I received a telephone call from turning point usa regarding a order that was screwed up.
The person was Jon Pitt, merchandise mgr who indicated they were trying to take down a fake TPUSA website which i bought several items from. Citi bank refunded my first order , however discover card is still doing research.
The bad part is these sites have No telephone numbers you can call and every order was wrong including color, size , etc.plus I'm out shipping costs which total about $42,00 dollars.

Would give a belie one star if available. I ordered a sweatshirt on No. 9 2025. Never received. Started a research in Jan. Found that it was delivered by Uni Uni to a wrong address. I have received a bogus response from them daying they delivered to an address that was 2 streets over from me. They must have kept. I guess hearing about qualify from Chinese company I would want anyway! I learned an expensive mistake. Do not assume a site is the legal American not Chinese company. Mad at myself!

This is obviously a fraudulent company. I placed an order for 5 Freedom shirts and paid around $180 to have them here for Christmas. I NEVER got my order, and I've been given the runaround when I email to ask questions. I was told: 1) the items had been returned to sender because the address couldn't be verified, 2) the items had been delivered and signed for, and 3) the items were at the post office in a PO Box. None of these things have happened. So disappointed that people use a tragedy to rob others of their hard-earned money. Lesson learned!!!!

First of all, I ordered a t shirt in mid Sept and left many emails etc only with a response of its in production due to overwhelming response. I only received it beginning of January. When they opened up the package, I was disgusted with the lack of quality. They should be ashamed of themselves, especially with people like myself supporting Charlie and his mission. This company should be shut down.

I bought the Isaiah Bible verse t shirt. I love it! I wear it at school, church and work. Definitely suggest it!

FRAUDS! They charged me, added a charge for shipping, never delivered the item. The “tracking” they provided required me to download an app and then PAY MORE to track the shipment. I emailed the company and they said it was delivered. It was not, they have no proof and I am freaking furious that things like this happen. Hope they get what’s coming to them.

This is a Chinese company that totally misrepresents who they are. I received an email from them with a weird email address so I immediately responded that I wanted to cancel. I paid through PayPal and contacted them too. Nothing worked even though I though PayPal would help. Finally it arrived and totally inferior products so I resealed the bag, put a refused, return to sender note on it and dropped it at my local post office. At this time PayPal just kept rejecting my dispute. I sent them the information that I refused the package and once that was reflected on the tracking number info PayPal sent me back my money. I spent weeks fighting this imposter site.

Sent me the wrong shirt and wrong size. Won’t even consider sending me the correct shirt I ordered. Plays that stupid game of offering a discount to keep the shirt. After days and days and days of emails demanding a refund, I’m told to contact logistics. This is a scam!

It’s an absolute nightmare DONT purchase from them. I ordered back in September and the turn around was 12 weeks. Well now it’s days away from Christmas and still haven’t received my order. Tried calling, and reaching out to customs service and I cannot reach anyone. Now I’m having to go to the bank to dispute all charges. Definitely disappointed I would give a zero star rating if I could!

I would also give zero stars. I purchased directly from the site 9-21-2025. Never received a email with tracking info. Messaged 11-22-2025 no response still as of 12-6-2025. I'm sick of the scams, I have quit purchasing online. I am out 155.00 and nothing to show, no response, no number to call. It's a shame that all I can do is leave a review. There is no recourse for scammers and they know it.

I loved, respected, and admired Charlie Kirk; however, I’m appalled by my recent experience with TPUSA. I placed an order of over $100 expecting quality merchandise, but the t-shirts I received were very thin and cheaply made. I immediately requested a refund, yet it took several weeks just to hear back.

I was told a return label would be sent shortly after I received the refund approval email, but I still haven’t received one days later. When I followed up, I was informed that my issue was only now being transferred to a human agent, and I quote, "Since you haven't received the label, this issue will be transferred to a human agent..." This should have been handled days ago, and I’m shocked to learn I wasn’t even communicating with a real person until now.

This is unacceptable. I responded, letting them know that I will have no choice but to file a fraud report with the FTC and initiate a dispute with my bank.

I trusted TPUSA and expected better service and accountability.

A scam set up to profit from the killing OF Charlie Kirk. No affiliation with the real Turning Point USA and poor quality merchandise. An absolute nightmare to deal with in attempting to return merchandise,as returned merchandise was refused. Have disputed charge with bank.

I would give the rating zero stars if possible. The shirt I ordered was advertised as a cotton blend. When it arrived it was a very cheap thick stiff 100% cotton shirt and the size/fit was ridiculous. I have sent several messages requesting a return but all I get in response is an offer for a discount for an item that was falsely advertised and VERY poor quality. Do not buy from this scam company!

Same as everyone else, ordered in September, just got my order. Wish I had seen these reviews, like everyone else, all products super low quality knock offs. Mad at myself for falling for it, dang chinese companies relying on trusting/naive shoppers.

Terrible quality and scam using a site you think is TPUSA.

Placed an order for a sweatshirt on 9/19 2025 and finally got it on 11/19. With shipping and everything I paid almost 50.00 for the shirt only to have to pay 15.75 postage due in order to pick it up. I had no idea this was coming from China but even temu doesn't take two months to send things out. The outside of the shirt seems to feel like sweatshirt but the inside is not. It's a kind of ribbed fabric. Normally I research places before ordering but this time I did not. I trusted blindly because this was Charlie's thing. I am extremely disappointed with the entire interaction and will never order from them again. also i ordered a size 2x and it fits like a large

I am shocked and disappointed. I also wish I had read reviews before buying. The merch is coming from China. I ordered 4 sweatshirts from them. The first one arrived. Along with the size not matching their chart, it was the wrong material. I ordered the waffle material and I got the regular sweatshirt material. I am attempting a refund or replacement. Will post follow up.

Do yourself a favor and order from a knockoff company. You might get it at some point.

After waiting 36 days to T-shirts that I ordered after giving a 7:00 to 12 day lead time on them I reached out twice to figure out what's going on I got no response on either then I requested a full refund apparently on the day it was set to deliver so I started digging into the company and I realized that this one isn't real turning point merchandise they are based out of London and the material you're getting in the mail is bottom shelf Chinese made cloth you'll be lucky if the sizes are right My package in particular had 20 different tags of different sizes ranging from small to extra large loose in the package I do not think that any purchases made from this website go to the American turning point I would find another vendor
