Consistently Bad

Your support is very high on a worst…

Your support is very high on a worst tech support list don't worry almost all the "bigger" company's are up there and the people that answer the phone can not actually do anything to help and we as the customer are not allowed to actually talk to someone that 1) understand what our problem actually is. 2) actually can address and fix the problem. I understand that one person should not have the ability to freely just make major changes and adjustments.
With that said the ter 1 and 2 "scrip readers need update to the evolving threats our issues that we are having is rare and over a year ago every one that do know claimed it is not possible now it is a real problem that my new team of people are ahead of.

Our frontline agent helped secure your account by changing the password and providing safety education, but it's clear you needed a deeper technical investigation and escalation to a senior specialist who could address the rare, persistent issue your new team has identified, and we should have connected you to that level of support immediately when you requested a supervisor. Our supervisor attempted to call you back but couldn't connect, and we then followed up twice more by phone and email without response.

We'd still very much like to re-engage with you, escalate your case to our mail security engineering team, and work through the specific vulnerabilities or access patterns that standard tier-1 and tier-2 procedures didn't catch—please contact us at +1 833-689-8585 or reply to our latest email so we can prioritize this with the right technical experts.

Was looking to transfer over 29 domains-

Was looking to transfer over 29 domain names, 2 websites, email, email marketing, hosting on 2 websites. and all you get are representatives in the Philippines who don 't speak English as a first language. I asked politely if there was U.S. based support and they said perhaps in 7-8 months (if ever at all...). If they can't speak English as a first language, what makes anyone thing they can understand English? I hate to keep asking them to repeat what they said, because they are difficult to understand, but apparently corporate thinks the 10 cents an hour they save must be worth it. I'll take my business elsewhere. I couldn't even find out what 28 domain transfers would cost, they kept sending me back to the website to figure it out for myself, but the information can't be found. Disappointing. Very disappointing.

Your feedback about the difficulty understanding our overseas representatives and not receiving a straightforward answer about the cost to transfer 28+ domains is very concerning, and we’ll be using it to review both our support training and how we present bulk transfer pricing so that customers aren’t sent in circles on the website. Refusing to provide me a refund is not…

Refusing to provide me a refund is not fair. I should not be held financially responsible when the business was already closed over a year ago, the owner was evicted, filed bankruptcy, and is now permanently disabled

We explained this policy to you during our conversation, and with your consent, we canceled your account to prevent any future charges.

We genuinely wish we could make an exception given your personal situation, but we are bound by the terms established at the time of renewal and the limitations set by domain registries.
