I signed up yesterday at UFX and they are calling me almost every hour since two days to give me an investment advise or explain me "their" investment strategy. I explained to all the calling agents that I'm not interested in any advise and that they should remove me from that list. But it didn't worked until now. Besides, they are really rude and bearish when you tell them that you are not interested in their advise and/or strategy...

Avoid that pseudo-CFD broker. They will lead you into deposits and investments you don't want...

I started trading with UFX about an year ago, they got the amazing massinsights tool, helped me a lot.
very professional looking platform,I made a profit of 200$ from a 1000$ investment on my first month !!!!

The acccountmanagers are calling you ten times per week to try to deposit money on your account. They have so called trading opportunies they want to discuss with you and they e-mail them to you as well. When you are not interested in their trading opportunities they get angry and try to convince you to follow the opportunites otherwise you will regret it. My accountmanager was very impolite and offending to me when I was not interested in his trading opportunities.

When it comes to trading, the platform and order execution is quitte good but I had times when the platform was really slow but order exection alwas went well fortunately.

I traded a few times stocks with UFX made some good profits and was able to withdraw also (withdrawal process is quitte slow, 3 to 10 days before approved and sent to you). I traded only stocks with a leverage of 1:20. But then suddenly UFX decided to put my leverage back to 1:10. I contacted support 5 times but this had no effect. Yeah they said they would sent it back to their specialists but nothing happend. Also contacting my accountmanager had no effect as he did not reply my e-mails.

So my conclusion is to stay away from UFX till they fix all their problems

I had a very good experience with UFX.COM. i traded a lot of time with this company - 3 months, and i can tell that people from the company were very professional and I made some nice profits with them

They have a very good mobil app for trading,if the they make app to respond little bit faster it will be perfect. Design is no.1. They have a 1:20 leverage on USA stocks what is very good if you want to trade fx. med Google eller Amazon.
No one takes responsibility for your trading if you follow their advice and lost your many. Sometime they guess or not. That is clearly on any investment or trading company. I don't understand why people trust and than talking about the company is not good.
How can someone imagine and expect that someone in the world knows exactly what is going to happen with the prices ? Even children will not be sure about that :D

Only problem is they insist beginners to make a bigger deposit what causes to losing a confident because one who is already started with trading not understand what is the benefits of having a bigger deposit like:reducing risk,rising opportunity to earn money.... read about a hedge...

They keep changing my account type.

I have the money for a Micro account with a Minimum Trading Volume of $5,000.00

But they have me on a Gold account with a Minimum Trading Volume of $50.000

I literally can not invest! This is the 4th time in less then 30 days they have changed my account type.

When ALL I want is a STANDARD account!

They were playing with the platform.. One day, for oil price there were more than 40 pips difference f between them and other companies. When I asked them about this event they gave me a vague answer. Moreover, I found out that they delay in their opening hours on Sunday night to manipulate with the prices.. Then they follow the previous real movement of the market.. They are marker makers who made me lose about 10 K. DISHONEST. WATCH OUT FOR THEM.

after a big loss with UFX and some mails between me and the compliance officer Mr Alex we settle an agreement which was ok with me, so the issue is finished and we are ok now

Bestemte meg for ca en måned siden å begynne med trading. Jeg så en facebook annonse og registrerte meg på UFX.com sin hjemmeside. Ikke lengre enn en time etter så ringer en med navn Martin. Vi snakket i over en time og han viste meg the basics og svarte på alle spørsmål jeg hadde. Siden den tid har jeg tatt investeringer seriøst. Jeg fikk en handelskonsult med navn Andreas så fort jeg åpnet en konto for 500 og han har hjulpet meg siden. Jeg har hatt en ca 4 telefon møter med han nå og har nå begynt å skjønne hvordan ting fungerer. Nå står kontoen min på 850 så nærmer meg dobbelte. Dette mest på tips fra ham samt på å følge trendene som man kan se inne på plattformen. Allt i allt må jeg si att de er utrolig hyggelige og lett å snakke med. Tålmodige som tar seg god tid til å lære deg ting. Anbefales for nybegynnere som gjerne vill ha en ved sin side i starten.

