Good choice of properties, prices competitive, easy to book

Hotel cancelled the night before I was meant to arrive. Alternative hotels were over twice the price. Took over 1.5 hours of argument to get a replacement hotel booked.

Simply an app thats easy to work, hate the overcomplicated ones you don't know what to do when you're on it took minutes and the pricing was good to

Found a great place to stay which was reasonably priced. The Old Station Inn in Hallatrow, Bristol. Very convenient as we drove to the Park and Ride Odd Down which was 20/25 minutes drive from where we were staying to get into Bath.
The Old Station Inn was a lovely pub with lots of memorabilia and a quirky train carriage as part of it's restaurant. The meals were good, especially the cheaper steak night. Compliments to the Chef Andy.
The landlord and landlady very friendly and good staff members, especially Dan, great customer service. Enjoyed Karaoke with the locals. Very friendly.
The room was clean and nice, tea and coffee facilities and a breakfast to go in a basket containing fruit, croissants with jam or spreadable cheese, breakfast bars and orange juice. Good shower and lovely big towels. Was perfect for our two night stay.

I got a fab deal on this hotel as I had reward points. It’s a gorgeous luxe place with a cool diner attached. The only down side was that I was staying for business and I couldn’t get a VAT receipt either from Hotels.com or the hotel

Actually our booking was made for us by a third party, but she felt more confident and trusting than when dealing with the previous people who unexpectedly and unnecessarily cancelled our booking!!!!

Great location, value for money, excellent service and easy booking.

The experience was great, the only downside was lack of wi-fi and the network was very poor, also the access road wasn’t good, other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

The stay got off to a bad start with the room not being ready when I arrived. The issue began with my apple wallet pass not working but it later transpired that it was because the room was not ready but it took three reps to find that out. There was plenty on staff to help but every hand held device did not show this issue up. I was delayed 45mins and as I was attending a concert at Wembley this compromised my place I the queue considerably. The staff were very polite and apologetic and my main gripe was the technology seemed below average when there was an issue.
The pod itself was what is was being small but roomy enough not to be cramp, and climate control was very useful. It was noisy but that's to be expected from a posh hostel type accommodation. I dont think I would stay again though as I come to realise im a bit too old to be sharing bathrooms, toilets and living space and would now pay that little extra for a hotel regardless but if you are young and like meeting new people in the shared amenities, then this is a clean, safe stay for those without the hefty London price

Easy steps all information relevant was given would use again booking process relly easy

Our booking was received by Hotels.com but they never sent it to the hotel. We found this out when we arrived at the hotel and had to wait 1.5 hours to get it sorted. Finally got it sorted but did not get the room we originally booked. Didn't stay for the duration. Very unhappy with the service of Hotels. Com.

Comfortable room. God quality breakfast with hot food cooked to order. God controls on air con to keep comfortable all night. 5 minutes to the town. Very enjoyable stay.

I used Hotels.com app to book 2 bedrooms in a hotel in London for next April. I used the filters to refine what I wanted and found a hotel in exactly the right place at a price I wanted to pay. Having had a positive experience using Hotels.com before I go to them first.

When looking for a hotel the information given was excellent e.g. distance from station and venue as well as full information about the hotel itself . We would be able to walk to both so the choice was clear . This is a review of the booking process I'll leave another after we have visited the hotel in December
