Directions of where to go when you need to get picked up from airport to be taken back to your car. Then people at the office give you directions like you fly in and out of that airport all the time.

I have used this company many times for my travel arrangements and they have always found a great location close to the airports and their arrangements with the local hotels and using the hotels shuttles make getting to and from the airports very easy

Unless you like waiting, don't use this service.

Drop off was great.

Pick up after a 6 hour flight was awful. Take a shuttle to the rental car center. Call for another shuttle. Wait for shuttle. Shuttle to parking location. Wait in line for 40 minutes (we timed it) just to get our car key. THEN drive home.

Dropping the car off was just fine. Trying to get picked up at the rental car center upon my return was AWFUL!! Waited for almost an hour to get picked up. This was inexcusable. Will not use this place again.

The outgoing experience was 5 star rated. I choose to park at the Crown Plaza. One of the main factors to making that decision was the advertised 15 minute shuttle service. Upon my return to ATL my party and I wait 30 minutes at the shuttle pick up for the Crown Plaza van. We were eventually picked up by another hotel shuttle and dropped at the Crown Plaza. If you advertise a service, you should provide that service.

We have had great service and very friendly staff. This is the best place for our parking needs when we travel.

1 waited over 40 minutes to be picked up from the airport as I was bumped from the first shuttle because I had to wait to have my luggage loaded into the back of the van, while a large group that walked up behind me boarded - the next van did not come for over 30 minutes. Once I got back to the parking area, I had to wait for over 40 minutes in line with people renting and returning cars, as there was no one dedicated to the parking customers.

The best experience of parking at a Hotel (Crown Plaza). Everything was easy and efficient.The shuttle was perfect both ways.

Affordable, but info was sort of confusing, and I wasn’t sure if I’d made a good choice. Had to fill in all the info again on a form at the Marriott (North Airport, DFW) where we were parking. There were no instructions given for pickup when we returned. The receipt said to call a number for pickup. When I did, she asked my name, phone number, and which gate I was at. Told her baggage claim E-4. She said to go down to lower level and walk outside, watch for “courtesy van”. 40 minutes, and two unsuccessful phone conversations later, I had to take a taxi to the hotel, where I was eventually reimbursed for the fare. It was a nightmare for my wife and I, who were dragging around 2 young kids, 2 car seats, 3 back packs, and a 50 lb checked bag, looking for the thing she said was at the “E-15 sign”, where we were sitting. I was fuming mad at them for not putting better details and/or a map of how to get picked up. That much is shared blame between United Parking and the hotel that runs the shuttle. The price is the only reason I’d give it 2 stars.

Very easy.leaving after final arrival was a little awkward due to me going round twice after picking up wife and bags but no real issues.now I know routine will be much easier next time

Registering and paying and signing up for everything was very easy and great. Now lets see how things go when we drop off our car, shuttle to the airport and when we return. I don't know why it wouldn't be just as good as it has been so far!!!

I have used United Airport Parking, Miami Intl. Airport, Crowne Plaza for years. It is my choice. I am completely satisfied.

I find United Airport Parking customer service, courtesy and attitude excellent, and I commend it.

I do have one negative I would like to bring to its attention. When I go to make an online reservation, I am not given enough time to do it carefully. I am usually timed out, and I have to do it all over again, rushing.

Reservation was pretty easy....but could be easier if web sight had more information...such as “pop ups”.
