Mammut taiss in insulting jacket.
Absolute garbage. Most of the down is missing from the back. Still awaiting mammut customer service to get back to me. It’s been 10 days.
Avoid.

Je dispose d'un DVA Mammut Barryvvox Element dont une pate de pile présente une fissure.
D'autres utilisateurs ont déclaré le même problème sur les forums : la panne est connue et liée à un souci d'emboutissage lors de sa confection.
Pour autant, Mammut soihaite un renvoi de l'équipement complet pour voir, sans idée de chiffrage pour une avarie connue.

Pas du tout satisfaisant car :
- la marque pourrait assumer et renvoyer une pate de connexion bonne ;
- cette pate est amovible en quelques secondes ;
- on éviterait ainsi des transports inutiles ;
- le client serait dépanné rapidement ;

Mais Mammut perdrait l'opportunité de declarer le DVA obsolète. C'est d'ailleurs la seule justification que je trouve à ce comportement inadapté.
(DVA qui par ailleurs fonctionne parfaitement).

D'ailleurs je ne comprends pas ce qui m'est répondu : "Nous ne pourrons proposer un prix (si des frais sont encourus) qu'après avoir inspecté le produit." Il serait plus adapté de dire : sans autre anomalie que le problème déclaré, Mammit assure la prise en charge ainsi que les frais de retour.

Après plusieurs échanges par mail, je note une forte capacité à faire de la COM mais aucune aptitude à proposer une meilleure solution à ce cas de figure singulier. Les propositions client semblent ignorées au profit de formules toutes prêtes que Maria L. sait parfaitement bien copier/coller.

Décevant.
Je ne recommande pas cette marque.

On the 27th of November, I bought the expensive (1300€) ski suit La Liste Pro jacket and pants. I used them 20 days maximum this winter.
I used it normally like my previous ski gear but the pant has deteriorate very quickly with some small holes on the bottom of legs, It couldn't be this edge of the ski considering the place of the small holes. I contact the SAV from Mammut website to explain them that.
Results : I had to pay the reparation of the trousers.
As a ski instructor I never saw a bad quality fabric like this. Never this brand again for me..

I brought some Ultimate Pro Low GTX walking shoes in Spring which were a "perfect" fit but after a few weeks I started having foot pain and realised it was the shoe possible too good a fit. I had not got the box anymore and Mammut showed no interest whatsoever in helping or swapping the shoes for a bigger size or even offering me a discount on anther size. A company of this size and they simply don’t care about their customers.

I bought a jacket for £160 suitable for Ben Nevis primaloft jacket, zips all went in two years aboslutely rubbish dont but from them. Bought from Cotswolds who advised we had to send it to Germany to get a quote for it to be repaired. DO NOT BUY MAMMUT

Nice clothes but despite I ordered for hundreds of euro's I did not recieve the free beany because I had already a deal because I am a new customer. That is not the right way to keep customers interested is you.

Great products, appalling Customer Service. Have now been waiting since last year for a response regarding a faulty order. I am left with a damaged product whilst Mammut fail to reply.

Well what a palava do not use their company it expensive equipment and shocking customer service in the UK. I tried to order a jacket and beanie before Christmas. The beanie was supposed to be free. When it came to pay it wasn’t deducted so called them. The cheaper beanie than the free one they would not refund so mislead at the start. Secondly I have been waiting over two weeks to find they sent it via their delivery service to Poland from Switzerland and can’t find my order tracking. The haven’t a clue when I will receive it and will not refund me. I now have to go through my bank to recover my £400 never again Mammut I will never use them again.

Avoid this company

I ordered a rucksack on 7th September. It cleared customs on 10th September. Since then it hasn’t moved. Company refuse to help. Keep telling me to wait another 24 hours. Blaming uk post. Asked them to resend with overnight courier j would have paid the postage. They refused. Asked to speak to manager. Lola said there weren’t any. Asked to cancel order as too late for date needed. Refused. Now going through PayPal.

Update as of 3rd October still no delivery. No contact from company. PayPal refunded though.

Poor customer service. Package not delivered, returned to sender. No response to emails. No refund forthcoming.

After 2 weeks still waiting for response, I brought mammut shoes with should be waterproof gortex I paid 150 for that amazing shoes and water After 2 hours walk in snowdonia Park I want sent it back but I can't contact with support and now I waste my time here so please be careful salomon brand better but after years I try something different and I was wrong
Waterproof and water resistant that's not the same mine!!!

Beware of this business. Absolute disaster. This seems to be a big Fraud. Never ever go with them, you will be fooled.
It may not be the authentic Mammut stores.
I have placed my order [Order #JD9156587] (April 02,2022) and the items are still not delivered to me.
The China post says the items are delivered to UK logistics and there is no information after that. I have no ways to track this further.
Sorry to say again, But I am not happy with the way of working of your company.

Ho cercato di contattare più volte il servizio clienti Mammut per aiutarmi a risolvere un problema e chiedere consiglio su come trattare un loro scarpone che perdeva colore, non ho mai ricevuto risposta.
Mi è capitato di aver contattato servizi clienti di svariati store e marchi per i più svariati motivi ed ho sempre ricevuto risposte veloci e gentili. Qui ho trovato solo un servizio clienti inesistente.

I’m bit dizzy now

My wife bought a pair of Raichle/ Mammut Gore Tex hiking boots a few years ago. They were comfortable enough, have had light use, until the soles came off on a hike last weekend! Enough said, after reading other people's experiences, we won't be buying their brand again. Buyer beware!

Terrible customer service/ soulless company. I received Mammut pants for a Christmas present, 1 size too small. Because they were ordered through Outdoor Prolink, a company they ship to, they refused to take them back, brand new with tags. They responded by telling me to sell them on eBay. Wt??

Customer service is a disgrace. I would buy Mammut products in a shop but never ever order from them online ever again because of the arrogance of the company's customer service - as other reviewers here highlighted too.

The emails from Mammut did not make clear that the tracking number I was given for the jacket I ordered was for "outside the UK" (I live in the UK), and that my parcel will have another tracking number when it arrived in the UK, and confusingly, the same emails that referenced the "outside the UK" tracking number had a ParcelForce logo and the link led to ParcelForce website. I wasted a lot of my time and the ParcelForce operative wasted a lot of time too trying to find my parcel based on Mammut's tracking number.

I mentioned this to Mammut and had a very arrogant reply. Two, actually. A simple polite sentence acknowledging this would have meant that Mammut had not lost one customer; how difficult was it to write: 'Apologies for the confusion with the tracking number. We will ensure that this is made clear in future emails to other clients'.

I purchased a new pair of Mammut Brecon III walking boots in November 2019. They failed just days after the 2 year warranty expiry date. The left boot fills with water within seconds when immersed in water up to the first eyelet. The right boot remains dry. The boots show no sign of damage and have had light to moderate wear. I am extremely disappointed with the product and expected many more years of use.

I have a couple of item from Mammut and must say there Quality is up there with the premium brands but there customer service is shocking. It seems pot luck if your item will arrive within the stated days and they have little interest once the sale has been completed in ensuring your goods have arrived UNLESS you start to chase them. Swiss quality third rate customer service.

What isn't clear when ordering is that goods are posted from Germany via a courier that is not contactable. As most of us know by now, post brexit cross border buying isn't worth the hassle. 8 days since ordering and I can't get any information on where my package is apart from it's stored in the parcel center. 2 emails to MAMMUT within 72 hours both ignored. A phone call this morning to be told they'll do their best to sort. Shame as I always liked the brand. I don't think I'll be ordering anything direct again.
