Myself, (and Girlfriend) absolutely love these 3" Shorts! I'll be on my 3rd pair now, only because I lost the 1st two(don't ask😂). It's a weird reason to be a repeat customer, BUT thanks to great design, comfortable wear and sexy patterns I couldn't imagine trusting any other brand with my summer swimwear! The compliments are well worth the price;)

I needed a change of address after my order was already placed and Allyza from Tucann took care of it no problem.

Started out with a shipping error, but they reshipped my order in time to go on break. The original order finally shows up, and we sent back the replacement order. Customer service was great, answered emails quickly. I am in the US, so there was an occasional time lag, but it was much faster than most companies in the US. I would certainly buy again. The product was awesome, too!

Bought from tucann 3 times because fit was good but when zipper broke on my 2nd use they told me I violated their use policy because I washed it once (never even dried it, just dried it on in a rack). Cheap product / cheap company policy and customer stance. They lost an $300 per year customer… over a $10 (cost) bathing suit.

Never again!!!!!

Customer service doesn't exist in reality. A bot which of course gives standard meaningless repeated help that amounts to nothing. Doesn't even understand details of what you wrote. No human interface available. Return process terrible. Tried to upload 5 pictures with an iphone from home with high speed fiber internet- upload wheel spun for one and half hours. Forced to try through home computer. Found out that takes three days for approval to return and charge over $$$$$ 20.34 when initially said ten dollars. Ridiculous return cost. This is in Florida with me returning pkg to a nearby UPS store. Waiting three days for approval to return.

Quality of merchandise in this case, a men's swimsuit, is good quality---- but customer service and return policy is an absolute no go in future.

I received this a day ago and did not like the design. Went to do a return and they want photos of the item? I am not sure why but went to do it using my phone camera, had issues with the interface, finally got it to work after emailing the pix to myself and doing the return on a desktop. now it's pending their approval and they charge a re-stock fee... skip it and buy at a store is my advice

Love the Swim Suit. Vibrant colors, quality material, stretch lining. Great sealed zippers and a little flash of gold. Dries quickly.

I usually don’t like swim shorts cause they don’t flatter my body. The legs are too long the seat and crouch are to baggy so I usually just wear my gym shorts that are 3 in in length and flatter my body. Your suit fits perfectly, it accentuates my butt, my junk, and flatters my body. Makes me feel confident love them that’s why I bought a second pair.

So far the ordering experience was easy. I had a snag on my end and customer service was super fast and helpful getting back to me and making sure my order went to the right location even after I ordered it to the wrong location. They were friendly and easy to work with.

Trust and reputation both make or break a consumers purchase. My experience with a return/exchange was so user-friendly easy! The customer service reps were expedient, friendly, and super helpful. The original purchase was shipped fast and packaged with care. We are Tucann fans!

My experience with them has been in communications regarding their products. I sent an email to them expecting no response, or a "system automated one. To my pleasant surprise, I received a very prompt personal reply from a person on their support team. In my opinion, that tells volumes about the integrity of this company.

My experience with Tucann has been nothing but perfect. A while ago when I purchased the wrong size shorts (my mistake) they took them back and replaced them with what I should have ordered in the first place. Was the easiest resolution to a problem I had caused that I have encountered. I recently sent an email advising some zipppers on a couple of my shorts were not working anymore and Tucann has offered to replace both pairs of shorts as a gesture of good will. I was not asking for a replacement as nothing but very happy with all my Tucann products. I have multiple pairs of shorts, sleeveless shirts, a singlet and a shirt and they are my favourite items of clothing in my whole wardrobe.

I was shopping for premium swimwear and this name kept coming up. Huge selection and what seemed like what I was looking for. I ordered 7" and they were a bit too long. The company took back the 7" and sent me the 5". I am so very pleased with the service. My emails were answered within minutes instead of the usual day or two. I felt like I was their only customer. Sincere, excellent and friendly customer service. I was notified when the return was received, the refund appeared in 2 days on my card. Speedy. Seamless. Friendly service. Customer for life!!

First time customer and will be back. I mistakenly ordered the wrong bikini top for my girlfriend and reached out to Customer service. They immediately responded and fixed my mistake. Great customer service.

I’ve ordered multiple suits from Tucann. Sizing is true to fit. I were a medium, 5”. Excellent quality. I love the feel of the suit and the liner prevents chafing. And of course you can’t beat the look! As for customer service, I received a water bottle with my order that had a broken lid. I reached out and received a response immediately. A replacement bottle is on the way.

I placed my order but wanted confirmation of order. Contacted their customer service and got a reply within minutes.

Excellent product and excellent customer service and I will definitely order from them again. Looks great and the material is amazing. They seem to run a size small but besides that excellent all around. I exchanged for the next size up and customer service was great in helping me out.

I purchased a total of four swimsuits from Tucan. Overall, they are very comfortable and initially appeared to be good quality.

However, one swimsuit, purchased a little over 18 months ago and worn only about 10 times, had the waist elastic completely lose its elasticity.
The other three swimsuits have no issues, which leads me to believe this one has a manufacturing defect.

For a swimsuit at this price point — which is quite expensive — this is unacceptable. If it had been a low-priced swimsuit, I could understand, but that is not the case here.

I contacted customer service, which refused to replace the swimsuit. This is the most disappointing part. A company that promotes the quality of its products should take responsibility when an obvious issue arises.

I understand that manufacturing defects can happen, but the real issue is the company’s refusal to acknowledge the problem and resolve it.
As a result, I am very disappointed with Tucan and do not recommend the company, especially considering the high price of its products.

So far terrible. And from reading reviews here looks like I've been scammed. I'm trying to do a return, you have to take a picture, never had to do that before. No number to call. Sent email to whatever their customer support is. Got a response once I submitted pics and etc that it would be 3 working days for them to decide if they'll do a return. Seriously? They advertise free returns, its why I made the purchase and now this. Today, is Tuesday Jan 27,2026, if I don't get confirmation for a return by this Friday I'm contacting my credit card company to report the charge as fraud since they won't honor the return they advertised they would.

Oh boy - please don't bother with these guys. Their products are crazy undersized if you have any kind of thigh muscle. Their online portal for returns doesn't work. I have been back and forth with support for over a week just trying to exchange an xmas gift for a larger size. Once I get someone to reply, I send a response and they throw me back into the automated queue. NIGHTMARE customer service.
