Ordered 3 t-shirts. 1 is fine but 2 are sewn with the seam allowance on the outside. Back and forth with support and they insist the quality is fine. Offered $6 refund for 2 $40 shirts. They are cute so I may take them apart and re-sew.

Ordered items on 3/8 and have not received them as of 4/11. No tracking available after 4/3. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal. They need to know that they should not be working with this scam company.

A month after putting in my order they sent me 2 of the 6 items. They insisted they had sent me everything. I filed a complaint with Paypal (since I paid them through their digital wallet) and they tried to mediate a resolutions. I was told I would get a discount that the items were on their way - I was sent fake tracking info. Ultimately I escalated the case with Paypal and they make me file a report with the IC3 Internet Crime Center. This is now 2 months later. They say their stuff is made in Minneapolis - it is NOT!

Placed an order for a pin in early February. Tracking information was provided but after three weeks of "package is out for delivery" nothing arrived. Twice more the company said they were resending the pin but as of today, April 7, nothing has been received. First order was supposedly coming from Spain. Next two reshipments were coming from China. Shame on Facebook for allowing fake companies on their site.

After two months I have a fake tracking number that says it was delivered and no relief on getting my money back. I’m usually smarter than this. I got one of the products and it was cheaply screen printed.

Haven't received my order that I placed over 8 weeks ago. They said they sent it once and got lost. Then they said they resent but blaming it on the post office and me due to wrong address. Funny due to the fact I did received part of my order already. Money lost. This is a scam!! Order elsewhere please. This site needs to be shut down. Just stealing consumers money.

Buyer beware, total scam!! I made tge mistake of buying from them..One month no merch.. Reported scam to AMEX!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!!

Items were first supposedly shipped from ITALY, then from CHINA. I had to contact the company many times to find out what was going on. Although they stated they would contribute the profits to the Good and Pretti families in Minneapolis , there is nothing to indicate this is happening. I doubt their 501C status as the company is based in China. I’ll never purchase from them again.

Resist Frog is a misleading company. Their Facebook presence is designed to make you believe they are based in Minnesota, and they even list a fake Minnesota address on their site. They also claim to be a nonprofit, which is not true. I have already filed a complaint with the FTC about their business practices.

The product I received was nothing like the description. The quality was terrible, and getting a refund has been nearly impossible. After going back and forth with them, they offered me four dollars and insisted that I keep the item. I simply want my money returned.

Anyone who has purchased from them should check their bank statement to see how much was actually charged. They charged me more than the advertised price. Despite pretending to operate in the United States, nothing is shipped from here. My item came from China.

If you have also been scammed by Resist Frog, I encourage you to file a report with the FTC and contact your bank to request a chargeback. That may be the only way to recover your money.

Company advertised that the Pretti Good merch I was interested in would have profits donated to their families and MN efforts to fight back against ICE. None of that was true. I placed a $105 order and had a charge show up on my account for about $30 more and my bank called to shut it down as the charge was made in Hong Kong. I didn't connect the two things right away until I received an order update with fine print saying I would be responsible for taxes/tarriffs and that the items were being shipped from Spain. The package arrived last week and I had ordered three identical items that were nothing like what was pictures and I would not have ordered them. I emailed their customer aupport and they offered me $11 ‘for the inconvenience but also said the items matched what I ordered. I am going to go through my bank to fight the charges as the company is not responding now.

Wish I had checked here before ordering a couple of hats. Company claimed proceeds benefit the families but charge on my PayPal was some company from China and it supposably shipped from Romania. Still have not received it and it’s been 18 days!

Absolutely one of the poorest advertisements ever- never made clear clothing ships from a different country. offering VIP Lightning shipping when legit 2 weeks has gone by where supposedly package was in spain then suddenly in china… poor customer service in every way

I bought a sweatshirt and it arrived damaged. The company offered me $2 to keep the damaged item as a resolution as they note " it left the wharehouse fine" and then stopped returning my emails.

This company portrays itself as a "non-profit" based in MN and purports to give "100% of proceeds" to the Good and Pretti families. Highly suspicious as they overcharged my account for my purchase, and the product is still sitting in Italy. They continually remove negative posts on FB.

Ordered shirt, no response, order accepted, no way able to track. Website down….

I ordered 2 sweatshirts off the resistfrog site, advertised on Facebook, wanting to help my fellow Minnesotans. The company denied receiving any orders from me, then blocked my account on their site. I'm out $75. DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I fell for it too, received an email that my package is in Spain awaiting shipment - $5 bucks says I’ll never see it. Then….i received 7 Fraudulent charges on my credit card from all over Africa. It could be just a coincidence. Last time I order something from Facebook.

Fraudulent website that is deceptive and over charges.

I stupidly fell for the same lie. Wanting to help the families of Alex and Renee, I bought a T-shirt. Received a notification about an "international transaction" of more than the price on my receipt. I have called my credit card company disputing the charge. Also reached out to Resist Frog. Have not yet heard back.
🙄 Tried to do something good. Didn't do my homework.

Update: I received an email from resist frog saying they were looking into it. We will see what happens. I'm happy I used a good card for the purchase. I won't be charged if this is all BS.

Update: The charge amount has been adjusted to what I paid. I have not yet received the shirt, so cannot comment about it. No idea how much of the proceeds the families will see.
