Fox Racing Arvostelua 

Disappointing site experience. Paid $8 to have gloves shipped that were too small (measured per their site specs) and they won’t do exchanges and it costs $12 to return so I’m out $20 for a $40 pair of gloves. I won’t be exchanging, I’ll be buying a different brand.

i bought a dropframe pro visor. the order was confirmed. i chased and chased. eventually they said they had cancelled the order. a guy in barcelona said i'd be refunded. when? he said 'later the same day'. that didn't happen. i chased. he then said the order was cancelled the same day as the purchase. i then called customer services in the uK 0800 048 8164. someone confirmed the order was cancelled the same day. she didn't know why. when i asked her who cancelled it she said, "maybe your bank". it was a deliberate lie. i called my bank to check. they authorised payment and then fox reversed it. and on the confirmation email there's a link which says, "We've simplified our process, start a Return." and when you click on it you get directed to a 404 page. hilarious. no wonder their reviews here are terrible.

We ordered a Fox Racing T-shirt online for our grandson's birthday. We became concerned when we didn't receive a confirmation email, then became further concerned that despite having confirmed the order on their web page, there was no trace of the order when we checked their system 'order update'.
After a couple of days with no response, we sent them an email, still no response. Then out of the blue we get an email from DPD parcels advising that they were expecting our parcel which was duly delivered around 24hrs later.
So it was a good result, but rather a tortuous process to get there. We get the impression that Fox Racing don't hold their own stocks in the UK, and distribute via a network of retailers, bike shops etc. This is fine, but Fox Racing should make it clearer on their online platform as to how their business model actaully works.
Judging by the numbers of negative feeback they've received, this is something they need to address.

I’ve had the same experience as others unfortunately.
Used the sizing chart to order some gloves for my 11 year old son. When they arrived, they were big enough to fit a toddler.

Visited a bike shop that stocked the gloves and found that he needed an adults medium size.
I’ve complained to fox but they don’t care.
Charged £8 for postage and £8 to return. How do they justify charging £8 to deliver a pair of gloves big enough to fit a toddler? Unbelievable. AVOID!!

Sizing of the item was really small. It cost £8 for delivery and another £8 to return it. In total it cost more than 50% of the item value to try it on. Will certainly never buy from this company again and would strongly advise against anyone buying from them unless they were very sure of the sizing ( which tends to be smaller) and they’re prepared to pay the cost of shipping which is the highest I’ve ever paid.

I seem to be charged £16 to ship and return to Fox Racing, absolute rip off! Massive fan of Fox now refuse to use them! Come on Fox you can do better than this!

I’ve been a Fox customer for over ten years, but this experience has completely changed my opinion of the company.

I bought a Proframe RS directly from foxracing.co.uk for £217. After just seven days of normal riding, the rubberised matte coating on the chin bar and lower edge has peeled extensively. For comparison, I still own a Fox Rampage Carbon that is around ten years old and has seen well over 200 days of riding. It shows virtually no comparable cosmetic wear.

To Fox’s credit, they immediately accepted that the helmet was faulty. They also responded very promptly to all correspondence, which should be mentioned as that doesn't seem to be a universal experience.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended.

The only remedy they would offer was a full refund if I returned the helmet. But, the equivalent current Proframe RS has increased in price to around £330, so a refund would not allow me to replace the faulty product with the current model.

When I asked for a replacement under my statutory consumer rights, I was initially told that Fox “do not do replacements” and that the Consumer Rights Act 2015 was “for companys in UK, we are not in UK”. This was despite the helmet having been purchased directly from foxracing.co.uk and priced in £. Only after I challenged this did the explanation change. Fox’s final position was that the original helmet was no longer available and that the current Proframe RS is a different product, so only a refund would be offered.

I ultimately chose not to accept the refund. Returning a cosmetically faulty £217 helmet and receiving my money back would simply leave me having to spend around £330 to buy what is, as far as I can tell, the direct successor to the helmet I purchased. I don’t believe that is a fair outcome when the original helmet failed after just seven days of normal use.

The helmet itself is comfortable and I genuinely like it, which makes this all the more frustrating. However, a premium helmet should not suffer this level of cosmetic deterioration after a week, and I expected far better customer service when dealing with a clear manufacturing defect.

Based on both the product quality and the way this claim was handled, I won’t be buying Fox products again.

