I called in and spoke with Luca, and he was awesome! Super nice, patient with all my questions, and made the whole process completely effortless literally all I had to do was check out. Great customer service!

I reached out to UPLIFT about an issue with my standing desk, and Sean was extremely quick to respond. He provided clear troubleshooting instructions and immediately offered to help with the next steps when the initial reset didn’t work. The desk ultimately started working again, but I really appreciated how responsive, helpful, and friendly Sean was throughout the process. Great customer service experience.

After a few years with the desk I had a problem. I called and spoke with Fatimah in customer service and she was great! She listened, understood my issue and placed a warranty report on my behalf. She also told me she would do her best to expedite my issue -- and she did! A few hours later I received an email that the warranty covered item was on the way. Thanks Fatimah!

Strong, consistent and solutions-oriented communication and guidance from a dedicated support agent (Fatimah) who was courteous, friendly and clear. I received timely guidance and replacement parts (as supported by warranty) as needed. Otherwise, it was the direction from technical team via Fatimah who restored operation of my desk. Uplift makes great desks, and the helpdesk support from Bryan P. was excellent! I initially received all but one box for the shipment of my new desk, and after it appeared that the carrier had lost the package, I contacted Uplift for a replacement. Bryan was very helpful and had a replacement sent within just a few days. I just received the final package today and finished assembling the desk, and everything fits together and works well! Overall, I am very impressed with the product and service.

The representative that I dealt with - Erica H - made the process incredibly easy, clear, and collaborative. The fact that I was connected to someone live and without navigating long wait times or menus was remarkable in itself. The addition of such exceptional customer service by Erica was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable about the products and asked the right questions to ascertain my needs and interests. She seemed genuinely interested in my getting exactly what fit my needs rather than what was best for the company's bottom line. This has made me a loyal customer. While quality of product is why two people have pushed me to call Uplift in the first place, this type of service will keep me loyal. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had with a company. I forgot to add a code for a free light add-on to a desk for signing up with email, so I submitted a request. The next day Erica H emailed me back, got the color I wanted, followed up, and resubmitted my order for me. Erica H was extremely polite and helpful!

Purchased two desks in May. Shortly thereafter I received a notice that the desktop for one of the desks was on backorder until August, which delayed the whole order. In August, I got another notice that the desktop was delayed again until September. This started to test my patience so I reached out to Uplift to see what could be done. Bruce Prescott got on the case and proposed releasing the full order with a temporary top, that way I could put the new desks into service while I waited for the back ordered top. I appreciated Bruce's creative work around! I received the desks, assembled, and shortly thereafter, one of the desk motors wasn't working properly. I got back on the case with Bruce. After some back and forth a replacement motor was sent. I installed it and have been smooth sailing since. The product is great. Bruce's responsive, service oriented attitude righted my initial frustrations.

Within a few minutes my issue was resolved and the missing parts were being sent as we spoke. My experience with Uplift Desk personnel has always been good. It makes me think of them first when I need something to organize my office.

I mistakenly had my order sent to the wrong address in a completely different state, and Luca in customer service was extremely helpful in explaining my options and helping me rectify the situation. We were able to re-route the shipment in time for me to receive my packages only a few days after the initial targeted date, and I couldn’t be happier with the end product.
