Product did not arrive, I emailed them to track and was advised that the package had been dispatched but was lost in the post, a refund was given but took some time to return to my account probably due to Christmas holidays. Good communication and sincere apology from aftersales.

Product did not arrive and no response could be obtained from the company until Paypal intervened.
Product ordered early December for a Christmas present. Dispatch supposed to be 3 to 5 days. When it did not arrive, tried to contact many times by phone, e-mail and via their website. Only managed one contact from them by e-mail asking for the order number and then nothing further. No response by 14th January so asked Paypal to intervene for me. This worked luckily and the next day I received an e-mail from the company and had my money refunded. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
