Una Mattress, a brand by Versigo Ltd Arvostelua 

We ordered our mattress six weeks ago, and still haven't received it. The phone rings out, and no one is responding to our emails. We just sent another email today, stating that if they don't respond, we will claim our money back via a credit card.

Very poor communication and misleading website.
It clearly says delivery in 10-14 working days on the website but it is actually time to manufacture the mattress + 14 working days (or more as I still don't have an update from them) for the mattress to arrive to the UK from Germany + a DPD delivery time...
Ordered the mattress on the 29th of October and I am still waiting for it...
I will never buy from them again.

Delivery was overly long for such a comparatively straightforward item (three weeks delivery).

This organic latex mattress is superb. The quality is first class and the novel concept of creating two different comfort levels in the one mattress (to suit two different sleepers) is very good.

The constant gassing-off of 'Memory foam' is a huge worry for me, but with this Organic Latex there is none of that - zero fumes and it is all organic too.

So... this is a superb quality mattress, organic, with zero chemicals, and which is fully adjustable to sleeper's weight and comfort needs.

Good mattress. We love that it is made of natural materials. The customer service was good - the woman with whom I spoke explained in detail all the materials involved in the making and how it is delivered in the UK. It was easy to put it together once delivered.

Great customer service, very quick response rate to any queries. The mattress itself is amazing, have a great sleep and my back feels much better compared to how it felt with my old mattress.

The only reason this isn’t a 5 star is the length of time it took to receive and lack of communication about that. Order placed May 7th, with website stating 14 working days delivery. I received an email on May 31st to say it was in production and will leave the factory in 5 days.

From this point I had to chase twice to get updates. Finally delivered July 9th. Appreciate delays and such happen but a 5 star service would be pro-active with customers who have just dropped over £1500 into your pockets.

As for the bed, I can’t fault it. Takes some putting together and adjusting, easier with 2 people.

I’ve waited the 100 days to review so it can really “bed-in”. It took me a few nights to adjust to the firmness of the bed. I set one side as soft and the one side as medium, and I prefer a firmer bed. I can’t say I notice much difference between the medium and soft, but a friend who tried it said they noticed the difference. I would say if you like a soft sinking into a cloud type bed, this is likely not for you.

The pillows are excellent too, very heavy, but supportive and not pancake flat by morning like others I’ve tried.

Overall, I’ve been sleeping very well on it, and am happy with the purchase and expect it to last a very long time.

Mattress took longer to deliver than stated but they kept me updated.
Mattress was well designed but sadly even the soft was too firm for my liking. Packed well in vacuum bags, which made it easy to pack up for return.
Return was painless and refund very quick.

The experience was great as I was advised on the long lead time and when the product was ready it came as described and the delivery process was easy with emails throughout. The product itself is excellent and the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The benefit of no micro plastic or VOCs is the main selling point but it has to be comfortable and it certainly is. It was a long lead time however I knew that and I was kept informed.

I would like to commend Lucy at Una Mattress for her outstanding service.
She was incredibly helpful in escalating our mattress delivery and kept us updated throughout the process with quick responses.
The mattress itself is fantastic - I prefer a firmer surface while my husband enjoys a softer top, and this mattress is highly adjustable to suit both of our preferences.
The quality is exceptional.
Previously, we had a memory foam mattress that didn't provide the support we needed, especially for our backs, as it molded into our shape overtime which is no ideal.
Since switching, my back feels so much better, and I wake up without any pain.

We're hopeful that it will last as long as promised, it's a great investment. Highly recommend!

7 weeks later still no mattress delivered

What a wonderful difference this mattress and topper have made to my comfort and sleep quality

A day or two after submitting my original review, I received updated tracking information for the mattress and I have now since received it. It’s a fantastic mattress, and they packaged it with care. I’m amending my initial review of 2 stars to 4 stars since despite the initial issues with shipping and shipping time estimates, they did respond and provide me with answers to all my questions. Moving forward, I hope they work the kinks out in their shipping process and communications, but their product really does speak for itself. They also followed through with all my specific requests. Despite the initial communication issues, I would recommend them, just expect to wait a bit longer for your mattress.

