Unvault Arvostelua

My first experience with Unvault was completely seamless, so I had no hesitation using them a second time. Unfortunately, my second experience was a very different story and initially felt like a worst-case scenario. One of my pieces of jewelry got lost in transit and a few pieces of mine were damaged. But the way Unvault handled the situation once it was brought to their attention was incredible. They went above and beyond to work toward resolving the issues, and I genuinely appreciate the effort they made to make things right. Because of how they ultimately handled the problem, I would be willing to use Unvault again :)

Over all my offer was a fair one n I accepted it. I understand thst nothing is free so a processing fee is fair. What I dont think is fair is that thruout the process I was not ever offered or knew of or told about a referral code that would've lowered my processing fee and increased my payout. I was only told about it after I mailed out my items to u guys. N when I did find out about it I was told I HAVE to use the promo code when I sign up to have my things looked at. No exceptions. The extra $ i would've gotten could've helped with the financial issue im going thru that made me sell my stuff to begin with, n being im a 1st time customer who trusted your company instead of going with a better known one,I should've been given some grace. My 2nd complaint was the 1 to 3 business days to get evaluated. I litterly recieved my offer on the last hour of the 3rd business day. The video I was sent had no volume to it and it looked like these precious items I sent were just rushed thru. Sometimes im sure people just sell u scrap but sometimes thier heirlooms that are only being sent as a last resort. The way they were just sped thru n tossed around kinda hurt my heart.

Very easy process. Proof recording was nice. Validation was less than expected, but it's AI. Direct deposit was nice and quick. Great communication. They sent back things that didn't pass the purity test, which was OK. I would definitely do it again.

Unvault ,was a blessing for me. They were on top of things ,when it came to processing payment. They were very fair when it came to giving me a final price on items. I will definitely be using them in near future.

The whole process from start to finish was smooth and flawless. I especially loved the online evaluation tool. You can get a real-time estimate in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend Unvault if you are seeking to sell your precious jewelry!

unvault provided a very pleasant experience as I navigated through the process of selling and letting go of an heirloom piece of jewelry. From the start, communication was quick, efficient, and easy to understand. The process of shipping, evaluating , and depositing the $ amount into my account was very simple and efficient. Well done, Unvault. I enjoyed working with you and will again in the near future.

Awesome experience safe fast and fair on their offer. They sent back what they weren't interested in. Thank you. Definitely will be doing business in the future. No scam no gimmicks.

From start to finish, Unvault makes it easy to part with jewelry you have been on the fence about unloading. Seamless transaction with communication along the way. Thanks!

Quick & Easy!!!!!!! Great customer service!

How quick the process was.I sent pictures on Monday. Got an offer, and by Friday had the money in my account.

Great experience! Easy step by step process with available and quick responses to any questions. I really like all the choices that are offered. The process is transparent from start to finish. Final offer is fair and clear. Quickly paid with options too. I will use this again since I feel it is fair and reliable and my information is secure.

The entire process went very smoothly for me and the communication was excellent. Offer was as expected and I will use their services again in the future.

It was easy to sell my jewelry. This is not a scam! They let you know what's happening step by step. I recommend this company to anyone who has jewelry laying around.

I couldn't be happier with this experience. The submission process was super easy and painless, and the amount I got was surprisingly large (even larger than their initial estimate). Would give this service 10 stars if I could.

I have used them 4 times and they are honest fast and efficient . The pricing is way more than a pawn shop and no haggle ! They send videos and direct deposit fast once you agree to sell
Hands down the best company

Start to finish, what an awesome process- First, my jewelry was appraised as a digital estimate, then followed up with an email. A free packing label was sent; I dropped it off at my local Fedex store - received another email from Unvault that my box was received. Next step was receiving an email with offer, alongside a video appraisal showing every step of the unboxing. Once I agreed to offer, received email that check would arrive within 7-10 business days.
Very pleased!

They explained the process in detail. They paid fair prices. They sent video documents of them unblxing and evaluation my stuff. They paid quickly and seamlessly
I would use them again.

I recently sold some jewelry to Unvault and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and simple the process was. The entire transaction only took a few days and the payment was more than I expected. I also received great customer service. I will definitely work with them again.
