Scam - wouldn’t give these to my children after the lies upon lies in advertising and customer service. Impossible to get a refund.

Customer service is lacking. I tried to cancel my order right away after I was notified of an automatic charge, and reached out multiple times to ask for either a cancellation and refund, or else to return and get a refund. Nobody responded. The product also didn't work for my son. It was also a challenge to find out how to cancel my subscription. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Only after three days I noticed a dramatic difference in my daughter’s behavior! She was much calmer and more relaxed, but yet I still thought maybe I was being overly anxious for wanting them to work.
So I purposely missed a couple days in a row….the change was very noticeable!! I immediately put her back on them! She is still herself but calmer and fewer explosive outbursts. I am not walking on eggshells anymore trying to keep her happy.

I really don't know how many times I have to explain the same thing. I have already cancelled my subscription. I have followed the cancellation links, gone through the process myself and even sent pictures showing that the subscription is cancelled.
There is nothing for me to cancel. Every time I go into “Manage My Subscription”, it clearly shows that the subscription has been cancelled. Yet despite this, I am still receiving orders and being charged £93.

I have been contacting them about this since the end of June, and I have now received two further orders since cancelling. I have provided screenshots and evidence, and I have also tried to resolve the payments through my bank.

I honestly don't understand what more I could do from my side. The subscription is cancelled, so the issue clearly needs to be investigated on their side as to why them system is continuing to generate orders and take payments!

The gummies work great. My son is now out of his gummies because the customer service rep said she doesn't know why they haven't shipped in two weeks. She's told us for a week it's been escalated but have not been contacted. She said she can't give refund. Never again! I'll be ordering from Amazon and have them here in two days.

My kids love the taste and I seem to be noticing a positive change in a couple of them. It may be too early to tell with my older kids, as I didn’t start them as soon.

Ordered and never got a notification of shipment so I reached out. Multiple times. Every time being told the same thing. “Oh I’m so sorry it looks like it’s been processed but hasn’t shipped yet, I’ll have this escalated and get your items shipped soon. “No update. In fact they actually cancelled my order without telling me or refunding me, cause I went to search the order number to track again and it was gone. I emailed for an update and they never responded. I emailed about a week later asking just for it to be cancelled and a refund which they told me it has already been cancelled. I didn’t get a refund until I disputed the charge on my credit card …

Well guess was they just recharged my card this morning for an order I did not make. I will definitely have to block their business on my credit card from making additional charges. As I don’t see a way to change the subscription it must have automatically signed me up for. This business pisses me off so much.

I ordered this on July 4th. I had to contact them 2 weeks later to find out when it would ship. Then another 2 werks after that. I still do not have my product and a label has been made but not shipped. It is now Aug. 8th. Also this is coming from China. It said it was a US company out of Wyoming. Well, when you look it up on maps it is a condominium not an office or business facility. Not a US company and not produced here either. This company is very deceptive. I asked for a refund over a week ago twice! It was "escalated" to the senior team as it had been with no response from the senior team twice before. Now that a label has been created they say oh, so sorry. Too late. With all of the deceit I am seriously not giving this to my family. 100% do not tust this company.

I wrote back to them in June stating that the gummies did not work and that I wanted my money back, responses take days/weeks to come back which is poor. Once they do respond, their responses are sporadic and chaotic. They told me to return a second lot of gummies that arrived which I did and said they would refund me once received, I have yet to hear anything and that was a month ago. They informed me that they had cancelled my subscription when I asked them to do this, only to have another payment come out of my bank in July for which I have also asked for a refund on and no-one had responded.
PLEASE BEWARE of this company and their offering as it is UNTRUE and UNFAIR.
I have spent a lot of money and time which I will never get back.

Ordered on 7/7 and still haven’t received a tracking number. All responses from the company have been the same AI response and the last email I received stated “Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand your request to cancel. However, please note that our system is designed to process orders immediately upon placement to ensure fast and efficient delivery. As a result, we are unable to cancel for orders once they have been processed.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If there is anything else we can assist you with regarding your order, please don’t hesitate to let us know.” So now they won’t even refund an order that hasn’t shipped? I’ll be disputing with my credit card company.