UFX is a very decent broker, I was skeptic at the beginning but I traded with them over a few years all on my own. I never used their account manager assistance because I know how to trade on my own, and once I made it clear that I do not need their help, they only send emails from time to time. I was never pressured to do anything. Their documentation process is tiresome, but I guess that any Forex company needs to collect documents from their clients. All in all, this broker is very good.

før men blev kontaktet af UFX og der fra begyndte jeg at kunne lide UFX
mere på grund af deres store service og så er de super søde og snakke med. det er dejligt at man får en trading specialist på han lære dig hvordan man bruger hjemmesiden, der efter når man har lært den ok, bliver man sendt videre til en handelskonsulent som lære dig lidt omkring marked og om handel. fik det problem at han snakket svensk eller engelsk og jeg snakker dansk så vi kunne jo ikke snakke sammen. men det de gjorde UFX det var bare at de gav mig en tolk på " super service " må jeg sige

Jeg startede min konto hos UFX tilbage omkring den 15-18 Marts, og brugte i platformen i cirka 3 uger. Jeg var vældig tilfreds med deres platform, specielt det der kører ude i højre side, er rigtig godt til at få inspiration til handler. Jeg lavede nok 5-7 handler på de 3 uger, og var også ganske fin tilfreds med den handelskonsulent jeg blev tildelt.

Grunden til 4-stjerner er fordi at jeg ikke kan give dem 5 stjerner, eftersom jeg kun var der i 3 uger. Grunden til dette, var at jeg skulle bruge de penge jeg havde overført, da jeg kom ud for en boligskade.

PS. Det tog mig cirka 4, måske 5 bankdage at hæve mine penge fra dem, havde blevet oplyst 3-4, men det var ikke noget problem. Det var vist fordi jeg skulle uploade et sidste dokument omkring min adresse, da det var de underlagt pga. Finanstilsynet.
Så alt i alt en fin oplevelse uden problemer, måske vender jeg tilbage, hvis jeg får nogle penge igen.

Ærlig talt overrasket over servicen, jeg har erfaring fra trading før, fra Plus500, hvor gennemsigtigheden ikke er så høj. Ganske forbløffet over servicen, de garanterer intet afkast, som så mange andre brokere.

Selvfølgelig er der et par mangler på deres platform, men jeg er efter 2 måneder hos UFX, stadig ganske tilfreds.

So eone should train "juniors" that pressure selling is illegal, the bombardment of phone calls is unreal, i have blocked there number they now call from mobiles or no caller ID this is after i have told them im no longer interested in there services.
Then they start making judgments about you on the phone saying your not cut out for this or trading even though i have more that 7/8 years experience haha!

i am new to UFX, i read the Ad on Face Book, and joined for a real account, with the minimum required. As new to this platform, i tried a bit of excitement on the American and China holiday, this week past. On small bets, i was successful, then the upsurge on Gold, occurred, and i let my bet run out. The indicators performed well, until i got a phone call from a Mr. B. W. and he advised me, if i cash out, i would have 73 dollars, i bet it all on gold " and lost " Next call he offered me to make it all back, and move up to a training position, for added money, i declined at the moment. " i was thinking about it " then, i noticed i could not sign into UFX it was under maintenance . then, today at 8 am PST Vancouver time, i could not get into my account, even though i have a dime of real money in my account. By way of an offshore UFX site, i got back in around 8.08 Am, and made some bets with my Demo account, 3 of the bets were back dated to Feb. 19 th. Wrong, So, i have sent an email. and i am now jittery of the time and date. of my transactions. Something is wrong, the software seems set up, to aid the sales people . i can understand that, but i would like accuracy to proceed. a pic here. screen shot all your purchases, and check the prices and times, carefully,

So the first two lines, are a alert to fidelity. Much appreciated. " unexpected " but to guard about concerns in the active real account. UFX has chosen to reimburse me completely.
Quite the honourable thing to do. " unexpected " but noble. *

UFX is not registred and is not living in London/UK. They have also an English phone no., but are not living in Great Britain. UFX only give these informations to get a better reputation.
When I wanted to take back my Money, because I do not trust in them, I must wait in 7-8 weeks, before I received them. First they answered, they would transfer the Money. After 2-3 weeks, they answered they had transferred them. Then they do not answered me. After some weeks I send a complaint to CySec (the Cypriot finance authority), then they paid. Stay away from UFX.

Concerning repayment of my Money:
What I have written about the payment behavior from UFX is fully correct. For weeks, UFX do not answered me, when I requested my money back. Then I send a complain to CySec in Cyprus. Then I heard from UFX, and after some time I received my money, but then about 2 months had passed! So stay away from UFX.
It is absolutely false and untrue, that I and my company have as much as one cent for money laundering, and we have no illegal Money, which was quite clear for UFX, if UFX is an professionel, honorable and trustworthy brokerfirm.

Concerning regulation.
Here is what FCA in Great Britain write about UFX.com and regulation:

UFX is not regulated in Great Britain, but in Cyprus. This is what FCA in Great Britain write. UFX is allowed to offer certain products or services in the UK. Please note, that Financial Ombudsman in UK can consider a dispute with this firm.
I can only repeat: stay far away from UFX. On internet there also are a lot of sites, which warn against UFX.

UFX trading platform is easy and intuitive for newbie to trade. Fast execution, really like the Bitcoin to trade!

Apart from the delay of 10 days . no problem .
