Bali Body Arvostelua 

Bought the gradual tanner and put on washed my hands after use and my hands are patchy. The tan is very deep after one application and smelt horrible and sticky all night. Would not recommend this product.

I wish I had read Trust Pilot before purchasing Bali Body’s products. I bought their gradual tanning butter and gradual face tan and neither of the products honestly changed my skin tone at all. For the price and advertising I was expecting to feel at least slightly tanned! The products don’t smell as they are described either, more of an unpleasant, standard tanning smell without the tan. The body scrub was the only decent thing in my order but I can’t imagine they’re hard to produce. I tried to post my honest reviews on there but they clearly only post reviews with 4 stars plus which is really misleading and dishonest. It was then that I knew I shouldn’t have purchased their products. I’m sure more people than not have felt exactly the same about these two products but have been unable to post any negativity directly on Bali Body’s website…

Terrible gradual tanning butter! Absolutely nothing like what you see on their instagram posts. On application the butter leaves an awful gold shimmer all over your skin. The end result unfortunately was patchy and orange after just one application? So much for this being a gradual tanning butter! I followed the application instructions with pre exfoliation etc and used half the amount you see being used on instagram (which btw is just ridiculous) and still ended up like a streaky oompa-loompa! Oh and good luck trying to remove this :(

Absolute waste of money wish I had read all these reviews before purchasing. Sadly instagram is becoming a money trap full of influencers advertising below standard products with false results at the viewers expense. I will stick to my Dove gradual tan from now on for a quarter of the price with far superior results!

I’m really disappointed with my experience with Bali Body. I purchased their fake tan expecting great results, but the product was not as advertised at all. Despite following the instructions carefully (as someone who has used fake tan for years without any issues), the result was patchy, uneven, and far from the flawless finish they claim.

To make matters worse, I reached out to their customer service at the advised email address and received no response. I sent a follow-up email today, but I shouldn't have to chase them just to get a reply. For a brand that markets itself as premium, I expected much better quality and customer service.

Save your money and go for a more reliable brand – this one isn’t worth the hype!

I used to love this self tanning product but found it doesn’t last like it use to. A bit disappointing

The tanning solution went on well but the end look was terrible, began wearing off in patches, picked up light imperfections on skin so I looked like a cheetah on the savannah!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! Takes money but does not deliver products. Lots of customers have ordered back in mid November 2024 and still have not received their orders. Customer service is non responsive.
Please report them!

They won’t even get a 1 star from me. This has been the most horrible purchase from an online store in my life. My package was non traceable. I emailed them, they didn’t answer. When they replied it was the same as before, I couldn’t track my order. They said they shipped it again but I never got the package. It’s been more than a month since I ordered it, that’s not normal. They just ignore my emails and I now have to contact my bank. I also asked them for a refund but they haven’t answered. I should have looked at reviews before. I’m so disappointed…. Never order from here, seems like a reoccurring thing with them

You can't track your order and customer service doesn't respond to you, regardless of the number of emails you sent!
I suspect I will be left both without products and money. This is ridiculous. Don't fall for the influencers' promises.

Awful customer service. Received a bottle of their fake tan as a birthday gift; when I went to use it, I noticed that the top was broken. Contacted customer services and as I didn’t have proof of purchase they weren’t interested. Products are clearly very cheaply made despite the high price tag and customer service is non existent!

Non existed customer service! I have had a missing order for more than 3 weeks at no one has bothered to even reply to me on social media or through CS email. Just another company with providing a sub standard service.

I ordered the Bali Body Tanning Milk. No problems with delivery, very quick and came the next day. The item itself is awful to use. The lotion is like water, as soon as I applied onto the tanning mitt, it was dripping on the floor. Once applied, it had a very sticky feel and took a while to dry. Despite covering all areas of my body, I woke up to streaks, and a very dark result, despite saying it is a gradual tan! It is definitely not gradual. I tried to use some tanning corrector, but it wouldn't fade. Item is expensive, in comparison to other tanning products I've used. I wouldn't buy again.

It is not regulated and no one replied to emails ! I ordered ages ago and never received anything ! I spent a good amount of money and it’s a scam !!

They don't post bad reviews on their website!! I have bought from them twice, the shipping was ok, but the products are the worst ever. The bronzing lotion never dries and gets dirty everything it touches. The last purchase body milk is very poor. The tan is very uneven and the fade is quick and patchy. It's not a gradual tanner like they advertise. It’s a very strong streaky tan after the first use. The only good product is their tanning mitt. I don't recommend this brand at all :/

Don’t recommend buying from their site, it takes forever to arrive… will arrive when you don’t need it anymore.

If I could give no stars I woul have. I placed my order one week in advance to make sure I get it on time paid £6 for express shipping which on their website states 1-3 days. Day four I called DHL as tracking was showing an error, long time on the phone they said it was not even passed to them yet spent £8 on call costs . Waited one more day contacted Bali Body who first advised it’s on the way. No use for me now was I was going away. Contacted Bali body again and they said package is lost and they will send a new one out. No use for me now as wanted it on holiday. Please beware as it will take ages to come if it arrives at all.

Ordered the tanning milk. Paid extra for fast delivery. Not only did it not arrive, they are not responding to my emails. The first asking when to expect it and the second days later to ask for a full refund on item and postage. Very disappointed. Wish I saw the reviews on here first rather that be duped by social media ads.

Sorry but I don’t understand all the hood reviews for Bali body tanning milk, I found it awful! First of all, it’s so thin and runny, it goes everywhere. The tan isn’t gradual, it arrives within 1-2 hours and my god is it patchy!! I’ve been using fake tan for years, this is the worst. Wasted £25! Coco and Eve much superior, don’t waste your money on BB!!
