I really liked the simplicity of the site. I had no problem understanding and using it at all.
I did need some help with one of my investment and it took them a bit too long (4 days) to respond... But as soon as I got one they were really helpful.

this company is awful. They call me 15 times a day even though they promised me not to call me again during each call. They constantly cold call me.calling me at early hours and different times of the day. I have no interest in this product so quit cold calling me. If you sign up you will be bombarded with calls which will drive you crazy. There is no way to stop them despite contact with them many times to stop.

I have been using UFX for the last few months,
I have made a good few profits and also loss trades but Practice makes perfect.... I have been using there new MT5 which is great... also i have done a few withdrawals.... with no problem

They do not answer any calls
the phone may ring for ever or they could pick and hang up immediately.
The app is not secure with unauthorised transactions. No help or response from them.
Not based in the UK and keep lying about their location.
Not regulated in the UK.

After being uncertain for about half a year I decided to invest my money and chose UFX platform.
My investment has grown, not in millions, I'm not a billionaire now and do not own a yacht, but so far it's been working for me...

I'm still new to this world so I'm no professional but I don't see any problem with this platform so far + I really like their website design!

I had a bad experience with UFX , I followed the instruction of their trainer I lost everything . Bad experience advice be careful from this company.
I assume my naivety and my trust in them .

I have a lot of friends who are in the business of trading and they got me on board recently. I still have a lot to learn and I am taking my time, making small investments. I will say that the platform is easy to use, especially for someone like me.

Ultra aggressive tactics. You will be bombarded with multiple sales calls.

TrustPilot have told me that using certain letters might cause o££ence to some readers so I had to change this. Bit odd i know, but here's my review below

I had asked on a number of occasions for calls to be stopped, all requests ignored. Most recently the sales agent re£used to stop calling me, I asked to be put through to his manager, he re£used. He then told me I could "£*** **££"[ extreme expletive deleted that TrustPilot would not let me post] and that I would continue to receive calls".

If this were a UK company it would have been closed down. Simply search this company to see their reviews for other people's opinions, . A totally disreputable company that lots of people have very strong feelings about.

This company tried to get this post removed. I simply provided evidence I was a customer to Trustpilot. I will now post the same review on other sites of my experience to alert potential clients of their attitude to customers.

This company has a very big problem.

Although I haven't deposited yet, I have to say that their customer service is very helpful. I've been on several platforms but haven't received this type of service. I know several people that are trading with them and they seem happy enough.

I started with $500
I made two investments, one increased one decreased!

The problem is that you don't buy stocks, when crude oil went down I believed I would hold on until it rose again which is is now ... but they continue to take your money away and it doesn't matter how well the other investment is doing (1000+) I am still $100+ in debt because I closed down the bad deal but didn't get the cost of those shares back into my account. Once I stopped the positive deal the balance was paid into my account!

I have withdrawn my investment and steadily growing from my $400 profit

My friend told me about UFX, I was skeptical about trying them, heard too many bad stories about these trading places. I'm only in my second week but have seen some profit. I'm not a computer genius so I was worried that I wouldn't understand how to use the platform, but it's easy to use. So far, so good for me.

The broker is very good. I dont know why people are writing bad comments for them. After my account got verified i deposited $505 and now trading well with the broker. The most interesting thing i found with the broker is that they provide personal trainer who helps to get best out of the market. Simply a good broker with outstanding trading platform and great number of trading instruments.

Very high speculation and unreliable analysis
I lost $6000 because of their unwise and un calculative advise.

They are gamblers not true analysts, they don't recommend using stop loss feature , and when your account goes very low they will ask you to deposit extra fund.

very high minimum line for trade, careless customer service, endless phone calls, closing part of a trade is not available, in my case transfer made in EUR while account is in USD which caused loses in each transfer because of different exchange rate, trades in currencies have expiry date of 90 days then close automatically

Constant calls for months after simply registering with the site. I decided it wasn't for me and went with a different company. Now for over 5 months, I am getting calls from different sales people at UFX. If I don't answer the call because I'm busy, they will call back 3 times in a row. I've repeatedly told them I not interested in pursuing trading with them, but a few days a later, a different sales person will call. I've blocked multiple numbers from them, yet they always manage to use a new one. I'm afraid to answer my phone now because there's a high probability it will be UFX.
Overall, a terrible experience and a mistake to ever create an account.

after 5 years of trading with UFX, I decided to stop trading with them, the main reason for that is the bad customer service with very low response and sometimes no response at all.

Suddenly the system upgraded my account and I become unable to trade with any asset until I add more funds to my balance (maybe 30 times more as usual), I sent them a request to check what happened but no response, even my personal account manager ignored my case!

Anyway I requested to withdraw my balance and it took almost 5 working days only to accept my withdraw request, at the end they sent the money with crazy exchange rate that I almost loose 25% of my original capital.

My review criteria:
- very slow Withdraw request acceptance.
- bad Customer Services, when you open a case sometime you will not get reply.
- Exchange rates are not match the market price.
- changing account type without notify you, even you cannot know what is your current type in the profile.

Je me permets de vous donner mon retour d'expérience vis à vis de cette plateforme.

Un ami m'a conseillé de m'inscrire sur cette plateforme afin de pouvoir généré un supplément de revenu intéressant (environ 12% par mois).

