LIMITED ACCESSIBILITY / DISABILITY – CHAMPNEYS TRING I'm sharing this to help disabled travellers make an informed choice. Prior to my stay, I was told Room 73 had an accessible wet room. However, it had a low-level bath. Staff confirmed the information was incorrect and told me the hotel was full and Room 72 was the only room with an accessible wet room. The guest staying there was approached while eating her evening meal and a member of staff asked her to swap rooms with me. She agreed. Staff told me that all the accessible rooms are beyond the Garden Wing, at the far back of the hotel. That, there are none near the main reception because rooms there can only be reached by stairs. There is no accessible parking immediately outside the hotel. There are 2 accessible spaces near the gym reception, closer to Room 73. We were told we could park and check in there. We could park there, but fitness staff said we couldn't check in and had to go to the main reception. The walk from the main reception to Room 72 took someone without mobility difficulties 5 minutes. Using a walking aid, it took me approximately 10 minutes each way. Breakfast is near the main reception, and the route includes long corridors and an incline. Other guests using mobility aids told me they had experienced similar difficulties and were equally surprised by the location of the accessible rooms. I hope this helps other disabled people decide whether the hotel can meet their needs.

This "hotel" was a total scam - no one showed up nor contacted me by email. Calling their number yielded nothing.

It seems I get the worst offers as a gold member. On my last hotel stay a few days ago I got no room upgrade! What's the point in being called a gold member? When I look at other websites I get better offers for the same hotel. I'm really disappointed by this scam of being a gold member.

I made a mistake when making my booking which meant I paid more than I expected. Unfortunately when I immediately messaged Hotels.com they told me I could cancell but at an even higher cost.
I was, and still am, very disappointed.
Bye the way, the Hotel we stayed in was very good.

Work being carried out at hotel, room wasn't ready @6pm. Then moved me to another room. Staff professional.

Had a issue with my booking and a previous one,got it sorted in the end but I was on the phone for nearly 2 hours 😖

Room was not clean, was given dirty towels, brown flecks in the bath, not sure of origin, scab in the bath, what looked like sick on the tiles near toilet. The hotel is contactless so couldn't approach anyone regarding any issues. Doors slammed by cleaners and other guests could be heard all night and morning. Blinds were broken, screws missing from fixings etc. just not value for money. Did leave a review on hotels and messaged hotel, didn't hear anything back. Did provide communal iron and board, however used on white shirt and turned it yellow. Not good enough, poor experience and felt less rested than before arrived.

Reservations Team was super helpful and efficient to make my corporate booking in the first instance. During Check-in the Team member was very welcoming and we had a nice chat! The room was spacious and comfortable and I had a wonderful nights sleep. Breakfast was delightful, everything looked fresh and yummy! Check out was a breeze and I was sent off with a warm smile and another engaging chat! What a wonderful Team you have here at Radison Blu 🤩
