I bought a refurbished Ultimea Poseidon…customer service? What customer service!
I bought a refurbished Ultimea Poseidon E40 directly from Ultimea. The projector arrived with major functional defects: automatic keystone and intelligent image correction do not work properly, and the geometry remains distorted despite repeated calibration and manual adjustment.
Ultimea initially characterized it as a small corner issue and encouraged me to keep it. After I provided photos and videos, they offered small partial refunds, an inferior replacement model, and later asked me to pay an additional US$135–150 to receive a new working E40.
I had previously bought an Ultimea soundbar and was impressed, which is why I trusted the brand. Unfortunately, the warranty handling has been extremely disappointing. I am still requesting either a proper replacement at no additional cost or a fully protected refund with prepaid tracked return shipping.
Buyers should understand that the product may look attractive on paper, but warranty support may involve prolonged negotiation rather than a straightforward replacement.
Your response confirms the core problem with this experience. What should have been a straightforward warranty matter became a prolonged negotiation.
I received a defective refurbished projector. Instead of promptly offering a replacement or full refund with prepaid return shipping, I was first presented with partial refunds, substitute products, and an additional charge to receive a new unit.
That is not straightforward customer service. It places the burden on the customer to keep arguing for a basic warranty resolution and creates the impression that the company is testing what the customer will accept rather than resolving the defect.
A full refund and prepaid return label should have been the immediate solution once you confirmed that no equivalent refurbished replacement was available. I appreciate that this is now being arranged, but it should not have required repeated escalation and a public review to reach this point. What a joker company.

The reason we offered partial refunds or a replacement with a different in-stock model was that we currently do not have any refurbished E40 units available in our inventory. As an alternative, we also offered you the option to pay a discounted upgrade fee to receive a brand new E40, which we believe would have been a fair solution given the circumstances.
We understand that you prefer a direct replacement at no extra cost or a fully protected refund, and we respect your position. To address your request, we have already initiated the process for a return shipping label. Once we receive the label from the courier, we will send it to you via email immediately — please keep an eye on your Email.
We truly value your trust as a returning customer who previously purchased our soundbar, and we are genuinely sorry that this repair/replacement process has felt like prolonged negotiation rather than a straightforward solution. That was never our intention, and we will review our internal procedures to improve in the future.

Ich bin von der Ultimea Aura A30 absolut begeistert! Für diesen Preis bekommt man eine überraschend starke Klangqualität mit sattem Bass, klaren Stimmen und einem tollen Surround-Effekt. Filme, Serien und Musik machen damit deutlich mehr Spaß als mit den integrierten TV-Lautsprechern.
Die Einrichtung war unkompliziert und in wenigen Minuten erledigt. Besonders gefällt mir, dass man den Klang individuell anpassen kann – so lässt sich die Soundbar perfekt auf den eigenen Geschmack abstimmen. Auch die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und das Design ist modern und unauffällig.

Fantastisches Heimkinoerlebnis für kleinen Preis:
Nach knapp 8 Monaten bin ich immer noch begeistert von dem Sound-System. Ich habe so viel mehr Spaß in meinem Heim-Kino als ich es je hatte! Die Fernbedienung erlaubt sehr individuelle Einstellungen, sodass an Abenden und Nächten unter der Woche die Nachbarn nicht gestört werden, aber am Wochenende und Feiertagen der Raum auch einmal zum richtigen Kino wird. Die Stimmen sind dabei extrem klar während der Subwoofer wirklich ordentlich Bass liefert wenn man aufdreht. Der digitale Atmos-Sound ist für den Preis überragend! Eine der besten Ausgaben die ich je getätigt habe!

Dad is happy with the Ultimea Poseidon Soundbar
I bought a Poseidon D60 Soundbar made by Ultimea because the reviews I read were very positive; for my dad, as a Christmas gift, his 20+ year old system crapped out. He said that the hook-up was fast. When he connected it to his system of TV & streaming devices, they were impressed by the sound quality and ease of control, and did not miss the old Sony system he had before.