Je m'inscris, une jeune femme du nom d'Elodie me téléphone rapidement pendant environ 30mn afin de me présenter la plateforme. elle est fort sympathique, Elodie me promettez une formation de plusieurs semaines, voire plusieurs mois afin de me familiariser avec leurs outils et le métier de trader.
Suite à cette conversation, Vincent Giraud me contacte assez rapidement. Il me présente le métier, sympathise rapidement et me tutoie d'office. Après m'avoir vanté les marges que l'on peut gagner sur les devises, il me demande alors d'ouvrir une position sur l'or durant notre première conversation. Je lui demande de miser sur la plateforme de démo pour ne pas prendre de risque. Il est catégorique: [b]"non, on mise sur du réel, je ne suis pas là pour jouer, tu n'as rien à craindre!"[/b]. ma ligne de gain passe par -150$ toute la journée et remonte en soirée pour terminer à +10$ (mon take profit).
Le lendemain matin, Vincent me rappelle tôt, je n'ai pas de PC devant moi, il me vante les 3% de gain de la veille et me demande de miser sur le pétrole à la baisse. Pas de "stop loss", il est encore une fois très directif, pas d'inquiétude, si la tendance dit que ça va baisser, ça va baisser, il n'y a rien à craindre...
Tout le journée le pétrole augmente, pas de nouvelle, je me dis que c'est normal. Le lendemain, ça augmente encore. je suis à -300$ de gain. Coup de téléphone de Vincent vendredi midi. Il me dit de laisser les positions ouvertes, rien à craindre. On a pas pris de risque, on attend lundi.

[b]« Si les positions se ferment automatiquement, je passerai quelques coups de fils, pas de soucis, on a suivi les règles et pas pris de risque. »[/b]

Je laisse passer le weekend, le lundi matin, les positions sont fermées et j'ai 23$ sur mon compte. J'attends le coup de téléphone de Vincent. Je ne m’inquiète pas, il m'a dit qu'il renflouerait, pas de soucis. Pas de nouvelle lundi, mardi, mercredi, jeudi... Aujourd'hui coup de téléphone. Je pense qu'il va m'expliquer les erreurs qu'on a commise et comment les éviter à l'avenir. Qu'il va me rendre les 560$ perdus et qu'on va repartir sur de bonnes bases.

Je lui dis que j'étais en formation, que j'ai passé 2 ordres sur ses directives et j'ai perdu 560$. Il me répond: [b]"500$, c'est que dalle, tu vas pas m'emem..der pour si peu..."[/b] Il me demande de réinvestir non pas 500$, mais le maximum que je peux sur le Dow Jones. C'est l'opportunité de ma vie.

en somme, le business modèle de cette entreprise, c'est de vous pousser à miser de manière irréfléchie dans l'urgence. Si tout vas bien, ils vous poussent à investir de plus en plus. Si tout va mal, ils vous ignorent.

Ce qu'il faut savoir sur ces plateforme, c'est qu'il y a un énorme effet de levier qui permet de gagner beaucoup en peu de temps. A savoir qu'il est encore plus facile de perdre très rapidement également. Ne vous laissez pas embarquer par les sirènes de la formation gratuite, elle est quasiment inexistante.

Les spreads sont énormes, les outils sont médiocres. Je vous conseillerai d'utiliser un autre broker qui permet d'utiliser un logiciel plus sérieux comme "Meta Trader".

Je suis extrêmement déçu par UFX, mon expérience avec eux aura duré en tout et pour tout 4 jours avant de perdre tout mon investissement après 2 jours en "formation".

Ça s'apparente à de la vente forcée, je m’interroge sur les possibilité de les poursuivre au pénal en ce sens.

As long as you are aware that the sole purpose of UFX is to take your money, you will not be surprised or disappointed.
They have a particular M.O which goes as follows:
1) Constant phone calls or emails
2) Attempt to get personal information from you (family etc)
3) Some good trading advice initially which will see you make substantial profits. ......Objective: put more money into your account.
4) The one trade that puts your account in jeopardy and requires that you deposit money to keep the trade open (this will work out if you put enough money in, but if you don't you will lose your account). ....Objective: put more money into your account
5) Difficulty in withdrawing any money, esp if it is more than your initial deposit.
6) That "Once in a lifetime" opportunity. It may be an election, Brexit, a historical high of the Dow Jones or some other event. You will be pressurised into 'taking advantage' of this move in the market....Objective: put more money into your account.
7) Psychological techniques. Your "trainer" will speak to you about gaining money to 'look after your family/retire/help people/ buy your dream house or car'. In fact he will say anything that will push your particular psychological buttons. This will be gained from the personal information that he has gained from you during numerous phone calls and emails... Objective: put more money into your account.
These are just some of the techniques they use. Remember these people are not honest. They are devious and are playing the long game.... they know that the longer you trade with them the more likely they are to get your money.
My "trainer" was a man with absolutely no social media footprint. No Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram...nothing!!! I suspect there is a good reason for that. In fact I am sure than none of the UFX trainers have a social media presence.
I have nothing against my trainer but I am not sure how he or his colleagues sleep at night. What goes around however, will come around its just a matter of time.
Trade with UFX if you want to but be aware that it will be them that will be playing you.
Advice: AVOID AT ALL COSTS or IT WILL COST YOU

So you join this company being told you will get training. WRONG
Trainer is someone who tells you every time they call that you need to put more money in.
Training consists of recieving e mails every few days with statements like " are you ready to ride this wave?" OR "the train is gonna leave the station" having no idea what on earth they are talking about.

If you have a problem. Nobody is available to answer the phone.

At random their program will close and when it reopens your money is gone.
