Das neue Grand Museum mit Macht Mut
Unser Tourguide Macht Mut war einfach großartig – extrem zuvorkommend, herzlich, witzig und mit beeindruckendem geschichtlichem Hintergrundwissen. Dank seiner Leidenschaft und charmanten Art wurde dieser Tag zu einem der schönsten unseres gesamten Aufenthalts. Eine absolute Empfehlung – besser geht’s nicht!

Venerdì 30 maggio alle 14.00 siamo stati accompagnati a visitare la Reggia di Caserta dalla bravissima guida Francesca. Accoglienza , gentilezza, preparazione, semplicità, simpatia e disponibilità sono solo alcune delle doti della nostra guida. La storia l' abbiamo vissuta con lei. L' esperienza è stata fenomenale. Magnifiche emozioni hanno accompagnato il nostro viaggio. GRAZIE

Annulation excursion 14h avant le départ …
J'ai réservé une excursion de 2 jours en groupe partagé. 24 heures avant le départ elle a bien été confirmée avec des instructions pour le départ (en autre prévoir l'achat de livres Égyptiennes pour les visites) et c'est seulement 14 heures avant le depart prévu que l'excursion a été annulée pour manque de participants !! Cette clause n'apparassait nulle part dans les conditions de vente. Il s'agit dun manque de professionnalisme total de ce sute qui ne respecte pas ses clients. Un conseil, evitez Tuimusement.com car meme s'ils m'ont remboursé j'avais retiré des livres sur leur conseil et ça c'est pour ma paume en plus du fait que je n'ai pas pu visiter Luxor! Merci Tuimusement!!!

Booked an airport lounge for return from Greece. On arrival it was shut. I rang them immediately. Had to google the customer service number as not on the paperwork - red flag right there. Call handler unable to help so hot refreshment elsewhere and requested a refund. They now insist the lounge was open. It was not. They say we did not follow instructions. We did. I did not go in the lounge my voucher was not used. Why if I am at the airport with a voucher would I pretend the lounge is closed and eat elsewhere!! No refund offered. Greedy, shabby organisation. Don’t bother.

Täuschung durch TUI Musement
Täuschung durch TUI Musement – Keine Alhambra-Tickets, nur Transfer.
Wir haben bei TUI Musement eine „Full Day Tour zur Alhambra mit Eintritt“ gebucht. Versprochen wurde ein ganztägiger Ausflug inklusive Eintritt und Führung durch die Alhambra.
Tatsächlich erhielten wir nur einen einfachen Transfer nach Granada – ohne Eintritt, ohne Führung, ohne Zugang zur Alhambra. Am Zielort standen wir ohne Ticket da und mussten selbst klären, wie wir den Tag verbringen.
Zurück ging es bereits um 15 Uhr, also nach wenigen Stunden – von einer “Ganztagestour” kann keine Rede sein. Auf Nachfrage gab es keine Hilfe.
Fazit: Eine klare Täuschung. Nicht buchen!

Appalling customer service - no refund
Nabeul market visit and wine tasting from Hammamet and Nabeul: We booked a guided day trip with Musement with a pick up from our hotel. Our confirmed pick up time was 7.50am. Unbeknownst to us, the bus arrived at our hotel at some point before 7.50 and departed at 7.43. We waited at the pick-up point from 7.45 until 8.45 for the bus to arrive. Obviously it did not. Ever since that moment we have been trying to obtain a refund. Musement's customer service has been polite but totally ineffectual and incredibly unintelligent. They even provided us with 'evidence' in the form of satellite tracking information that demonstrated how the bus departed our hotel at 7.43, and have tried to convince us that this proves that the bus was there on at 7.50 and there was no reason for us to not get on it! Consider conversing with a brick if you want to treat yourself to a more responsive and satisfying experience. We have gotten nowhere in their supplier admitting fault, let alone having Musement provide a full refund. Having exchanged numerous emails with them to get absolutely nowhere, we will be pursuing a claim via our credit card company. There is absolutely no way we will use Musement at anytime ever in the future and are appalled at their appalling customer service.

Tour gecanceld opt laatste moment
Op 18-4-2025 zouden mijn partner en ik een tour hebben op/bij auschwitz- birkenau.
Op de avond ervoor 17-4-2025 om precies te zijn om 21.10 kregen we bericht dat onze tour gecanceld was omdat er geen tourguide beschikbaar was! Ja echt waar. We waren al in polen. Bijna al bij auschwitz. Grote schande. Ongeveer 2 maanden terug deze tour al geboekt om zeker te zijn van een plek.
Het enige wat we kregen was een excuses en de mededeling dat we het geld terug kunnen vragen via de site.
Maar dit lijkt me niet voldoende TUI.
