Ordered a £40 + £7.50 shipping, cardigan last October, it didn't arrive. Contacted them and I was told to check with neighbours and post office. Done this and contacted them several times again zero feedback, no item and no refund. Don't waste your money or time!

Already worn it all day at the park today, only realized the collar seams are done super sharply after seeing my last polo’s threads unravelling. Didn’t notice any scratchiness around the neckline, not even at first try—huge relief after last time with a store brand one that kept itching. Overall, that subtle sense of heft in the fabric surprised me compared to the floppy feel of cheaper polos. Can’t really see any seam flaws anywhere up close.

So. Alexclothing have now made contact.
They have offered me a partial refund and told to keep the clothing that has spelling mistakes. They don't actually think the misspelt words as a big problem.
They have also asked me to close the PayPal dispute. That's not going to happen untill I receive a full refund. They have also told me not to mention their clothing on Facebook. But as long as im telling 100% truth there's nothing they can do about it .

What a load of rubbish with misspelt words on the t shirt that make no sense.

Do not buy from this company.

Firstly this is a Chinese company which is not stated anywhere, therefore the delivery takes long. When I finally received the product I could immediately see how terrible the quality is of the product that I bought, never-mind the price I paid for such a terribly made shirt. Don’t be fooled, stay away from these guys.

Alexclothes, a Chinese company, not a UK company which is how they come across, seem to be linked to another Chinese company called Raise Our Colours. Both companies have the same product. I ordered a hoodie and T-shirt from them, and got something completely different. Shame I can't put photos on here to show the dross these scammers are selling. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Purchased what I thought was a great looking rugby hat, showing all six nations flags. Looked nicely knitted, a lovely design.
It took about a month to arrive, the size was ridiculously large, made poorly from cheap materials, and poorly ‘printed ‘ on images, the thing was floppy, and simply dropped completely over my head, suddenly turned into a kind of blindfold/mask

Do not trust this company. Their products are made from very cheap material, and the design looks cheap and nasty. I tried contacting this company to cancel this order, and after they didn't respond for a few weeks the item arrived and I have not had any response from them to get a refund.

Where do I start? Firstly like others on here, I paid extra for their so called VIP delivery so that the intended present would be well in time for xmas. I ordered well in advance in Dec only to receive it after new years. I have sent 4 emails, only one was replied to with the most unhelpful "tracking" link that showed nothing. Since then every email has been ignored. My last email stated that I want a full refund for the delivery as it did not even come close to the 3-7 days guarantee and that I do not want the item because the service is so poor.
The item arrived anyway without a knock on the door, just left. Then the actual item is rubbish. Not the fleece material shown but some thin shiny, nothing like the picture, material. Also the arms for a large, long sleeved "fleece" are tiny and short. Terrible item, cheap print and cheap material. I want all of my money back and compensation for the terrible service, and faulty item.
AVOID, they are not worth the hassle.
When a representative of Alexclothes reads this, I want a reply as my emails are being ignored.

Everything is good, they have a really good customer service, they will help you with any issues happily, recommended.

Bought a Christmas sweatshirt from these guys. Paid for VIP delivery so I’d get it easily before Christmas Day, which I obviously had to pay extra for. Shirt didn’t arrive. Chased them numerous times and got no reply! Luckily I’d bought it via PayPal so explained to them that the item hadn’t turned up within the 3-7 days promised (in fact it had been more than 10 days) and low and behold they replied claiming as it was Christmas deliveries would be slower. At that point realised from their email address that they are NOT UK BASED, but in fact the goods come from China. Eventually they told me to ‘refuse delivery’ and once they receive the item back they will refund. Luckily managed to be in when Evri tried to deliver it so have now refused delivery. Sent them the ‘delivery refusal’ email received from Evri but still won’t send refund until they receive the item back. Now waiting for them to say they’ve not received it back!! Hopefully PayPal will sort it in the long run.

My advice - same as many other is AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

As you’ll see below, they are very good at public replies but none to my personal emails to them and still awaiting confirmation that they’ve received the parcel back in China so I can get my refund.

Purchased a sweatshirt from this lot and when it finally arrived it was to small so i tried to return it which at first they wouldnt acknowledge my emails until i opened a dispute through paypal then just lied saying they would refund me and tricked me to closing the dispute and didnt pay my refund, so dont believe you can return products as thats not happening, AVOID AVOID AVOID, FRAUDSTERS AND LIARS NO LESS, i have now put the bank onto them to retrieve my money. Never ever buy from this company again, oh and i have all their emails as evidence that they are liars.

They pretended to be in UK, Home page has UK flag with veterans then below British breast cancer, even says portion of each purchase goes towards breast cancer research (which I now believe is a lie) so I made an order and it’s been nearly 1 month they send me emails nearly every day trying to get me to buy more. I won’t until I get what i ordered and it looks like if it ever gets here might be next Christmas. I would not have bought if i knew clothing coming from China as so much bad feedback on it. Says will be 22 days by then you can’t get your money back from PayPal.. so this is a scam. I even paid £9 extra for VIP post it said 3 to 7 days. I received item just on time for Christmas, was so poor quality I was tempted to throw in bin and not give as a present. Other than the pic of fox on front it is nothing like the advertised item at all, utter rubbish, very thin nylon flat not woolly, or good looking at all.
