Offered £285 for a broken iPhone and then once received they offered £85. I declined and they finally settled on £165. Payment was quick but a big difference from the original offer.

Absolute disgrace

bsolute disgrace – Uber Link delivery
I received my phone back through Uber Link and it arrived with brand new damage that was not there when I sent it. Clear chip and impact damage on the bottom right corner of the back glass and frame.
I packed that phone extremely carefully. There is no way this damage happened by accident in transit. I strongly suspect the phone was mishandled or damaged while it was out of my hands.

Because of this convenient new “damage”, they’re now refusing the warranty. They won’t fix the original serious problem the ghost touches, the screen going green and black, the phone becoming unusable. They’re just fobbing me off and leaving me without a working phone.

I’ve already spent extra money on a case and a portable charger for this phone, and now I’m left with a damaged, faulty device and no support at all. Completely unacceptable service from start to finish.

Do not trust them with anything important.

Con artists

Con artists - they advertise one price and then changed the offer to less than a 6th of the price.

A complete waist of my time and now the other company that offer similar have reduced the price while this all went on.

Sat on my phone for weeks

I couldn't rate this company low enough. They held my phone for a couple of weeks and didn't keep me updated.

They put this down to a 'backlog'.

Ended up sending it to another company who paid out within 24hrs.

Slashed the money they offered me for a…

Slashed the money they offered me for a phone. Sold it to them anyway. They claim same day payment but I haven’t been paid. They’ve had my phone since last Wednesday (now Monday) and no payment has been received. I’ve told them to return my phone to me. They’ve are not ignoring me. Uberlink stole my iPhone13 pro max rather than pay me to recycle it. AVOID THEM THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES

Do not use

Do not use! This company is absolutely awful, try offering you £41 for a phone ( think that’s there standard offer although they quote the highest, had my phone for 8 days no payment or return

Hassle

Hassle. Unnecessary phone calls, extremely long time to pay…still haven’t received my payment and way below the quote despite me already advising the phone is faulty (crack in screen, phone working fine) I have only been offered 10% of the quoted price.
