We've used unitedairportparking.com for all of our cruises. They've been a great company and much easier and cheaper than parking at the terminal.

Long progress, slow shuttle service, took long time to pick us up. We landed at 8:20 at O'Hare and got out with our car at 9:40 from the parking lot. (We had no baggage to pick up). But from airport shuttle to car rental place and then to be picked up by routes shuttle, we waited 15min or more.

Could not have been easier to use. Very informative. Very reasonable prices.

At first I was very hesitant to leave my car at some random hotel. After arriving to the hotel, I was greeted with warmth and security. The shuttle was on time taking me and picking me up from the airport. I extremely loved the affordable price for 4 days.I would recommend United Airport Parking to any and everyone. Thanks for making this experience a great one!

The employees at the counter were very rude..the driver didn't help load or unload my bags and kept saying, "a little something for the driver"...driver was not in any hurry to leave the rental area, even when he knew one of the riders had a flight leaving within an hour and a half.

They charged me twice, and I had to provide all emails for them to refund the second charge - took almost a week for them to say they would credit my account...it remains to be seen if they do.

If you are in a hurry, avoid this company at all costs - not worth the aggravation. Upon return, a counter employee was being a smart moith to a gentleman asking a question - almost like he was looking for confrontation with the customer.

Being a first time customer, I was a little confused on where to go. The attendant yelled at me for going to the wrong area. As instructed, I called them when I landed so they could pull my car out and have it ready. I called and when I got to the lot, they spent 10 minutes looking for my keys and another 15 getting my car. This place is a total joke

I reserved online. Took me 15 min. So, what is there really to review??? Why don't you ask for reviews after the long term parking is over???

The app was very easy to use and you can't beat the price

Easy to book on my phone. Would of been nice to use e-reciept on phone at hotel. Had to go out of my way to print a hard copy. Otherwise all good.

Parked easily & the courtesy van was there ready to pick me up. Very convenient!

This is my first use of this app and system, but the reservation process was very smooth. The actual reservation is for two weeks from now.

I've used united airport parking for the last few years as a counter to the expense and madness of the Atlanta airport. The cost has always been lower than either the airport or comparable park/ride companies and we have always been close to the airport with a clean, safe lot and regular shuttles. We've never had a problem and have been pleased with the service offered.
