Terrible service and company!
Ordered online, then decided to return my order. They refunded it saying that refund would have to be during 4 days on my card. I have been waiting more than 8 days and nothing is happening.

Genuinely, The worst company I have ever dealt with, You can only speak on webchat, and the agents, answer a question you might ask instead of what you actually answered, In fact I have had better conversations with Bots.
The way the wanted to handle my refund would have taken minimum 7 weeks.
Inge was the only one after 25 chats who actually read what I wrote and responded to it. Lenny, Anne and Mason particularily bad

Ordered 8 weeks ago, still haven't received any package. According to the tracking it says it’s unclaimed and its beeing returned to sender. But i never received a notification that it had arrived.
Tried emailing customer service. At first they responded quickly and claimed the package would arrive soon. Then they said sorry and that they will try to fix it and give me a small gift. Now they have completely stopped responding.

Do not recommend anyone to shop from this company. Seems like a scam in my opinion.

Ich habe vor einer Woche bei UA drei Artikel auf Rechnung bestellt und sie an eine Abholstation liefern lassen. Als ich das Paket abholte, war es zerquetscht, aber glücklicherweise waren die bestellten Artikel intakt. Allerdings fehlte die Rechnung sowohl im Paket als auch in meinem Online-Konto.

Als ich die Kundenhotline anrief, sprach ich mit einer Mitarbeiterin, die in gebrochenem Deutsch versuchte, mir zu erklären, dass sie „kein Problem im System“ sehen könne. Ich wiederholte mehrmals, dass ich meine Rechnung benötige, doch ihre Antwort blieb stets dieselbe. Hätte ich gegen eine Wand gesprochen, hätte ich wohl mehr Verständnis erfahren als von diesem sogenannten Kundensupport.

Kurz nach dem Anruf erhielt ich eine E-Mail, in der behauptet wurde, es gebe Probleme bei der Erstellung der Rechnungen und dass ich meine Rechnung im Laufe des Tages erhalten würde. Diese Nachricht stellte sich als reiner Bullshit heraus, denn ich erhielt keine Rechnung.

Drei Tage später kontaktierte ich UA erneut per E-Mail und forderte die Rechnung innerhalb von drei Tagen ein, andernfalls würde ich das Finanzamt und den Konsumentenschutz informieren. Wie erwartet, erhielt ich weder eine Rechnung noch eine Antwort.

Diese Vorgehensweise deutet stark darauf hin, dass UA Umsätze verschleiert, um Steuern zu vermeiden, was in Österreich illegal ist. Verkäufer sind gesetzlich verpflichtet, eine Rechnung auszustellen. Diese fehlende Transparenz und der schlechte Kundenservice sind inakzeptabel.

Ich warne daher alle potenziellen Kunden, sich zweimal zu überlegen, ob sie bei UA bestellen möchten. Demnächst werde ich das Finanzamt informieren und eine Beschwerde beim Konsumentenschutz einbringen.

I ordered three items on account from UA a week ago, with delivery to a pickup station. When I picked up the package, it was crushed, but fortunately, the items were intact. However, the invoice was missing both from the package and from my online account.

When I called the customer hotline, I spoke with a representative who, in broken English, tried to tell me that she "couldn't see any problem in the system." I repeatedly stated that I needed my invoice, but her response was always the same. Talking to a wall would have been more productive than dealing with this so-called customer support.

Shortly after the call, I received an email claiming there were issues generating the invoices and that I would receive mine later that day. This message turned out to be complete nonsense, as I never received the invoice.

Three days later, I contacted UA again via email, demanding the invoice within three days, or I would report this to the tax office and the consumer protection agency. As expected, I received neither the invoice nor a response.

This behavior strongly suggests that UA is hiding sales to evade taxes, which is illegal in Austria. Sellers are legally obligated to provide an invoice. This lack of transparency and poor customer service is unacceptable.