I originally ordered Una’s pillow for my partner, and it arrived promptly. It’s an incredible pillow—super comfortable and well-made—which gave me the confidence to invest in one of their mattresses.

Unfortunately, my experience with the mattress order has been frustrating and disappointing. I placed the order on March 24th, with an estimated delivery time of two weeks. When that deadline passed, I checked the order status and saw the estimate had quietly changed to four weeks. Fine—delays happen.

But four weeks came and went, and I received no update. I emailed on April 17th to ask about the order and was told it would arrive by the end of that week. That didn’t happen either. I followed up again on April 29th—no response. I emailed again on May 2nd, and this time they replied saying they had “inquired into the matter,” but still offered no clear answers.

As of today, May 5th, I still have no idea where my mattress is or when it will arrive. For such a large and expensive purchase, the lack of communication has been incredibly disappointing.

I’m giving 2 stars only because the pillow I did receive was genuinely excellent. But I regret trusting the company with a bigger investment. The customer service and communication around this mattress order have been unacceptable.

Excellent matress, excellent customer service. Is a very supportive matress good for back and body and the planet! And reduces RF and EMF exposure due to no springs. Recommend.

I ordered a king size deluxe mattress on 13th Feb and it arrived 25th March, so a bit longer than the advertised 20 working days but not horrendously longer. I feel like Una Mattress could probably keep people updated with the status of their order a bit better, but I contacted Lucy via the web chat several times for updates and questions and have to say she was fantastic - very helpful and very responsive, every time! So excellent customer service.

The mattress:
I've had 3 nights on the mattress now and it is superb quality. Night one we went with the 'Firm, Soft, Medium' configuration and while comfortable, decided to switch it to 'Firm, Medium, Soft' for the next night and found that to be the sweet spot for us - we've both slept so well the last couple of nights!

When putting the mattress together you can feel the quality manufacturing and materials and it really feels like a premium product. I'm conscious it's only been 3 nights, but I'm planning on fully testing every part of it over the next 97 nights to ensure it still lives up to my initial reaction!

Since you can configure both sides of this king size mattress differently, I was concerned that we would be able to feel a 'join' in the middle of the mattress, but 3 nights in I can honestly say you can lie in the middle of it (right on top of the join) and you'd have no idea. So concerns totally allayed on that front.

The mattress is springy, as you'd expect from latex but also soft and supportive at the same time, moulding around your shoulders and hips when side sleeping and supporting your lower back when sleeping on your back. The 'zones' really come into play here and do their job.

All in all, very happy and a superb quality and super comfortable mattress that feels as though it will last a very long time. I won't be buying a sprung or memory foam mattress ever again if this thing is still as comfy in a few months' time, as it is now. As I mentioned, company communication/delivery updates etc. could improve somewhat but I didn't mind waiting an extra week or so for a quality product - especially given that things like customs clearances etc. are not in Una Mattress's control. I cannot fault Lucy and the customer service I've received at all - excellent all round!

The mattress fully met my expectations. It feels perfect and I really love sleeping on it.
It came well packaged and was easy to place on the bed.
I was a little anxious that there was a slight delay in the delivery but was delighted that the mattress arrived just before Christmas.

The mattress if very comfortable, I definitely sleep better, turn over less often, so deeper sleep.
My only complaint is that customer services response time was very slow, I had to email, call and message a number of times before I heard back from them. In the end they are however willing to resolve the issue.

Amazing customer service, both pre and post sales.
Very rare to find a company like this these days!

How is the mattress? No idea. Still waiting for my order after 2 months.
Advertise a delivery within 20 days. In reality, no. Ordered on the 3rd of December, and 8 weeks later still not delivered. Was supposedly being delivered this week but no update. Starting to feel like this news was to keep me quiet when I started to mention that previous customers waited 28 weeks for delivery.
Wondering if this is mattress company or a bank. With all the money taken from customers, they must have a nice return from interest.
