she never bothered. Of course, that was shortly after 1 year warranty but her attitude was very unacceptable! I'd never from them again.

UPLIFT customer service was excellent and the quality of the table matched our expectations. Fatimah answered all my questions and made sure I had as much information possible to make the final decision. She also took the time to send me pictures from their showroom so I could compare the colors to our conference room. Great Work!

Fatimah Kamara in Customer Service was super helpful, and patient, in getting my desk back in working order. It just needed a simple reset to get going. Prompt, polite, helpful!

Erica Henderson in Austin was great - she was patient as we tried countless chairs, and helped us choose and customize the perfect standing desk to pair with our new Steelcase chair.

This is the 2nd desk I've bought from Uplift and I'm so happy with both! This most recent one had a memory keypad that wasn't working as expected, I emailed customer support for troubleshooting help and Sean A. helped solve the issue for me right away. Highly recommend!

I really wanted to leave a 5-star review, but a few issues with the assembly and accessories kept me from doing so.

I ordered a V3 desk with a pheasantwood top and several accessories, and overall, the quality of the desk itself is excellent. The hardwood top is beautiful, the desk feels solid, and I expect to use it for many years.

My biggest issue came during assembly. The back of one of the motor has a very sharp metal burr that scratched the underside of the hardwood top while I was installing it. Thankfully, the damage is on the bottom and isn't visible during normal use, but it was still disappointing given the premium price of the hardwood top. A component that mounts directly against the wood really shouldn't have a sharp edge capable of damaging it.

I also found some of the cable lengths unnecessarily long, particularly for accessories designed to be hidden under the desk. Managing all of the excess cable made achieving a clean installation more difficult than it needed to be.

Finally, the easy-install casters feel surprisingly cheap compared with the rest of the desk. The desk itself feels like a premium product, so the difference in quality is noticeable.

Overall, I'm happy with the desk and especially the pheasantwood top. But at this price point, I expected a little more attention to detail. The sharp burr on the motor in particular was an avoidable issue that took some of the excitement out of assembling an otherwise excellent desk.

Oh man, do I love this desk. Probably the nicest thing I own. And when I had a very minor issue, customer service fixed it immediately w/ no issues or needing to make a return.

I wish all companies did business this way. THank you, all!

Product is solid, customer service is great. I had some delivery issues (carrier’s fault, not Uplift) and the customer service rep (Joshua B) was communicative and immediately shipped out a replacement. Thanks again!