Waste of money
I bought a few items from them in the past. All off Amazon except my latest purchase. My latest purchace is a projector that they shipped in the manufactured original box which screams projector all over it and it was stolen while I was at work after being delivered and left for everyone to see it was a brand new projector. At least Amazon puts their box around it, ultimea couldn't even be bothered to wrap it in paper. Complete waste of money due to their carelessness. First package stolen ever, and im positive it's because they basically advertised I bought a new projector because they didn't wrap the box to be discreet, so careless, so pissed.

Small Footprint, Big Sound
I ordered an Ultimea Poseidon D50 from Amazon after seeing so many reviews on YouTube about Ultimea. The reviews were not wrong. I have the D50 installed in my bedroom. The surround speakers are crystal clear. You can every word that is being said. My wife used to have to used the closed captioning while watching movies to hear what certain characters were saying. Not any more. The center channel is so small it barely takes up any room. The surround speakers are on the wall and the sound that comes out makes you feel like the sound is all around you. I got my D50 on Amazon. The price was what made it impossible to pass up.

Super Aufwertung des Fernsehers
Ich habe das ULTIMEA Skywave X40 Surround-System mit Dolby Atmos im Angebot gekauft und bin absolut zufrieden.
Der (Angebots)Preis und die gebotene Leistung stimmen hier definitiv.
Schon das Unboxing ist für dieses Preissegment eher ungewöhnlich, das Zubehör befindet sich in einem separatem edlem Karton mit Magnetverschluss.
Der Aufbau des Systems ist sehr einfach, schnell und auch vom Laien durchführbar.
Die Satelliten benötigen am Standort jeweils eine eigene Stromversorgung, die Audioverbindung ist kabellos.
DolbyAtmos Filme bekommen mit der Soundbar noch ein kleines Extra an Sound, aber auch normales DolbySurround klingt prima.
Auch Spiele auf der XBox profitieren deutlich von der Soundbar.
Ich nutze die Soundbar auch für Musikstreaming über Bluetooth, Qualitativ für mich absolut in Ordnung, volumentechnisch für mein Wohnzimmer in der Mietwohnung schon beinahe überdimensioniert.
Folgende Punkte sollte man beachten:
Audiophile Menschen sollten keinen High-End Sound mit feinst wahrnehmbaren Soundnuancen erwarten, auch die Dolby Atmos Zertifizierung verwandelt das Wohnzimmer NICHT in ein Großraum-Kino.
Der Höheneffekt über die Upfire-Lautsprecher ist wahrnehmbar, wenn die Sitzposition und die räumlichen Gegebenheiten stimmen, bei Musikwiedergabe tragen Sie zu ein wenig mehr Raumfülle bei.
Die Sourround-Effekte sind insgesamt prima und werten das Fernseherlebnis im Vergleich zu den TV-Lautsprechern enorm auf.
Ich hätte mir noch eine DTS X Zertifizierung und individuelle Equalizer-Profile in der App gewünscht, in Anbetracht des Preises aber trotzdem eine Top-Ausstattung.
Vorteile:
Satter Sound, reichlich Bass
Per App auf dem Smartphone gut einstellbar, reichlich EQ-Einstellungen
Nachteile:
Leider keine DTS X Zertifizierung
Fazit (tl:dr):
Für den Preis würde ich das System wieder kaufen.
So kräftigen TV Sound und die Qualität der Musikwiedergabe in dem Preissegment hätte ich nicht erwartet.

Great price, great sound, solid EQ control
I recently picked up the ULTIMEA Poseidon M30 soundbar and I’m really impressed, especially for the price. The sound is clear, punchy, and fills the room nicely, with the wireless subwoofer adding deep bass without being muddy. Dialogue comes through much better than my TV speakers thanks to the VoiceMX mode.
The app control is a highlight: the 10-band EQ and 121 preset matrices make it easy to tune the sound for movies, music, or gaming. Setup was straightforward, Bluetooth 6.0 is rock solid, and HDMI ARC worked perfectly with my TV. For anyone looking for a budget-friendly soundbar that doesn’t compromise on sound quality or customization, the Poseidon M30 is a no-brainer.
