I placed an order from ethnc paid extra delivery, it came but they’ve sent the wrong one and i rang customer services they didn’t seem to be bothered didn’t compensate me for the inconvenience just said to return it and they will refund me. I also complained via email and they denied the fact that they sent me the wrong suit completely lying to me as in my order confirmation it has the picture of suit next to it which was a two piece and i received a red sharara suit which was a medium too not even a small and then we were having a whole back and forth they still didn’t admit it then i returned it with evidence for them to say i didn’t a few days later they said they have it after i sent over the proof and then was waiting on my refund i placed the order on the 27/07/26 and today is the 21/08/26 and after emailing them everyday for my email a month later all i’ve had is promised refunds and they aren’t giving my money back i do not recommend at all it is a scam!!

Don’t buy from ETHNIC unless you want to pay £8 to return an order.

I ordered a few items from them just recently and had to return two . First you need approval to return than they send me a return code.
I returned it assuming the return fee would be the same as for other UK brands around £4 to £5 or with an option you pay your postage but when I returned through their system , I was shocked to hear they took £8 for the return of two small clothing items out from my refund . I thought it was a mistake . When I raised it they said it is in their return policy that their return is flat £8. This is ridiculous. I won’t be ordering anything from them now on as this is just rip off . They don’t have any many in person shops in UK so people order online and this is how they make money.

Purchased the most expensive style from ETHNC UK online & I received a ‘rag’ . Not only was it badly packed & squashed into a thin plastic bag but when I unpacked it the bottom did not look like the picture online!!!
It was poor quality fabric, a dull beige colour, not cream as in the online picture & the finishing of the seams was wonky with threads hanging off
It took 3 weeks to get a refund . I emailed them with copy of my post office receipt but received no reply. Bad customer service.
When I finally got the refund they deducted £8 for postage & packaging, even though the fault was theirs.
The Luxe Collection is over priced for the quality of the product. ETHNC is trying to be premium fashion but is more like Primark.

Ordered three matching sets,two identical but different colours. One smelled so bad,I am wondering what kind of chemical stuff it was treated with.Washed it according to instructions.found the buckle of the trouser fallen off without even wearing it. The set piled up after one wash. The quality is truly a shocker. The second set was surprisingly ok and very comfortable. Third set was in cream colour and very much transparent which wasn't wisible on their listing. Also top was so small it didn't resemble the advertised oversized style. Wanted to return 2 items and was hit with £8 returns charge. Cherry on top I was supposed to print the label out myself and as I don't own the printer I just kept the items. I feel this company could be great but it needs to fix many issues including clothing quality,returns/refunds and work on honesty

DO NOT order from them unless you are ready to pay £8 for return shipping and if its 2 orders or more be ready to pay extra amount of shipping even if you return as one order! When i called them they werent helpful atall and said they cant do anything about it! I will not be order from them in future!!

Ethnc doesn’t have any sense how to return and refund money!! They are so bad !

I purchased an item from the Stratford store Unfortunately, the garment tore under the sleeves the very first time I wore it, which suggests there may be a fault with the .

I understand and respect their 14-day returns policy. However, my request is not based on a change of mind. The outfit was purchased in advance for Bakhrid, and the fault only became apparent when I wore it for the occasion.
I spoke with Abdullah the store manager but he remained adamant and unwilling to exchange/return .

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered seven suits from this company, but unfortunately their clothing is no longer suitable for modest Muslim women. All of the trousers were far too short, resembling 3/4-length trousers rather than full-length ones.

As a result, I returned all seven suits. Their website clearly states that customers will receive an acknowledgment email within 48 hours of the returned items being received. To this day, I have received no such email.

I contacted customer service numerous times and was repeatedly told that my refund was “in progress.” After weeks of getting nowhere, I was forced to open a PayPal dispute. Shockingly, the company then claimed that I had never returned the items.

This has been an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience. Based on my experience, I found the company to be dishonest, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility for a legitimate return. I would strongly advise others to shop elsewhere.

I bought some trousers which were lovely however with a broken zip. I emailed Ethnc and no reply. If I try to return them saying damaged/defect I am being charged £8 for return even though it's there issue. I would happily have kept it if the zip was not broken

Absolutely appealing service.. i order my wife's cloths on a Thursday with a delivery window of 48hrs for eid, today is eid Wednesday 27th still not arrived. I will be sending the cloths back to them once arrived. My wife has no cloths for eid.. why it would take a week not sure but this is not the first freaking time. Please people be aware of these guys the service u get is rubbish and they lie so much. I am not happy about this situation why give me 48hr on delivery when u cannot fulfil anything. You did same thing last year and this year. Beware of these guys they are scammers and theifs.. how dare you ruin someone's day how dare you not fulfil what is written on website. Why use such a rubbish delivery company evri.. i will never buy again and all the people I now i will also tell them not to buy.. im a reseller of mens clothing so I know thousands of people.. so thanks for nothing.. scammers.

No idea why they charge £8 for returns ! Clothes arnt even great so had to return and cost me £8 in postage !

Hello I’ve just received my order from Ethnc Western and I am happy to say I loved all my outfits for my upcoming holiday in June. The fabrics were fabulous and not thin material at all like I have read on some reviews. I was worried that maybe the material wouldn’t be nice! But I am so happy with all my pieces. Thanks. 🤩

I had one of the most embarrassing and disrespectful retail experiences I’ve ever encountered at the Westfield store, and it was entirely due to the behaviour of the store manager, Safina Khan.

My mother was trying on clothes in the fitting rooms—something completely normal. At no point did any staff member mention a limit on items, despite someone being stationed right at the entrance. There was zero guidance, zero organisation, and clearly no management of the fitting room area.

After my mother finished and we were about to pay, Safina Khan approached her and, instead of handling things professionally, chose to raise her voice and speak to her in a hostile, accusatory tone in front of other customers and staff. She repeatedly told my mother she had taken “too many items” and “should know better,” as if she had done something wrong—when in reality, the failure was entirely on the store’s side for not communicating any policy.

Let’s be clear: this wasn’t a polite reminder or a quiet word. This was loud, confrontational, and completely humiliating. Customers were literally turning around to watch. No one deserves to be spoken to like that—especially not over something so minor and easily avoidable.

What makes it worse is that we had just spent around £340 in that store. To be treated with that level of disrespect after spending that kind of money is honestly shocking.

If you have rules, train your staff to communicate them properly. Don’t wait until after the fact to publicly shame customers because of your own lack of organisation.

This experience completely ruined our visit. We left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and unwelcome—and we absolutely will not be returning.

Avoid if you expect basic respect as a customer.

It’s been over 3 months and I still have not received a refund despite emailing proof of return and calling 3 times. Horrible customer service and cannot be trusted.
