I got less than expected, but customer service offered me a better price, which was highly appreciated, though it was still not much. I don’t like the fact that they made me do a review before paying me, as I felt forced.

Very easy to use. Declined first offer and came back with a revised one.

It was very straight forward and accommodating and they gave me a decent price - I would recommend their service to a friend and would use them again

Sent 2 phones an iPhone 13 Pro Max and a normal iPhone 13, both phones were in very good working order and was quoted £200 and £145, once they received both phones they both got knocked down to £65 each. Easy to use but your phone will get knocked down once they receive it

Worst company to ever be given a license to trade. Send them an S25 ultra in immaculate condition first told 485 pounds to then wait 4 days to be given a revised evaluation of 315 🤣 after many complaints this was adjusted to 395. To then having to wait a total of 9 days to receive my funds after being told by the phone advisers who work from home by the way that my payment has been prioritized for 4 days strait promising payment that day. Avoid this company at all cost. I have filed a complaint with citizens advice/Trading standard. They need closing down.

I decided that I no longer needed my iPad, and rather than than let it gather dust I might as well sell it, and opted to go through Uberlink. Mistake.

I have a lot of technology and look after it extremely well, and in chose to grade it too honestly getting an offer of £276 - which I considered to be acceptable.

It was posted, they received it and they decided by virtue of inspecting said iPad, that it was only worth £106. Fair enough. Offer rejected.

They then offered me £145. Offer rejected.

They then offered me the opportunity to tell them what I would accept, to which I responded "as a good will gesture" on my part, that I would accept a 10% reduction down to £248. Silence.

I then followed up with a further email, to eventually get an automated response noting that my iPad "was in a queue" waiting to be returned and I would be notified once shipped. Lovely.

WHERE IS MY IPAD?

This whole debacle has so far gone on for a month. I can only assume what has happened is that there has been an act of theft by Uberlink, who I sent my item to in good faith.

In a nutshell, prepare to send your items and in equal measure don't expect them to ever be returned having rejected such low ridiculous offers.

Money there offered me was way less than first offer. And after accpeting offer. Not heard a thing been waiting 4 days for the money no one answers if you ring and no one replys to emails. One star is to good a rating for this company.

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS
They will massively reduce the initial offer in the hope that you agree because they already have your phone. They tried to lowball me and i asked for my phone back eventually they offered me double the lowball offer. All of you who have agreed to the first offer have been completely conned. These are the guys who will purposefully offer a fraction of what their website said because they hope you will agree. Do not use them

Quick quote although much lower offers even though I selected that the phone wasnt in perfect condition. Hang on for second offer!
