I bought 2 suits and a shirt, the suits had some visible damage, however the customer support team was very quick and helpful to reply to my concern and sort out return and refund.

The quality control definitely needs improvement to reduce such errors but customer support team was very helpful.

The worst experience, I shopped with them over 2 years ago was missing items and spent a whole 2 months chasing for a refund.

Decided to give them another chance after 2 years only to be disappointed a second time this time they sent items ordered online with a security tag still left on which caused me a huge inconvenience to travel to my nearest store which is 2 and a half hours away. In this same order I received an outfit with missing parts to a set again.

Mistakes happen but their resolution is poor, asking me to travel 2 hours to the nearest store to remove the tag and for the missing piece they offered me a 10% off coupon. So I have to spend more to receive any compensation.

As you can clearly see, I will not shop with them again so the coupon is redundant.

Very disappointed with this company as i bout few cloths from them and they put wrong post code on the package when i did not received my items contacted their customer service who had no idea what happened to delivery. I had to trace my own parcel and had to drive 25 miles to collect them from the royal mail as they sapphire put wrong postal code and 25 miles back when complained to sapphire was offered 10 pound compensation and the funny thing is to use that 10 pounds voucher i have to spend 100 pound with them first. I think they are using their cheap pakistani tactics here as well. Will never ever buy from them and will not recommend them at all.

Incredibly poor customer service. My item was not delivered yet they took payment and now they have closed my case that I raised and there have been no updates or refund. Avoid avoid avoid!

Horrible customer service. I returned two articles but they said that they received only one article instead of two. Clear case of CHEATING by sapphire Uk. Never buy from them.

Really disappointed. My 3-piece suit arrived with a missing item, stained trousers, and no tags. Customer service took ages to respond, then closed the case without resolving anything. I've called multiple times and got nowhere.
Poor product, poor customer service, and a complete waste of time. I won't be buying from this company again and definitely won't be recommending them to anyone.

Worst customer service ever. So hard to exchange or return anything even in store!

I ordered clothes from Sapphire Online and one of the items arrived with a clear colour mismatch compared to what was shown on the website. When I contacted them, they refused to issue a refund and said they would only offer a voucher instead. That’s not acceptable.

What’s worse is that their website doesn’t clearly provide a proper refund process at all. You only find out after there’s a problem. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I won’t be ordering again.

Save yourself any hassle and DO NOT order from these guys at all. No where in their item page does it say sale items non refundable or exchangeable.
The quality is not good and just awful company. I’ll just keep shopping at Khaadi.

I placed two orders I was happy with one but decided to return the other. I returned my parcel & they received back in two days but didn’t have the audacity to let me know they had received my return back at their warehouse. Well over two weeks later I had to contact them as I still had no refund status or even an email to confirm they received it, I only found out they had received it back through my Royal Mail tracking. I then rang them on multiple occasions to which they told me I would receive my refund and told me it would reach my bank account on the on the 29th of April and I still didn’t receive my money back then they told me I would get it on the 30th. On the 29th they also sent me an email saying would need to wait for them to process the refund and wait 2-3 days for the refund. It is now the 3rd of May and I still haven’t received my refund. This company steal your money and tell you a pack of lies. I will now need to take further action to try and get this money back. Do not buy from this fraudulent company!!!!
