Bonjour,

Ce témoignage porte uniquement sur le retrait de fonds. Je n'ai pas suffisamment travaillé avec UFX pour être à même de porter un jugement sur les opérations de trading.
Après demande de remboursement, j'ai été contacté par Chantal LECLAIRE qui m'a ensuite aidé dans toute la procédure jusqu'au transfert final.
Je n'ai quasiment pas traidé mais je recouvre mes fonds, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas chez tous les brokers.
Je ne peux donc qu'être satisfait !

I have been called some months ago by one of consultants who explained everything to me and since that time I was receiving calls at least once a week, a lot of emails with informations about some stocks, gold or oil what was very helpful to me. After sometime I decided to invest more and check what actually they can offer to me, I feel stupid not doing that since the beginning. Right lets be honest about UFX

I see a lot of negative reviews on here with some common theames;
1. A lot of calls to activate/ increase account
2. Unprofessional team
3. Access to money

let me relay my experience to each of the above negative review themes, I'll tell you my experience, what went bad for me and the reason why.
1. UFX are not alone when it comes to crazy amount of calls to get you to activate your account. Almost ever platform for trading do this. Yes if you were just having a look and are not really serious about trading this will be frustrating. I can tell you I have about 3 calls per day from other platforms constantly trying to get me to create an account with them, it can be annoying. The reason for this is I was exploring different companies and therefore opened myself up to this. You need to remember this is their job to encourage people to join their company. Hard sells are to be expected as well as other sales strategies.

There will be a lot of times they ask you to increase the funds so you can get this or that. If this is the case youre probably trading with such small amounts you'll eventually fail as its not a serious endeavor for you at this stage. They know this and are trying to help, but they cant justify releasing the time of a 1to1 trainer for an account that isnt making them squat. Think about it would you if in their position??????????

2. I have dealt with several people at UFX some very professional, some a little quirky. What I found is the quirks didnt come out until they got to know me. As the relationship grew the interaction became less formal. I think this is a good thing, you need to be at ease with the person youre dealing with. I dont want to talk to a corporate robot reading off a script when in comes to my money. I want someone who understands me and my goal. I found all of the team very friendly, informative, supportive albeit a bit pushy at times. However, being a salesman myself I understand them being pushy, you have to remember its their job.

3. This is my biggest gripe with UFX, the withdraw system does take a long time, you can top up an account in seconds but it takes days to withdraw. The fastest Ive had my money is 4 days, the longest Ive waited for a withdraw was 7-10 days I think. So, agreed this aspect of the company could be better.

I have used UFX for over 12 months. In the beginning I started with a really small amount and was basically playing in the market. I eventually increased my account to $500 to get a trainer. Ethan Ross, great guy lots of fun and very knowledgeable. The problem was I wanted more money from my trades than a low risk strategy. I had a great time with Ethan's guidance making 10,20 sometimes 50% per trade. Ethan kept warning me my style is risky and I'm exposing too much of my account to the market. But I thought yes I know but I think Ive got this. This went well for a few months and I was withdrawing couple hundred out here and there.
Then all Ethan's warnings came true. I lost the lot, I tried to withstand the movement by topping up the account but that got gobbled up too.
Now, I could get on here and say it was UFX's fault, but the truth is it was mine. I let greed and emotions rule my trades this was the problem.
For some this would be enough to scare them off trading for good.

Well, I've looked at what went wrong and believe it or not I am topping up my account with 20 times what I had before. Why? because this way I can trade with only 30% of my account balance and aim to make only 1% of that 30 on each trade. Low risk, good return, requires minimal market volatility to be successful. USE TAKE PROFIT and STOP LOSS and dont get excited when the money comes in.

UFX are a good platform, the problem is probably you, listen to them, do your research and ask them the right questions and you wont be dissapointed I'm sure .

Good system with poor customer needs

good experience - fast withdrawals - coaching (they promised german speaker but he called only for 2 calls and then i have english) - trading signals from the application on iphone - spreads not the best

Investing for long time, UFX is one of my brokers and I'm being very happy with their service. Best customer support from all platforms that I use, good recommendation

Estafadores. No invertais con ellos con unos MARKET MAKERS!!!!.
El estafador en mi caso fue Pedro Pons (COP/Vip Trading Trainer)

Te dicen lo buenos que son para que ingreses mas y mas dinero y despues te hacen invertir en valores que te hacen perder casi todo tu capital y sino va bien te dicen que ha habido una manipulacion del mercado o que no han podido contactar contigo debido a algun accidente de coche o problema medico justo cuando mas lo necesitas.
Lo digo de primera mano y ademas tengo 2 compañeros de trabajo que les paso exactamente lo mismo.
Ademas les preguntas por las opiniones de plataformas como esta y te dicen que son mentira y que la gente no pone opiniones buenas cuando todo le va bien, asi que cuidado.

Por sus malos consejos y eso que son ellos lo que saben invertir en el mercado me han hecho perder mas 4500$, de la siguiente forma:
- 1000 Oro. Stop loss
- 500 Dow Jones. Stop loss
- 700 Oro. No avisaron que se iba a cerrar la inversion
- 250$ SP500. No avisaron que se iba a cerrar la inversion
- 1000$. Nasdaq. Stop loss
-1350$ Oro. Supuesta manipulacion del mercado!!.
No hubo ninguna noticia al respecto en la prensa ni de mi otro broker con el que trabajo (me dijo que me mintieron)

AVOID Ufx!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Downloaded the app and got a call from an agent within a few minutes so explained I was on the train and couldn't discuss things right now. He just persisted in asking questions and I kept telling him it wasn't convenient. After several minutes I put the phone down and then he tried again sequentially for about 10 mins until I blocked the number. A few hours later another one tried so I explained I wasn't interested in help at present as I just wanted to try the demo version and get a feel for it (I've used
several other platforms). The next day, the same calls but now from a private number. Its too "hard sell" and that's usually means its going to cost you lots you didn't need to pay. My intuition tells me not to use or recommend these guys. Also, they're not Uk based so no FCA protection.

Don t use UFX. They called me every day pestering me to up my initial deposit from $350 to $500.
Everyone I said no and not to call me again or offer me free training i didn't want.
Also, despite telling me I had 3 months to hold my positions they closed my positions after 1 month without giving me any notice and lost me over $100 which is 33% of my money.
They still call now and even argue with me when i tell them that I've told them to stop calling.
Avoid.

it's easiest platform i'm using, i love their massinsights technology and trading signals that they showing plus assistance of actual trader helps a lot

nice customer care!! they speak many languages and its easier. ufx gave me a lot good experience and i feel more confident trading with ufx

Väldigt bra handelsplattform, inte så väldigt aktiv men varje gång jag fått tips från min handelskonsult har det varit vinstgivande. Väldigt skönt eftersom jag har väldigt litet intresse för marknaden.

hello , I have been working with ufx.com for about 6 monthes now and 1 year before with plus500, i see it more reliable than plus 500 to a good level,
i only trade forex anyway
their sales people seem a bit different in my opinion as they attracted me to start with a real nice opportunity back then for the Euro usd
My personal coach calls me from time to time about twice a week for some good explanation about the market
so for i have made about 600 usd from a start of 500 usd . I cant say but im happy with them .
