I had a great experience with Unvault from beginning to end. I can't believe how fast and efficient their service was and the customer service I received was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way and when it came time to sell the process was easy and the offer was very fair. I highly recommend Unvault and will use their services again for sure

I submitted images for an online evaluation on day one, shipped with a pre-paid label on day two, on day four Unvault had my jewelry evaluated & made an offer. On day 5 I had money deposited in my account. It was fast & fair. I just sent 3 more pieces!

They were very helpful from the very beginning all the way to the end. I was a little upset to hear that the final offer was almost half of the original offer but tbh it wasn't they're fault at all. It's just what the piece I sent ended up being worth in the long run I guess and I'm sure it didn't help that just my luck the price of gold dropped significantly. If I had gotten the piece off in time like I had planned ,who knows I may have gotten a lil more but anyways, I was very satisfied with the way they work,from helping me send the jewelry out, to sending me videos of them unboxing it and we're very respectful to the end ! Each and every team member that works there! Thank u guys very much I really appreciate it!!

Unvault is Real! They paid almost double what I was previously offered by other buyers. They are a very professional and responsive team. No issues. No worries. A very interesting experience. I was paid within a week of shipping my jewelry to them. They told me what everything was valued at and I sold 4 items and they shipped back the 2 items that I wished to keep. No pressure ever, just a great way to sell jewelry while getting a fair price!

Not sure how this company is highly rated. They are a complete scam. I have to get lawyers involved. They are refusing to send back my $9000 worth of jewelry

The Unvault process is easy as an Amazon return. My jewelry item was worth more than I expected.

I have never tried to sell anything online, and was hesitant to send jewelry by mail, but the process was SO EASY and I literally had money in my account 5 days after sending. The valuation was accurate and the platform fee is fair; this was just money sitting in my closet from single earrings and broken chains that I had not worn in years. I have already sent a second set for valuation and I would encourage others to do the same. Incredibly prompt, responsive and I can see how they have earned their BBB rating!

Very easy process from uploading my jewelry, sending it in for authenticity, and receiving the money for selling. They keep in great contact so I always knew what was going on. For my first time using id say it’s definitely worth seeing what jewelry you have lying around. Quick, easy, and great customer service. :)

It was very easy to upload photos of my jewelry and get instant valuations. They offered more than local people even with the 20% platform fee.
I was initially concerned about honesty, but that concern proved to be unfounded. They were very transparent and responsive to questions throughout the process. I would definitely use unvault again in the future.
