J'étais ravi de ma paire de creepers noires, mi hautes de chez TUK. Je commande une paire de violettes basses et voilà qu'une semaine après en usage normal elles se décousent! Quelle déception !

I paid more than 120€ for plastic shoes. This is bad quality PU LEATHER OR SIMILI LEATHER. Shoes are so smelling plastic. This is just a scam and they are dishonest. Go away and do not buy!

I have bought shoes from them since 2016, this last time in Dec 2024 they messed up my order and it was basically impossible to get any satisfaction from them at all. 2016 from tuk shoes usa, 2021 tuk outlets and then this last time tuk outlets again ... I am posting this on every sight I can find for every website they have in every country. I have emailed tuk outlets at least 3 times and tuk info once. #MichiganUSA I have liked wearing TUK shoes since I found them because they remind me of the TredAir shoes I had back when I was a young street punk. I liked my nephews would see the skulls and bones in the dirt around the farm and knew their Uncle Travis ( yeah I like being the cool Uncle ) must be there. I even wore a pair of TUK shoes to my daughters wedding, The anaarchies with the zippers on the side. I don't know if I will ever buy shoes from them again. #MichiganUSA

Never received my boots, the courier company and TUKAustralia never respond to messages.
The tracking number conveniently stops being viewed after a certain time

Effectivement mes doutes étaient fondés, sites frauduleux j'ai fais le signalement auprès du vrai site qui devrait faire le nécessaire.

Buyer beware T.U.K Australia website is fake

Finalement meme sans mail et compte client j ai bien eu mon colis.
J avais peur d une arnaque, reçu rapidement et article super et taille normalement.

Commande passée il y plus d 1 mois chaussures jamais reçu et "david" le contact répond 1 fois sur 2 et m explique que soit c est quelqu'un de à famille soit c est la poste qui a réceptionné le colis !!!en réalité le numéro de suivi n existe pas à la poste c est une ESCROQUERIE

Les chaussures étaient trop grandes,j ai payé 40 euros pour les renvoyer mais il y avait encore des frais de douane inexpliqués et injustifié puisque c est un produit uk ou théoriquement la taxe aurait du etre payée a la base .ils n ont jamais récupéré le paquet. Service clientèle déplorable,n achetez rien chez eux et encore moins depuis l Europe même si le site est en français

j'ai passé une commande d'une paire de chaussures, le 7 décembre, le colis devait arriver le 14 max. Nous sommes le 02 janvier aujourd'hui, et je n'ai tjs rien reçu, et encore moins de nouvelles de TUK.
NE COMMANDER DONC PAS SUR CE SITE, c'est de l'arnaque pure.

Extrememy dishonest company that will not provide an actually working size guide and will refuse to exchange your shoes for another size. Make sure you're ordering from an EU or UK website if you're from Europe cause they don't have a free return policy even when they obviously have a wrong size guide. Their size guide suggested me to purchase a US size 5 when I'm a US size 8.
Since the website was unclear on whether I was buying from the US or UK website, it turned into confusion. Every single serious zwebsite has a link to your region's website appearing if you're surfing from a too far region.
Their shoes cost me a total amount of 140€ and I never got one cent back. When I offered to sent back the unfitting shoes, they told me to send it at my own cost. To the USA. When I had paid already 60€ of taxes and shipping yet on top of the bloody shoes. It was costing about the same price. I refused then realized they shouldn't even have sold me anything since they have a UK website. I end up with tuk shoes laying in a box, bran new, never worn. Total shame.
And just imagine the mess when I can't even ship it to the UK when they are the same company. Global warming you said ? They don't give a damn. All they offer is a refund in store credit (to get the same size problem ???) and me to pay for shipping on top of it.
Those people are just dishonest.
I offered to ship back the shoes cut into pieces in a sandwich and I let them chose the sauce cause I'm a helpful person. Those are not.
Don't buy from them. I know tuk since 20+ years. Never seen such a disappointment and a bad customer service.

Problème de décollement de la coque sur paire commandée, après envoi de la photo, t.u.k a renvoyé rapidement une paire de remplacement.

I own four pairs of T.U.K. heels. Three unique styles and a duplicate in another color: A7995L, A8009L and A8051L/A8052L. They are unwearable if you plan to stand or walk. All are size 9, yet two styles are too small and the other style is too big. None of them have an arched insole which contributes to the discomfort. I didn't bother trying to return them because simply getting a different size doesn't fix the problems with these shoes.

On quality, my shoes seem to have decent construction; however, after 5 years of limited use, they still aren't broken in. They are just as stiff and prone to giving blisters as the day I bought them. Interpret that as you may.

The shoes are all very pretty, so I can only conclude this company sells expensive art not footwear. Purchases are not recommended.
