Pretends to be a legit gov.uk website (even the font is the same).

It didn’t say that it is a subscription. You tick the box saying that you agree pay for them (third party) to change address on driving license but they don’t tell you that it’s monthly and not one off payment.

SCAMMERS. Refused to give a refund for following months payments.

This is a scam, we have just moved house and I thought I was changing our 4 addresses on the DVLA website but I was charged by UK Road £39 each. They then took a further £39 each the following month, my bank told me they have set up a monthly subscription. You can’t speak to anybody, DO NOT USE SCAM

The design of the site was clean and modern. Nothing looked dodgy or outdated.

Total Scam! I will say the same than other. Want to chant address thought it was the official gouvernement website and now they charge every month

Applied Monday, had the licence in my hands by Friday. Everything was smooth and quick.

This is a total scam, beware, see comments below for similar experiences. Lost £78 on this (two months) before I realised that money was being taken from my account. Didn't even know that I was signed up or how they got my bank account details.

AVOID- SCAM!!! I somehow ended up on the Uk-Road website whilst trying to do a DVLA change of address for a driving licence which is free through DVLA . I was charged £39 followed by a rolling subscription of £39 per month which I knew nothing about. I phoned the customer service team to request a refund as it was misleading and a total scam. Despite numerous phone calls I received no refund.

Scammers…. Under no circumstances use this company to change your address on your driving license. This needs to be brought to the attention of the media,I had no idea that they were to take £39:00 per month what a scam

0/5. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Scam website conning people into paying £40 for a service that is free on the DVLA website, then signs you up for a subscription that robs you of £39 every month!! If anyone would like to join me in getting their money back from this 'company' please get in touch as I intend to take this further.

Same as hundreds of other reviewers here, I used Google to get the DVLA change of address page for changing my address on my drivers license. I did not realise I was on a scam website, I thought I was on the DVLA's website. A charge of £39 was taken. What I did not realise was this scam company had started taking £39 from my account monthly. They have taken a total of £156 from me. I spoke to their customer services and the lady cancelled the subscription (which I never knowingly signed up for) and told me the customer services don't have the authorisation to issue refunds and gave me an email address which would go to the right team.
I have emailed them three times now and each time they send the exact same stock response that they can see I have read and acknowledged the clear statement that says they are a third-party company and not associated with the DVLA, This is not true at all! If I'd have known I would never have signed up. They are basically refusing to refund my money and I will also try and take this further and report them as this in my view is a crime to try and imitate a government body.

Avoid this company at all costs. Scam website charging a fee for a free service. Also recurring payments every month. Go to the DVLA website and save yourself £40+!!

it's totally a scam. they try to take another £39 from my account, luckily it was declined from my bank. And I realised there is a subscription which you didn't know when you submit the address change to DVLA.

I have been used the above mentioned company as I thought it was the legit DVLA service to change my adress.After completing the form and since then I have been charged the amount of £39 every months with no reason as first it was not the official DVLA website and secondly no service has been provided to justify the recurring payment.
I have tried to contact the company 20 times and every time I am reaching to the stage to be connected to an agent the call automatically drops off strangely enough. I have also tried to raise a complaint to their website and I am directed to their initial page every time.
I have emailed them and their response was I clecked "accept " to their terms and conditions"-funny enough it's questionable why the 39£ recurring payment is not mentioned in their website rather than in small letters under their T&Cs.
I have raised a dispute with my bank and they informed me they have several cases with similar complaints raised for this company.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
