Ordered the Heart N Soul Dining table
Ordered the Heart N Soul Dining table. Delivery service was great and the driver really helpful in bringing the table to the door. Dining table really good quality and build. Had a small mark on one of the extending pieces. Contacted Umage who sent me a simple claim link to complete and they arranged to send a replacement part straight away. Top marks for friendly customer service and quality of the product

Very satisfied with Audacious side Table
Bought Audacious side table. Quick delivery, easy to assemble and quality seems good. A suggestion would be to make the hole for the YSB cord bigger so it also could fit other electronics you wold like to put on the shelf.

Snyggt kvalitetsbord till bra pris
Mer än nöjd med mitt nya bord. Snyggare än på bilderna. Bra pris i förhållande till kvalité och liknande bord på marknaden. Lätt att kommunicera med företaget via mail.
Enda minus är att företaget levererar via Bring. Vilket gjorde leverans tiden längre och att det inte går att följa bilen i realtid.

Customer service very low
Ordered two lamps from oficial website. Found them 5min later with a huge discount in another retailer, sent them an e mail to ask how this could be possible, answer was that other shops can sell their products with the discount they want.
After 12 days from purchase, still didnt get them delivered to my delivery adress, which is starting to be worrying.
Beautiful (and expensive) lamps that I still didnt see but customer service is really low.

Regarding pricing, our official webshop has fixed prices, while our retail partners are free to run their own campaigns and discounts – which is why prices may vary.
As for your order, waiting 12 days without receiving your lamps is of course not acceptable. We’d really like to look into this for you. Could you please send us your order number through our website chat, so we can investigate and make sure your lamps are delivered as soon as possible?

The designs are great and special
The designs are great and special - the customer experience is not. The lounge chair is advertised with the claim that you can change the upholstery, however, that is not available on the website. The webshop does not answer to emails and overall customer support is sluggish. Finally, parcels are send with GLS not to your home adress but directly delivered to some pick-up points far away. That is not convincing at all.

Umage Eos Feather Lamps
I have gone all in on Umage's Eos feather lampshades in our home. They look so pretty and really create a common look and feel between rooms and floors. I have chosen white and grey colours. The smaller lamps are a little bit tricky to assemble so a bit of patience is needed, particularly for the table lamps. Still, very happy with the purchase.
