Ordered some items to the value of £21.98 and paid for on 24nd Oct. On 27th October another £13.95 was taken from my account without my authority and a subscription set up so Ozerty can take further money if they desire. There was no mention of a minimum spend for free postage until the items were ordered. In the subsequent order confirmation email at the very bottom it mentions an 'eco-charge' of £13.95 for spends under £20. A-holes. This is a banking loophole that needs to be closed. Block or cancel your cards to prevent further unauthorized charges.

Oh my goodness, I wish I had read these reviews first I too have been scammed.Placed order for £15.98 and then the following day they took another unauthorised payment for £13.96 and they say its an eco charge.My order confirmatuon clearly says free delivery, I would have never agreed to this. They have clearly stored my full credit card details, so I will now have to cancel my credit card. Please dont buy from this company and get scammed like me and so msny others.

A thoroughly disreptuable company
Don't take my word for it, read the reviews. I paid,as did others for the items I ordered only to find an additional £13.95 taken from my credit card. I wanted to return the goods and have a refund but would have to send them to China and pay at least £15 postage - don't send things back to the address they came from or you'll lose everything

Beware, these people are scammers. The products I bought were rubbish with obviously false reviews. Then they took £30 off my credit card without permission - they claim I didn't untick a box. Now I will have to change my credit card details before they take more money.
Update 10/12/2025
They still haven't returned the money after promising to do so over a month ago. They said they were having technical issues - that old story.

Eco charge of £13.95 taken from my bank account, two days after the original payment. If you have ordered from this company, get in touch with your bank and block them from taking further payments. They had set up a subscription on my account so can take more payments any time.

I was suppose to purchase 1 small item they charged me 3 times separately in total and one of them without my knowledge until a couple days later I had a random notification saying I was charged £13 I asked them what it was they came up with the excuse it’s for the eco charge. The item also came 2 weeks later when it was specifically meant to be 5-7 days and their return is back to china purposely so you’d get told you’ll have to pay excessive shipping fees so you have no choice but to keep the item. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH if I could give a -1 star I would.

Don’t go anywhere near this site absolute misleading and false advertising.
They charge you an eco delivery charge without you authorising it.
I had to cancel my card with my bank because ozerty said it was a legitimate charge. I told them the product costs £5 and you’ve advertised free delivery, so then why would I pay £13.95 for an eco delivery charge that’s just plain daylight robbery.
Please stay away from this dodgy company and tell your contacts as well, hopefully they’ll go bankrupt soon.

They are a massive scam.
After I bought the shoes, they tried to subscribe me to their company, trying to take monthly payments for no reason. Fortunately I had no money in my account so the amount didn’t go through.
I contacted my bank and they blocked them.
Quality of the shoe was a joke.

This company purports to be in the UK with a UK email and contact number. The eco charge was not easily visible when booking. Don't be fooled when placing an order.

Definitely fraudulent - Bank recognised a transaction by this company as fraudulent luckily - about 3 months after I had made 1 purchase. They froze my card, and at my request defrosted card!! but blocked any further transactions from these scum.