Do not buy, this company is a scam, locking you into a subscription not agreed to. Terrible as these gummies are for children, I have zero trust in this company and the original purchase is going in the bin.

I ordered after a small amount of research but red flags went off when my credit crad said stabenterprise… stab, not saffron, or health something, or vitaminebterprise. Stab really? So I looked into the name and got a lot of negative info, lack of cancellations, extra credit card charges and that people are saying it was Chinese packaging with an American address. I quickly looked into cancelling. They responded very quickly that they couldn’t bc of their system. I refused the package when it came and continued to be in contact, making clear I also wanted no future product or charges. I did receive my money back and they have assured me i am not on a subscription of any kind. Almost a month later a recieved a heads up email my next shipment would be on it’s way in a few days. Again I contacted then to be told I had to create an account with information they gave me and follow the steps to cancel the subscription. I believe I have finally finished, but they told me I wouldn’t be charged or sent anything again and then their system was going to. Time will tell. You will definitely have to stay vigilant if you want to get money back or end items coming (I never asked for a subscription to begin with, I clicked one time purchase)
Glad overall they responded (in normal english, which was encouraging because i have emailed companies that you know are foreign due to their broken english responses) to emails, I got my money back, so far have been able to prevent more items being sent.

Horrrible! After a month of not receiving my items and being charged for the product. I inquired with customer service. They told me my items were “stuck” gave me no details, did not try to reorder or get me my items. They did give me a refund but do NOT waste your time with the company!

I would not recommend Saphire Happy Chews based on my experience. First, the gummies did not work for us or provide the results I expected.

My biggest problem, however, has been the subscription and billing. It has been extremely difficult to cancel the subscription, yet money continues to be taken from my account. Customers should be able to cancel a subscription easily without having to go through unnecessary frustration or continue dealing with charges they no longer want.

I was also disappointed with the promotion. I purchased based on a “buy two, get one free” offer, but I did not receive the free product as advertised.

Between the product not working for us, the difficulty canceling, the continued charges, and the promotional offer not being honored in my experience, I am extremely dissatisfied. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing these gummies carefully review the subscription and billing terms before providing their payment information.

Impossible process to cancel a subscription. AND they are unwilling to stop the order that hasn't shipped yet. I did not create an account when signing up, therefore had no way to cancel a subscription until I received a confirmation of my next order (no heads up. Just charging my card because they can). It is very easy to create systems that put their customers needs first.. but their priority is their own bottom line. Do not trust them with your credit card information. - And their gummies don't work. Taste great.. but so do skittles.

I was under the impression it was a USA company yet my products shipped from overseas. When I reached out with concerns of this I could not get any email answer. I reached out a couple more times as my product never showed up and could not get an answer on a refund. My credit card company had to contact for me to get my refund. Then when I reached out after that I did receive a response that informed it was USA based company just not packaged here. And that since I received my refund there was nothing else to discuss. Not pleased with my experience at all.

What a Rollercoaster. I bought 3 for the price of two, within one week, I began messaging. I wanted to invoke the money back guarantee....mind you, the bags had nothing about dosage, I had to Google that.

Anyway, I got very nice responses, in a decent amount of times, usually, but they were either AI responses that didn't get handled properly or everyone responds the same way with zero follow through.

Had to report them to my bank to get the refund. Got some REAL saffron and steep it myself, don't know that either REALLY works but I think natural is better.

Terrible company. The product is terrible. I canceled my subscription multiple times and they keep charging. It’s been a hassle every month for 6 months. They even sent this email saying I canceled and asked for this review while charging me the day before. So here is the bad review. Do not order or work with this company. Product is terrible and the service is even worse

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give negative 10 stars, I would.

They do not honor their own refund policy, and their representatives don’t even seem to understand it. Communication from customer service was almost nonexistent, and after repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company to receive the refund I was entitled to under the company’s own policy.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
