On 01/27/2026, I ordered a tee shirt and made a donation of $50.00 to receive the Charlie Kirk book. I received an email back stating the books would start shipping in mid January to expect 2-4 weeks for delivery. To date I have not received the book. I have sent multiple emails and placed numerous calls to their donation phone number and the representatives say due to the high demand allow a few more weeks, they also say they will send an escalated email and I will hear back in 3-6 business days. The one email back stating they were hiring additional people to meet their demand and the hat would be sent because bracelets had been sent inadvertanly. I was not promised a hat for my donation, I was promised the Charlie Kirk book. To date NO book!! Within a couple of days of my tee shirt order I received an email where a label was created and I received the tracking number. It literally sit in Phoenix Arizona and did not move for over a month. I finally did receive the poor quality tee shirt. However, now I refuse to wear it because this organization if a SCAM!! They are preying on innocent people and taking their money. This organization will FALL in due season. You cannot claim the love of Christ and cheat and essentially steal from people!! Please DO NOT DONATE OR BUY MERCHANDISE FROM TPUSA IT IS A SCAM. I hope the better business Bureau shuts them down soon!!!! My family and I are a Christian family, I thought this organization was good, but now I know otherwise!!!

The merchandise took a long time, came from CHINA, was a poor fit and bad quality and could not be returned. I expected more from TPUSA. Do not buy any merchandise from this website.

Got merchandise. A 5th grader could sew better. This is a scam website. My new antivirus blocked it. No tags, no washing instructions, cheap material and then offered a refund but never received it. FAKE FAKE FAKE!!!!!

Ordered & was charged for two shirts & NEVER RECEIVED. Ordered in October 2025! Total disappointment! Numerous emails & very few responses, always saying that it was being “processed”😡

Ordered 10/17 two shirts for my dad as a birthday present. Guess I didn't pay attention to the fine print that says it could take up to 12 weeks to ship (which is ridiculous. They are in Phoenix and I am in Tucson, it doesn't take that long to slap something in a box and send it to me). My dad's birthday came and went, no item.

After over a month of waiting I started communicating, asking them to either ship or cancel / refund the order if they are unable to. The only response I got was this automated e-mail "please be patient, due to the amount of support we've received it may take up to 12 weeks to ship an item"

I was hoping to get it by December at least so I could give it as a Christmas present, but by mid December still no items. I again e-mailed begging them to just cancel the order and refund but go the same canned responses I always get when e-mailing them.

Finally January 11, they "ship" the item, but when you look at the tracking, it says "tracking label generated but still waiting items." Now on 02-16, it is still saying that over a month later. I sent another e-mail once again begging for a refund and they are refusing. Time to report to the BBB and file a dispute with my credit care company.

I ordered merchandise 20 weeks ago (4months&18 days)
45 days ago I was told order was sent & was given a tracking #. As of today the tracking # still says that only a shipping label was generated Dec30, USPS awaiting arrival- still in preshipment stage. Their customer service only form replies saying the order has been completed & will arrive soon. But USPS has been waiting 6 weeks3days to receive it to ship. They have not responded to the Better Business Bureau inquiries about my claim.

My husband and 2 of my children made a donation because they were advertising if you made a donation you would get a free hat! It’s been several months and they never received anything this company is a scam and a fraud!

Bought merch 9/14/25. Arrived 2/1/26.

Don't buy from these ppl. Bad way of doing business and they obviously don't care. I bought 09/20/25 and still have not received merchandise. I open a dispute with my credit card company in January been more than patient.

Placed my order in September 2025! After multiple requests about order after three months I placed multiple requests for a refund/cancellation!
Filed a complaint with BBB and as of January 28th 2026 I have received no Refund or Merchandise 🤬
Absolutely the Worst Company I have ever ordered from in my 64 yrs!!!

It took over 15 weeks for them to ship my items and then when they did, it didn’t actually ship, they just created a label and I waited another 30 days, I emailed them about the issues and asked for a refund, and they are refusing. Very very disappointed

19 weeks and no merchandise while they continued to sell the same shirts at events. Requested a refund and no response. Now, they blocked my email. "TPUSA Merch (StoreXTPUSAmerch.com)

Placed order 9/13. Says delivered on 12/9 but nothing was in my mailbox (which requires a key to access). Filed three claims with USPS and they say they have seen nothing. Asked TPUSA respectfully for a refund or replacement - no response. Followed up multiple times - no response - and my last follow up email got an undeliverable response. Really? Was my email blocked? Cool...

I would give a 0 if I could. I ordered $190 worth of merchandise on September 21st. Today is January 20th and I haven’t received anything. The website says I didn’t order anything and when I emailed them it was an automated recording saying my email didn’t match anything on file. Today I opened a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. It’s ashamed. I picked this website because I thought it was the legit one but I was way wrong.

Ordered 9/15/2025.

Today is 1/20/2026 and I haven't received anything.

Company communications are almost non existent, ordered 16 weeks ago, they claim the package shipped 14 days ago and the tracking number states the label has been created. The company sends an automated email response. Not receiving answers to my questions. Beware dealing with this company, it feels like a scam.

I ordered merch in October and finally had to dispute the charge as it was never shipped. Reaching out to them was fruitless!

It has been over 25 weeks and I have still not received my order. It was only two tees and for the past 4 weeks the tracking says it is sitting at their warehouse awaiting pickup. When I contact them asking for a status I get a bullshit canned answer and not resolution. If you ordered from them you will NEVER see those items! NEVER!

Never received order. Like others, I was patient given the circumstances of the horror that happened with Charlie. Wanted to support them. Order took over 3 months to show ‘shipped’ which then sat as ‘label created, waiting to be picked up’ since 12/21/25 and still shows that to this day.
Contacted them 3 times and they have done nothing- so I finally disputed the charge on my visa.
So disappointed considering the TPUSA organization was so solid. They should get a better company to deal with merch.

Took 16 weeks to get my order of 3 t-shirts. I understand demand was extremely high and I ordered directly from TPUSA, my review is not solely based on long lead time for my order.
$115 to get these (3) t-shirts to my door, and when they finally arrived, they are paper thin, no real brand name on shirt tag area (Gildan etc), not pre-shrunk, and just all around terrible fit and cheap. I sincerely don’t like leaving a negative review given the situation but I would have rather donated my money to a charity. Message on shirts are genuine and sincere. Shirts are garbage.