I warn all potential customers to think twice before ordering from UA. I will soon inform the tax office and file a complaint with consumer protection.

Placed an order, returned it for a refund, under armour saying they never received it and refusing to refund. Customer service is non existent and they are just ignoring my requests. Basically stole from me

belachelijk! mijn pakket is nooit bezorgd. vervolgens moet ik via een formulier invullen dat ik aangifte eventueel wil doen van mijn pakket. ik betaal serieus geld om vervolgens uren aan de slag te moeten om achter mijn pakket aan te gaan. ongelofelijk slecht!

I ordered three items on line on 20 March 2024. received prompt confirmation and that item was shipped, via FedEx. Items received the day after ordering, within the time frame provided and absolutely no issues whatsoever. It makes such a change for items to be received so quickly and I dont hold back on making negative reviews, I felt I had to leave a positive one

I did not receive my order. Under Armor constantly saying they are too busy to fix the problem. I have been waiting for many weeks and contacted customer service 5times but no support or willingness to find a solution.

Online ordering system is currently awful! Is it due to volume of orders before Christmas?

Ordered a pair of shoes for my son (€170). Paid with my debit card. Transaction appeared on my bank balance but I didn’t receive any order confirmation email.

Contacted UA the next day via Chat service on their website. They indicated that you can’t use debit cards for online purchases (I don’t think that’s correct). Anyway, I assumed that maybe (if it’s the case that you can’t use debit cards) my payment was pending and would be returned to my account.

So I ordered another pair of the same shoes (this time paying via PayPal – which is definitely an accepted payment method). I didn’t want to take any chances – don’t want my son to be without his shoes on Christmas day.

Again, no email confirmation of my order.

So that’s two purchases of €170 each. Both payments deducted from my bank account. No order confirmation email (which is very unsettling). No shipping confirmation and no real guarantee of delivery before Christmas.

Shocking service from a company of this scale. :o(

Really bad customer service!!! I ordered four items and only one was delivered!! Still don’t have items or money!!! Never again!

I like the brand but they should definitely consider other shoe designs and stop changing the whole collection every time. My best UA shoes aren't available for years. Clothes are great!

Jeg bestilte en weekend, og fik mine varer onsdagen efter. Købte ting fra Project Rock, sko, trøje, handsker mm. Super god oplevelse. Jeg var lidt skeptisk da jeg kiggede på trustpilot, men jeg synes tit man ser store brands har dårlige anmeldelser? Hvorfor, aner jeg ikke. Det var perfekt for mig :) Køber gerne igen!

Customer service was not helpful and couldn’t help me with cancellation of delivery.. can not get hold of head office though there 0800 number given .. I have used this company before and there shipping was fast and a efficient..

I don't understand all these negative reviews. I've ordered many times. Got items quickly and safely. I like to use UA as they often have good deals. I feel you get the best value for money compared to other sporting brands. Will buy again.

I ordered T-shirt but nothing comes and no answer from customer service. This is big disaster. Don’t order from them!

My mom ordered a fleece hoodie the 25 of november. She get a order confirmation, but we never get the package and they dont take the money. Dont trade there!!!

I also ordered shoes 3 weeks ago. I have not received the order. I have not received any response from customer service. Has anyone received an order after a long time or a cashback?

No service at all. No delivery at all.

Got refunded after waiting month after my package... UPS screwed up the shipment.

But Under Armour phone number doesn't even exist, don't answer emails and then they mention on their website about live chat which is never active or online...

No costumer service at all and no where to contact them.

Very poor customer service, ordered a pair of trainers in the black Friday sales , everything went through fine got the emails and delivery notification, cut the story short 7 days on still no sign of delivery got InTouch with 2 customer services agents only for both of them to have different story as to why I did not receive my order but the one that made me realise how much of a bad company it is is when he told me sorry out of stock ,but on there website the item is there but now at full price and not the sale price. I'm still waiting for my refund. I will never use under armour again