I ordered some mtb clothing as a present to my wife, 2 weeks later I get a message from UPS telling me they returned the goods as they could not find my address, where I get deliveries from all sort of suppliers every other day…
Anyway, no notification from Fox Racing.
Eventually, after many attempts, I managed to get someone at Foxracing who confirmed they could not deliver so they would have to issue a refund.
2 weeks later I’m still waiting… no notifications, no refund and 3 emails sent to their customer care address still unanswered!
Very frustrating and leaving me no choice but to write this negative review

Awful customer service sent 2 emails and didn’t get any replies. Sent an instragram message and only had an automated reply asking for me region. Completely useless

Bought this helmet specifically for enduro riding. After approximately 10 uses, the visor caught on a branch during a ride — a completely normal enduro occurrence. Instead of the visor detaching cleanly as the breakaway system is designed to do, the central mounting point integrated into the helmet shell fractured and broke off completely.
When I contacted Fox Racing about this, they acknowledged in writing that "the load can transfer into the mounting interface and exceed the design limits of that area" — yet still denied the warranty claim, classifying it as use-related damage.
A flagship helmet marketed for enduro should be able to handle a branch. The breakaway system did not work as intended, the part is not replaceable, and Fox does not stand behind their product.`

Ordered an item over 6 days ago, on the website they have it clearly stated “standard delivery £5, 1-2 days) I am on day 6 and still waiting for it to be delivered. Talk about false advertising. Shocking service

Bought a helmet for my son for Christmas. Its too small. I tried to return and was told I could by Foxs customer service team. Then they retracted the offer of a return. I now have a helmet my son cannot use. They offered a discount code for a future purchase oh but not yet, as they dont have any. Wonderful. A great help! Never buying from them again.

Bought a t-shirt in 2 sizes with the aim of keeping one in the right size. Taken aback by their extortionate £7 cost for returns so I returned myself at a fraction of the price. Took them over 2 weeks to locate my return and then a further 2 weeks to refund me. They have deducted the £7 cost to return even though I paid for my own shipping and now ignoring my emails to resolve. Love their products but will never buy from them online ever again.

Bad really bad. I ordered some gloves online, followed the size guide instructions and ordered the correct gloves. I couldn't even fit my hand in the opening. Then they have the nerve to charge you £7 for the return. I used to really like there stuff, I bought a lot years ago. I won't ever buy anything from them again.

Beware! Fix charge £5 shipping (fine) but charge £7 to return an item!

So, I bought an item for 22 - cost me £27 with shipping and needed to return it - at a cost of £7 - so was refunded £15

I have paid £34 and received £15 return. So to purchase anything costs me £15 for nothing. Crazy!

They choose how much to charge for the return, when it obviously costs them less to ship - so are making £££ on this scam.

I posted back the goods as they didn’t fit, paid for recorded mail with Royal Mail, as they UPS label they sent did not work for my location. And the goods worth £70 APPARENTLY never arrived so I didn’t get my refund.. the distribution address on the UPS label doesn’t have a working phone number and the name on the label doesn’t exist. Someone at Fox has a nice new helmet and gloves.

Poor quality goods - trousers losing colour after one ride, pockets falling off after mjnor crash on another pair, jacket poppers falling off, tshirts cheap nasty and fade.

Avoided for a while, drawn in by sale, item never arrived (sent back by courier) nearly 3 weeks and no refund.

Customer service slow, evasive, dismissive. I can only presume "Clara" is just a name they use for all responses or she is the least helpful employee they have given these reviews!

I am very very very disappointed with this excuse of a company. Firstly do not order anything with them as they will except your order, and take your payment even though the item you’re ordered isn’t in stock. I ordered a helmet for my son’s birthday and waited about three weeks with no corespondents. I haven’t received the helmet or a refund after many phone calls and emails and I don’t think they are ever going to give me the money back. I blame Clara in customer service who clearly didn’t care that this present was for my son’s birthday. I can’t get my money back Clara won’t respond to my emails!!!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY I am so upset and so is my son as I can’t afford to buy him another present

£6.99 for the privilege of trying on a pair of shorts that are not true to size. No explanation for return requested and no offer of exchange.
The 34" shorts were more like a 32" fit and not really the quality I was expecting for £69.99 (reduced from £100). No fly fastening!

I phoned customer service to enquire as to how I could return an item as we have no local UPS depot.
I was advised to purchase my own return label which I promptly did via Royal Mail tracked.
Today I received an email confirmation of returned goods, only to discover that they have not refunded for one of the items I returned & also have had the down right cheek of deducting £7 from my refund as a return postage charge!
I for one will never buy anything Fox produced ever again even though I have two men in my house who are avid cyclists!
Avoid like the plague.
