My shipment never arrived, was told it was from my end. I tried asking for a refund but I never got a response

Ordered gift for grandchild weeks before Easter and get NO updates and Easter has now come and gone. Can't get any response via email or text. A true SCAM.

Product quality is not good, customer support is not responsive.

THIS IS A SCAM! I ordered a pair of shoes in early August 2025. I paid a lot of money plus shipping costs. It is now 9/24/25 and my shoes never arrived. I emailed customer service and was told they are delayed. I emailed again asking for a refund and was told they discovered my shoes are lost and can only refund me 70% of what I paid. When I questioned this, I was told that is their policy and they deduct for shipping costs. I checked my receipt again and I paid for the shipping. I then asked that they re- send the shoes and now they will not respond to me. Do not ever attempt to buy shoes here.

SCAM!!! And now they are harassing me by email! They never sent the shoes I had to dispute the charges and now they are treating me in email

This site sends fake shoes that come from Singapore! Thankfully we bought the shoes through PayPal which gave us a little edge. We still had to mail the shoes back all the way to Singapore paying the mailing charge, so PayPal could refund the amount. The site CONTINUED TO HARASS US by email with no knowledge that the shoes had been sent back... with words like "thief", "we will let your neighbors know" etc. Save yourself a lot of trouble and do not buy from here.

it was a scam! I had bought jordan 4 black cats, but I was so excited in the moment I didn't realize. the next day I woke up and did my research cuz I noticed the prices were wayyyyyy to good, so I told my mom to cancel the order before it comes so she can prob get her money back. My mom tried getting her refund but is still on the phone with her payment method. Ig we'll see what happens next

They are awful. Do NOT buy these shoes. At first everything was fine the order went through and I got a tracking number. A week passed and USPS said they had yet to even receive my package even though I got information saying it would take around 3 to 5 days and when I emailed this company they replied back saying they are making the parcel even though I got a photo of my shoes made and ready to be shipped out in a email a week earlier. When I tried to call them or email them it went straight to voicemail or I was completely ghosted and then I received a text saying they tried to ship it out but couldn’t because “nobody was there to sign for it and grab it.” even though I received absolutely no updates from USPS. I have reported this website to the BBB and they are going to start an investigation into the website along with my money back.

Be warned. I ordered a bracelet that was shipped from Hong Kong, but customs rejected it and sent it back, possibly because it was a copy of a high end item. Although the item was returned to Jordyn the Label, I have not received a refund.
UPDATE: The bracelet arrived August 8.

Ho effettuato un ordine e poiché non mi è arrivata la mail di conferma li ho contattati, mi hanno risposto dicendomi che era stata inviata e di controllare la cartella spam. L' ho controllata ma non è mai arrivato nulla. Ho esposto nuovamente il problema e sollevato il dubbio sull'originalità dei prodotti e la veridicità del sito e mi hanno garantito che sono tutti prodotti ufficiali ed originali e che mi avrebbero fornito la fattura a garanzia di quanto detto.... sfortunatamente non mi hanno mai inviato alcun documento ufficiale se non una foto delle scarpe ordinate. Ho aperto una contestazione con PayPal e appena l'hanno ricevuta mi hanno contattato chiedendomi di annullarla altrimenti si sarebbero allungati i tempi di spedizione, a questo punto non gli ho più risposto. Stamattina mi è arrivata la comunicazione da PayPal che la pratica di contestazione è stata chiusa a mio favore e che è stato emesso il rimborso di quanto pagato. Fate attenzione, non fidatevi sono truffatori.

So I ordered a pair of shoes on affirm received the shoes 2 months later ran them through a very trusted authentication app came back fake settled a dispute with affirm sent them pictures and proof of the stitching being off and the authenticating email for the shoes coming back as fake waited a whole month for affirm to resolve the situation and they rule in the favor of the scamming Chinese company and I have to pay $200 to them for some fake shoes. I repeat don’t ever use affirm there no better then this scamming Chinese company that sold me these fake shoes.

Absolutely a scam website. Almost impossible to reach anyone, they won't cancel your order and you'll never receive it. Best you can do is dispute it with bank or credit card.

Do not purchase from this company. They are scammers. I would have given them no stars, but it wouldn't let me. I ordered a pair of jordan 1's for my son back in May 2024, costing me £130. When they sent me a picture of them, they looked nothing like the picture advertised on their website....not only that, surprise, surprise they never arrived. I was told after various emails back and forth, that they would refund me the money. They never did. Having sent them an email many months on from when they said they would refund me. They haven't replied. That's £130 gone and nothing to show for it😡 I had to put June 24 as date of experience as it wouldn't go back as far as May 24.

This company supplies copy shoes pertaining to be a genuine company. Cancelled order straight away when I saw payment was going to Hong Kong. Still taken payment. Luckily paid on credit card so disputing payment!

Called the company after seeing all the negative reviews and they have a cellphone number listed for NY but the company is based out of TX ?Do either all of the customers are liars or this definitely has scam written all over it. When I called the number went straight to voicemail, so clearly Im not about to waste one cent of my time or money on this site. And if I were you and you're reading this review, do your homework before buying Jordan's from anyone that isn't a jordan licensed seller.

Is there any way of getting this clearly fake company done for selling fake good I spent 140 pounds on fake shoes surly there should be a way of getting these people done for this
