Great product and delivered in time

The bow comes with all you want to get started, apart from arrows, and a quiver.

Great quality products at a fantastic price. The only downside was the time it took to deliver them, hence the 1-star deduction. Other than that everything was good, including brilliant customer service. I will buy from Huntindoor again.

The Bow and Arrow set took approx 10 days longer to arrive than quoted ?The Quiver and one arrow was damaged in transit. The Quiver was quickly replaced after contacting the company but I had to buy a replacement arrow from a local shop as this was needed to complete a
present.

I ordered a 48" bow for my grandson, along with a set of arrows. I got an email the next day to say that I should have ordered shorter ones for the 48" bow and/or sucker tipped practise arrows (I ordered both) Brian emailed again to say that he had changed the order and again when they had shipped. Very much appreciated.

Fast delivery and great quality.

I received my order in 2 parts the first part arrived with no problems. When it came to delivery with the second there where issues with parcel force who had lost my parcel. I contacted huntingdoor who were happy to resend the item. However parcel force did find the missing parcel and delivered.

Very good ordered afew stuff from here always been as advertised and good quality. Will order again highly reccomended. Quick and fast delivery. 10/10

Fantastic and thoughtful service. I accidentally ordered the wrong arrows, which they noticed and wrote to confirm. Also created a special “pack” of different coloured arrows for a friendly competition I’m planning. Nothing was too much trouble. Amazing, would definitely use again.

Great customer service after placing an order that did not arrive, tracking from royal mail has the item since the 2nd November and now the 22nd November. I took screen shots of tracking for proof and a replacement got dispatched and have taken delivery today 22nd November, original order is still showing with royal mail.
I would like to say thank a big thank you to Brian who stayed in contact with me and for sending out the replacement items without any issues. Highly recommend ordering items as good value for money and 100% customer service. Regards Dave
