I bought the gradual tanning milk really excited to try, please don’t waste your money.
It is the smelliest and patchiest tan I’ve ever used. It smells for days after and doesn’t go on well, very patchy and streaky. It’s so difficult to get off despite scrubbing away. Avoid!

Idk why this company has such bad reviews but I got my order within two weeks, I ordered the serum skin tint with SPF and I have been using it daily. Definitely a new staple for me. The oil is very silky and adds a nice tint to the face. I prefer this over sunscreen for the face as most spf makes me break out badly. Definitely happy with my purchase

I ordered directly from Bali Body and there was a spillage from one of the bottles (damaged during transit, not Bali Body's fault), I contacted the Customer service team and got a speedy reply and a replacement was sent out the next day.

I tried the Natural Tanning Oil and the Cacao Tanning Oil, honestly, they are both amazing. The smell of the Cacao one is nicer it has hints of coconut. The tan you get is natural and golden. I am super happy with the products and customer service and would definitely recommend this brand.

I am waiting for the watermelon tanning oil to return to stock so I can try.

I placed my first order for Bali Body self-tanning products on Thursday, April 18th, with delivery scheduled through Evri. Knowing that Evri doesn't deliver over the weekend and with an urgent need for the parcel before my holiday & a wedding, I decided to try my luck and diverted it to the nearest parcel shop. The online tracking clearly showed the item was about to be delivered late Saturday, so first thing on Sunday, I left the house only to find out the parcel was not there. Later, I received an updated notification that the parcel was about to be delivered. I went again to pick it up, but to my dismay, the item wasn't there. They advised me to call them every day and check if the item was there. Mind you, if I had kept the home delivery option, I would've most likely received the parcel on Monday. I've been contacting Bali Body, Evri and the parcel shop, and none of them knows anything about my parcel or takes ages to respond. The online tracking says it's ready for collection, but it seems like it's been lost. I really needed that delivery by today as I'm leaving for holiday, and that's why I needed the parcel to arrive promptly. Now, I'm left with no choice but to request a refund. I regret not purchasing similar items via Amazon or another shop.

Like everyone else here, I've experienced the same issues: horrible products, non-existent customer service and when I left a truthful review on their website, it's nowhere to be found.

Honestly, it should be illegal for companies to pick and choose what reviews are published. As long as it's not offensive, as a buyer, we should have the right to have all of the information to hand before purchasing.

Ultra dark self tanning mouse: the colour pay off is terrible for the amount of time, effort and intention self-tanner requires. Waste of time.

Gradual body& face tan: was even MORE work than a self-tanner. Completely orange and when you applied consistently every day, over a 4 day period, the more the product started to come away. How is that even possible?

Face tan serum: makes your face look "grubby" and didn't have a time guide (in order to match the colour development between your body and face). I get compliments on my skin all of the time and don't wear foundation but with this product, every non-existent pore of mine was reborn and I looked like I had just finished an 8 hour shift at the coal mine.

Ps. Love how it's the exact same issues over and over again on this page with no change.

The worst customer service. Faulty product, with the cream not coming out of the bottle. Where else could the product have come from? Even if they didnt want to take the product back, couldnt they have just told me how to open the encasing around the bottle? Don't buy the product.

The products are fine. The customer Service is awful.

I ordered the AM/PM kit and realized at delivery that it would have been a way better deal to order both kits separate. I wrote this to Bali Body that I was disappointed, that they offer something what is actually of less value than ordering the items separate.

The answer was " you ordered the kit, and that's what you got".

Because of this, I will NOT order again and not advertise it to others- unfortunately.

Bali Body disgusting service. You pay for products. Never receive a confirmation email with a tracking no. NEVER receive your products. Customer Service is NON Existent!

They only post positive reviews on their site. If they believe the product is good then they should allow feedback.

I bought the 1 hour express dark tan. The guide colour IS BRIGHT GREEN!!! If u want to go out of the door at all with it on while it's developing this isn't for u!!!! The green does wash off when you shower but so does most of the colour as well. I Won't buy again. Iv used loads of tanning products over 20 years and this was probably up there with the worst. Can't be bothered returning after hearing all the bad customer service reviews.

THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced! my packaged never came and they never bother to answered back to my e-mails.. so basically just lost my money for nothing. I really wish I've read all of these reviews before I ordered from them.

Would give zero if I could - ordered over a month ago, order never arrived and noone is responding to emails. Their contact page is conveniently down too.

Really don’t understand the bad reviews for Bali Body. I LOVE the products. Everything I’ve tried, I love and keep buying. Customer service is great. Only annoying thing is, I buy all the new stuff as soon as it’s released and then they reduce prices!!!!! It’s very annoying cause I spend hundreds every couple months. They did offer to refund the difference on my last order though but I didn’t bother to take it up. Doesn’t stop me buying the products cause they’re just too good.

I’ve suffered similar issues to many consumers on here. Bought the instant tan after seeing in social media, which is blatant false advertising as the colour I got is NOTHING like that advertised.
The colour is horrendous and I’d go so far as to say the worst I have ever used.

Asked to return for a refund but Bali body are not interested, told me to try the dark colour instead 😂 I’m pale, hence I bought the light shade.

Terrible customer service. Mousse arrived damaged so would not work. Have messaged several times over a number of days to request a refund but zero response.

Having used their express tan I decided to purchase their BB face skincare having read all the great reviews. After a few days my skin flared up so contacted them via email, as no other option of contact. Received a reply a week later stating to ‘stop using the product and see my GP’. I replied asking if I was able to request a refund as I would not be able to continue using it. That was 2 weeks ago with no response. I had also order the everyday the body whip, which is awful and sticky, so bad I had to shower it straight off, and the gradual tan, which is orange and patchy. So I now have 4 products which I won’t or can’t use!!!! I will be sticking with il makiage products from now on. Excellent products and the most amazing customer service.

First of all delivery isn’t tracked so you won’t know when it’s been delivered or it has been lost. Second I have ordered the BaliBody Tanning Oil Watermelon , everyone says it smells nice but literally doesn’t smell anything like watermelon and has a very weak smell of it. Only tried it 2 times.
Makes me look like a wax doll who is melting , everyone can tell i put something on me and it screams. Don’t get me wrong doesn’t have any colour it is clear concentrate but just don’t wanna shine so bad . I don’t think it does anything with my tanning because i get better tan without the product so i didn’t use it third times…
I was in Mexico so I definitely tested out and don’t buy it literally will waste your money.

This tan ain't it! £55.69 wasted!
I got this tan based on their social media content - first mistake, the tan does not give you anywhere near the same colour as the people you see featured, it's crazy false advertising. I have been using fake tan for like 17 years and this is up there with the worst. I know how to apply tan and followed the instructions and ended up with green patches (which I had to attack with an exfoliating glove) and barely any colour on me, using their ultra dark shade! The gradual facial tanner clogged my pores and gave me spots. Such a waste of money and terrible products. I have used better £2.99 tans. Avoid avoid avoid and don't believe what you see on social media.

P.S. isn't it funny how the reviews are either one star or five stars? No in between. Makes you question how genuine they are...

Terrible tan, not for me, turned my hands orange that’s it. Back to bondi sands for me. Also they don’t publish 1 star reviews on their site. I left a review a week ago and it never showed up!! So the reviews you’re seeing on their site is not a true reflection.

Brilliant tan but do not order directly from this company.

Order took 4 days to dispatch and 9 days in total to arrive. Too late for what I needed it for.

Advised that I need to cover the shipping cost myself if I wish to return for a refund.

Abysmal customer service. Reading other reviews it appears others have had the same issue.
