I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my Highlands cow Christmas jumper on 16/12/2025. Like other deceived customers, I believed the company was based in Scotland. I have tried several times to communicate with the company as January arrived, but no Christmas jumper. Then February, still no jumper. End of March… no jumper. According to the company, the item was shipped from Dallas, Texas but when I checked just now, the tracking number is invalid. I received an update email in January that the parcel arrived somewhere in Manchester, UK but that’s where communication stopped! The company kept making excuses at first and could not give me details of the courier in the UK. They did not even reply to my last email in February!

The fabrics are of extremely poor quality, unpleasant even to touch (100% synthetic, very low-grade, and probably harmful to the skin). The print quality is terrible. The product delivered is very different from what was advertised. The real value of the T-shirts they sell is between $3 and $5 (and I still wouldn’t buy them even at that price). These products are simply awful.

Shipping from china took weeks and absolutely horrific quality. Scammed

The order has not been delivered 2 months after being placed.
Took twice the amount advertised and won't refund
Shipped from USA (why ? "uk"comffy clothes)
Steer well clear

Name fooled me. Low prices and unique designs. Quality is poor and but authentic products. Shipping took forever. Avoid.

I bought the Rugby six Nations T-shirt and was very disappointed. The shirt was more charcoal than dark black colour and the print had very bleak and dull colours.....the item was completely different fraom the Instagram advertising. Cannot recommend to buy.

Wow completely rubbish six nations rugby shirt, under sized paper thin print is rubbish, I wouldn’t put it in the dogs basket. Delete this company and never go back.

Not providing what they are advertising.
The quality of the printing and material is poor, the sizing is all wrong (too wide and too short), and the customer service is very bad. They respond quickly but usually with blank email responses and you get nowhere. I have requested a full refund for over a week and get the same blank response daily. AVOID!!!!

Placed an order and have HEARD NOTHING from them. They do not respond to emails at all! Since placing the order there has been no communication from them. RIP off scammers!

Cool design, but the shirt was made with very thin fabric. Poor quality, would not buy again.

Clothes do not really match their photos with cheaper materials being used. Delivery times are long as despite the name this is not a uk based company it is just another Temu

Terrible customer service, when I enquired where my order was they sent me a rude response back saying not to bother them. Do not buy anything from this shoddy company!!@

Do not under any circumstances buy anything from this site. I ordered a Highland Cow jumper for Christmas which took over 4 weeks to arrrive. The neck of the jumper was so small that it could only fit over the head of a new baby (ordered a medium sized jumper) and quality was very poor. No cover note imcluded and poor communication when I contacted them for instructions on how to return. I was offered £10 compensation which I refused. PayPal initially didn't support me and closed the case as I had received the jumper. However, I took this up with PayPal again and it was re-opened as 'faulty goods'. It took a while but I eventually won my case and got a refund in full. Don't accept their first decision, but better still, avoid this site at all costs.

Same as everyone else. Not a UK company. Products not manufactured where they say they are. Delivery took 1 month to the day. Refused to respond to return the items. Took out a dispute with PayPal who closed in favour of seller as the item was delivered. Didn’t read any other information I supplied, so they are just as bad. I can’t believe we have to let these shameless people get away with it. I’m now £60 down and got products that you wouldn’t buy if the photos on the website were real. You wouldn’t buy them for more than about £5 as a joke one off present. That’s the world we live in :(

Product is really poor quality, direct from China. Not worth the reduced prices and I can’t even imagine the ethics behind the manufacturing.

I ordered 2 Stone Roses T-Shirts. Ordering was fine and they were delivered within a couple of weeks but the design looks like it's a photocopy. The material is fine and the fit is fine but the design does not look good at all.

Not a UK company, arrived over a month late. When it did arrive the tshirt was completely unwearable. The print was so distorted and unfocused you couldn’t even make out the stone roses writing. AVOID this company. Absolutely shockingly awful.

I ordered a Christmas jumper in December. It is now 18th January and the item has still not arrived.
Instead of resolving the issue, this company repeatedly tells me to go door-to-door in my neighbourhood and ask neighbours if they have my parcel — every single time I email them. This is not a solution, it is laziness and a complete lack of responsibility.
I paid for a product I never received, and the company refuses to take ownership of the problem or offer a proper replacement or refund.
This is some of the worst customer service I have experienced. Avoid this company unless you’re prepared to lose your money and your time.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Appaling quality, over priced. Not UK based. Don't buy!

I ordered a pink, white and black cat design jumper. It's far too big and the fabric is horrible not at all.like the photograph. I shall take it straight to the charity shop!
