A very efficient service - a telephone enquiry was returned the same day and my Ltl Acorn was delivered within three days of the order. It performs exactly as advertised and I know advice on any technical issues is only a telephone call away.

I was very impressed by the service that I received from UK Wildlife Cameras during the current Covid-19 lockdown.

I recently purchased an RF based birdbox camera system from UK Wildlike Cameras, but after a couple of months of use I had trouble with the RF receiver.

So I was asked to return the suspect receiver for inspection / replacement - this was just as the UK went into the Coronavirus lock-down, and most companies either closed or moved to Working From Home.

UK Wildlife Cameras were always very quick to reply to my emails, and immediately replaced the faulty receiver as soon as it was received by their company. I was notified when they received my item, and a new unit was delivered the my house the very next day.

I am pleased to say the birdbox system that I purchased is now performing perfectly, and I am able to view some blue tits building a nest within our birdbox.

I'd like to say a big thankyou to both Mark and the rest of UK Wildlife Cameras for their help and support throughout. Well done!

Ordered a camera on the 5th of September and its the 17th now with no delivery, email or communication from the company. I called them last week and they said that they will call me back. They did not.

Refund requested, hopefully they will answer that email.

Update: The company got in touch to say that they had emailed a reply to my order chase, but it didn't receive that email.

Original order was not processed due to a paypal error so funds were not transferred.

I ordered a bird box and camera kit for £141. When it arrived it had been so poorly packed that the bird box had punched a large hole in the carton.
I then discovered that the antenna was missing as were the fitting instructions and a sticker that was supposed to be on the camera with its password. The instructions were Emailed over immediately. The sticker with the password apparently is no longer required because the process has changed but the instructions haven't. The antenna took 10 days to be replaced.
Having set up the camera and their recommended app the screen told me there was no camera detected. I reported back to UK Wildlife Cameras that the camera appeared not to be working. Their immediate response, without any investigation, was that it must be my fault in not using the app properly.
I agreed with them that the entire order would be returned as faulty. They offered £5 for the return postage even though it cost over £10 by their recommended carrier. Several days after they had received the order back I received a refund for the order but nothing for postage and no communication.
The company is slow to respond to all Emails and have refused to reply to my requests for a refund of postage.
The best way to judge a company is by the way they deal with errors and ommisions. UK Wildlife Cameras just don't deal with them.
There is no aspect of this company that I can recommend.

bought bushnell trophy cam hd 24mp no glow for wifes christmas present was faulty,kept getting fobbed off eventually sent back for repair under warranty. kept messaging and getting excuses back ,after more than 4 months still got no camera and paypal returning money as they could not get any answers either rubbish company

I bought my Bushnell trail camera from UK Wildlife Cameras about 9 months ago after a cheaper one (from Amazon) became unreliable. They gave me good advice on what to look for and recommended several options. Since then they have helped me with a software update to fix a problem with video length and also some quick fixes when I had a problem with recordings after the winter sleep - I use my camera to monitor hedgehogs! Very helpful and responsive

It was good to be able to contact someone on the phone and chat about our specific circumstances and cameras that would most suit our needs. Normally if you buy on line you are forced into buying ‘blind’ with only the description of the product as a guide.Mark was very informative, provided different options and costs as well as examples of photos from the cameras we were interested in.

Bought a camera for my wife to watch her birds. This company shipped the order very quickly and answered my emailed queries quickly - even at the weekend. Great service!

Excellent service. Although there was a problem with the power cable splitter this was sorted and a replacement sent out straight away.

I had a WiFi problem with a camera but it was solved quickly and efficiently with excellent technical support.

From the start of when I ordered the customer service has been brilliant. I now have the box rigged up and ready for a bird to take residence. The picture looks really clear and can't wait to see some action. It was a Christmas present for my husband and he loves it.

Bird box camera arrived in good time, it was well packaged and most importantly my father was absolutely thrilled when he opened it on Christmas day.

Mark is a very helpful person. I had to call him several.times when setting up.ny camera as I wasnt too sure about certain things. He even sent.me some free 2300mah batteries to get me started as I was having g problems sourcing some.

I haven’t yet opened the products I ordered from Wildlife Cameras (its a Christmas present!) but the customer service has been really good. I had both emails and phone calls in response to any queries.
I was worried my product wouldn’t get here in time as I only ordered a week before I needed to take it home with me, and I knew it was coming up to Christmas and ParcelForce were naturally a bit behind with deliveries! But Mark kindly gave me a tracking number and was very helpful :) parcel only took 5 days to come and considering I payed the lowest price for delivery AND it was Christmas- I thought this came in pretty good time!!

As the camera was bought for a present I am not able to comment on its performance yet, but the prior communication and delivery have been excellent.(the box of Malteasers inc as an apology for delayed delivery was a lovely touch)
