Uber Link quoted me a good price for my iPhone and listed a small set of requirements that my phone needed to meet, which it did (e.g 85% battery health). I sent my phone in and had to wait a few days after they’d received it before hearing back. When they finally came back to me they said the phone had gone through a 52-point test and failed many of them to which they then halved my quote. They’re absolute con artists! I asked them to send my phone back to which they initially upped the quote by £30 but I still asked for it to be sent back as I had been quoted better elsewhere. I had to wait about two weeks for the phone to arrive back. Don’t waste your time with this company - I ended up using Mazuma who were fast, reliable and stuck to the price they had quoted.

This was my experience..
16th July: completed online details for my phone, within my details I noted that screen was cracked & some minor scratches on case of my iPhone 13 Pro. They offered £198.50.
17th July free post pack posted to me.
27th July acknowledged receipt of my phone.
28th July testing device email received.
29th July email offered £25 (rejected)
31st July email offered £45 (rejected)
3rd Aug preparing to return my phone
3rd Aug just before we do is there an offer I would accept? (Rejected)
6th Aug return organised
7th Aug my phone received back
Imo they have worked out a system to rip people off, be warned.

These people are con artists and I’m unsure how they have such a high rating here still. I had to label my phone as faulty on the quote as the battery health was annoyingly at 79%. Aside from that the phone was spotless, not a mark on it as it has always been protected in heavy duty cases. I was quoted £268 so I sent the phone as it was the best offer I had received for an exchange with that level of battery health. They tested it and then offered me £81! I rejected it, and the following low offer, at which point I received an email asking what offer I would accept. I told them I knew I could get at least £186 elsewhere but they refused to go higher than £155. It didn’t really matter because I wasn’t going to have them make money from me by that point, purely on the principle that they had valued my perfectly good phone on a self proclaimed faulty valuation due to battery and then knocked off nearly £200!! I have now received £235 from We Buy Any Phone who only deducted £15 for the battery health issue and paid me the same day I accepted their very sensible adjusted offer! I will stick with what I know from now on and never deal with this dodgy company again.

My experience was quick and easy. Package arrived to me quick and money arrived to my account quickly after accepting the quote.

Easy experience sent a courier to collect my device. Price offer was lower than first advertised however I anticipated that anyways and the phone is no use to me now. Straight forward over all

Positive experience with Uberlink, paid promptly and response time was good. Would have preferred a higher price and there wasn’t as much movement as I expected but would deal with again.

Bloody Terrible. I handed my phone in it reached them on a Tuesday 28th/07. I’ve called them on a Monday morning (3rd/08). They are STILL processing the damn phone. They don’t update me I have to call them. I even had to call them as I can see it reached you but no update. They are shite you are better off selling the phone at CEX at this rate.
